All grocery shopping solution available here. All items are highly recommend for shopping. The quality of all grocery items if 100% ok. The main point is that it have very good standards with very competitive price, this is the reason Imtiaz is 1st choice for all people from middle class to high class categories. There is section of Sugar Store, meat store, meat is also fresh and Hygienic. Vegetable section is also recommend having fruits also. Garments and cosmetics section is also adorable. Keep in mind Ponam is brand of Imtiaz itself. Ponam is best among all other brands having different variations such as Sugar, flour etc. The best staff with decent manners are available at billing section where they help in packing and handing of your shopping while billing. Credit card and cash both payments are accepted here.

Oil and Ghee Available almost every brand but prices are too much high

It was my first visit during the holy month of Ramadan. As usual, it was crowded. By the entrance, there is a bakery. I bought some fried items like pakoras and roll and there was a lengthy que at cash counter. Moreover, many people were there for shopping and nothing new. Imtiaz is called a complete shopping solution and yes it is.

Huge variety of products i.e general grocery, garments, vegitables and fruits, frozen products, perfumes, toys, sports stuff etc. Avoid weekends of initial dates as it becomes too much crowded. Prices are reasonable specially of imported and branded products (as compared to other markets of DHA) Nowadays Imtiaz store parking area is under the flyover opposite to imtiaz mega store and that is completely free.

Even though it has almost everything under one roof with good staff and service. But it seems too crowded, messy and disorganized with people not being considerate to others. It’s usually advised to visit the store in the mornings when one can possibly shop peacefully. And especially in the COVID times, it’s apparently impossible to maintain social distancing.

This place is good for buying grocery items. But prefer buying from local shops. I have bad experience, I bough a thermos of rupees 4000rs, but it is not keeping the water warm. very good. Though sometime what the company agents are selling as free and gift is also charged at counter. Apart from them I found they sell authentic things, and of good quality than local shops on good rates. Free valet parking is also a plus.

I used to go there for my monthly Grocery along with my family members , for us it was a place of happy shopping . Imtiaz store got recognition and people appreciated their efforts to offer a wide range of local imported products under one roof . After obtaining the satisfactory results at Awami Markaz , they expanded their business gradually and now they have almost 24 super Markets including Mega Stores in Pakistan. They have almost 6000 Employees . We have been buying our groceries from this Super Market since it was started. We have very good experience with Imtiaz Super Market.

Imtiaz store overall experience is very good, while 1 thing is very unusual that Coffee of Imtiaz own is not up to mark. Its taste is not good. I suggest to all that not to buy Imtiaz own coffee only buy Nescafee or etc...

So starting from the products Imtiaz supermaket never failed to amaze customer providing each and everything under one room and service is upto the mark , but the worst thing of this branch is that its too crowdy and there no space to move the trolley. This is wonderful Super market. Three stories. Sometimes things are cheaper then open bazaar cost, but not ever. And sometimes it is costly. But overall it good market. I appreciate the working and guiding people, they are polite and helpful. Outside there is a big mafia of Riksha transport. Bet way is don't talk with them, go a bit out on running road, and hire transport from there.

This is an amazing place to go to for your groceries,They have a variety of companies to choose from as well as their own.The one downside to it is all the sugar packaging is damaged and is always torn or sugar is always falling out or the packet. overall great place to go to cleanliness is also amazing and staff is also very helpful!

The super market is good but the rows inside to move trolleys are very narrow which makes it quite crowded there. One cannot shop peacefully in Imtiaz. The best super market in my opinion in Carrefour inside dolmen mall Clifton, very spacious.

The place has everything but the downside of this store is that there are huge lines on the cash counters since they work so slow. trollies arent sometimes available. People are impatient and move their trolley and hurt others. There should be some small aisles where trollies shouldnt be allowed.

Well, it is kind of retailer which operates on many commodities at minimum profit/marginal gain but focuses on mass consumption therefore its turnover is high, like a win win situation as customers get happy to buy affordably at the same time the seller makes profit. It offers a lot of varieties of commodities. Return policy is fine too.

I have been to this outlet when it was new and was in good condition. Now the it requires maintenance. The lift coming from the basement is non functional. For senior citizens and people with kids it is not at all convenient to exit the mall if they are in the basement. There is ample staff moving around. The place is too filthy... Seems there is no concept of cleaning up before the operation timings and closing timeings. The staff is trying to do the cleaning while there are customers around which causes a lot of commotion. The management really needs to upgrade their mantainance system. Could have taken pictures but it would have not been in good taste.

Large store. Parking is a problem. The variety is vast. However needs to be properly rearranged as items are sort of scattered.
