Very nice gym with good trainers and great aesthetic environment. Fees is good as well. Usually gym members are educated as well. Nice and new equipment. Cardio available. They offer targeted training and classes for yoga and aerobics as well. They have different packages ranging from 2k to 15k. Have sauna room too never been inside the sauna room but it's there. Only thing missing is punching bag and gloves otherwise perfect gym.

They have an excellent machines for the workout. I visit them to take an admission for reshaping my body. But unfortunately didn't continue due to my busy schedule. They are offering different packages for Men's and womens with different timing. You may take admission as per your comfort schedule. Trainers were also available. For me it's quite expensive to take trainer package. So I take normal combo but if you are new comer so i recommend that you should take trainer for your initial workout. Ambiance is good and good gendre comes here for workout. Daily 8-10pm is a peak hours thus manage your time before going there. trainers misbehave instead of asking you to leave when you're not dressed as per their defined code of dressing. pathetic service by management to entertain their paid and long term customers. not obliging to policies doesn't entitle anyone or any trainer to misbehave with their customers. not recommended to anyone who whishes to exercise without feeling like they're in a boarding school.

A machine that you use to work your back fell on me. Didn't hurt myself much, but my screen and camera broke completely. Fixing price is around 7k :// Trainer didn't specify a new trainee, who was new to gym, that you're supposed to get up to put the machine back up. Honestly. Machines aren't cleaned on a daily basis either. And a while back they had an insect issue too. Fixed, however.

Management, staff and trainers are friendly specially Nasir shb is nice person but I feel there is a room to improve Cardio related equipment. Environment is good, easy to access location with affordable charges.
