It is sea view point on DHA beach site. Very good view, neat and clean environment. For fun there are many things . Cool and lovely place to enjoy sea view side especially on holidays. To celebrate occasion s it is good place.

Fun for kids and adults, needs lot more improvement to keep the sea shore cleaner.

Place is really good for living due to scenic environment. Only sat back is noise pollution due to sea side and humidity wich cist alot for the electronic goods.

This part of Karachi is the ultimate hideout in plain sight. Very few people live there. Millions of people visit the seaview Ave on weekends but they are focused on the sea. No one looks backward. But I wouldn't recommend living there unless it's convenient for you. Houses in the area are maintenance nightmares due to corrosion. There are lots of abandoned houses and lots of trash in the periphery of houses so the possibility of paranormal activity is very real.

Good place to live, near the beach, but nowadays it is difficult to reach as the entire DHA is under development.

Many are in deplorable condition. The original construction company did not use good materials probably since many of the villas now look dangerously fragile.
