Very good atmosphere, excellent, professional and hardworking instructors. The best ones are Nazia, Raasti and Zabeel. Must try once. They give a very homely n friendly atmosphere. Very decent staff n instructors. The work out leaves you very energetic and fresh. Good job AQ n team. Keep it up. Best environment, just like a family n homely feeling.

Amazing mix of HIIT training coupled with Power Yoga. Great for core strength training and weight loss. It's in the open air so no stinky stuffy gym smells. Great mentorship and management

I visited Mr. AQIL'S institute / KDA branch and at first when i met MR. AQIL (OWNER) with my mother i felt that joining his classes would be the right choice for my mother as i admired him in person as well as the setup but i am very much disappointed now. He told me to clarify all doubts on watsapp as he is having a class to attend however later he did not respond properly to any of my watsapp messages and calls and this behaviour has really hurt me because i wanter my mom to join his classes but i believe since now his business has grown so he has lost respect for new customers. Thank you Mr. AQIL for your behaviour with new customers.
