I took services of sofa cleaning from kamkaj my Sofa was Badly dirty but the guys from kamkaj did an excellent job and how they treated my sofas was very good. Highly appreciated and recommended also.

My husband and I recently moved back to Lahore, Pakistan from Europe. We were given a very dirty and broken down 1 Kanal house in DHA for rent by Syed Real Estate and Builders. The owners and the real estate agent Mr. Fayyaz Ahmed, had painted a very rosey picture to us and on arrival we got stuck with an unkept house and we did not have the time nor energy to relocate to another house. Therefore, we decided to hire KamKaj to deep clean our double storey 1 Kanal house and paid the cleaning expenses from our own pocket. The entire cleaning of the house took 4 days (7 hours/day) and included, 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, guest toilet, main kitchen, service kitchen, living room and entrance hallway. Deep cleaning of the oven, 2 gas stoves, dishwasher , and overall most cabinets and cupboards of the house were asked to be throughly cleaned and disinfected. Furthermore, their service also included window cleaning, curtains washing and carpet cleaning. Their cleaning staff were quite negligent leaving behind dirty hand prints on the walls and rag cloths on the window sills. They were also negligent with cleaning under the beds and the side tables and did not thoroughly clean the stains on the floor which were caused by the furniture We were initially satisfied with our experience on the first day of cleaning and slowly realized that they needed to be supervised constantly which was tiresome. We give them 2 stars mainly because of their negligent behavior and then leaving behind their cigarette boxes in the flower beds of the house was just downright rude. Overall the KamKaj staff were friendly and cooperative and our suggestion would be to please ask your teams to learn basic rules of cleanliness, hygiene and time management if you want to run a successful cleaning business.

I used their plumbing services, the first time plumber came after a couple of hours. Then ther issue persisted so I asked them to come again and it took them a day to come back, and still. Issue persisted so I called them again and they said they will send the plumber in a. Couple of days but he never came and when I called them they said my complain is under review. My issue was never resolved they have one plumber who is worming all over Lahore.

AC service…. The team had no tools. No pressure washer. They were using the regular home pressure water. They dont have any protection cover on AC indoor unit to avoid water damage on walls and curtains. They left a mess behind. The support after service was non responsive. My order number was 100645. Not recommended, avoid them.

I used many times their services, in small repairing their charges are ok work is good feed back and response are good, but in multiple work and new work they charge too much as I gave them complete concealed installation some cutting more needed for concealed they charged 12000 for that that could be done in 3000 by the general labour.

I recently had a Kam Kaj handyman visit my home to repair a home appliance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. The handyman checked the machine without using any tools and immediately quoted a repair cost of 11,500 rupees. I found this to be unreasonably high for a minor repair, especially considering that I had originally purchased the appliance for 29,000 rupees. In essence, the handyman was asking for nearly one-third of the original cost of the appliance to make a repair. Overall, I was unhappy with the experience and would not recommend Kam Kaj for home appliance repairs.

Team of highly unprofessional guys who come with no expertise. I ordered for a carpet cleaning service and their totally raw boys ruined my very delicate handmade carpet by using same chemical and machines. On top of that refused to compensate the damage. Don’t trust them guys, they are hiding behind an online company with noone to contact if you come across any issue. I willl share the pictures of my ruined carpet here.

They are unprofessional,we started with a good note and at the start We are happy with their work but in middle of work they moved away for some other commitment and didn’t honour their commitment with us … I can say carpenter service is good..their carpenter ayaz is skilled but the management is not managing their resources properly. Inshort I have paid for the company not the individual because I wanted to make sure all the work should have been done in their respective timelines and without any trouble but I realise that this is not the case if you are chosing kaamkaaj. I really want them to improve in these areas so that customers like me will get a better service . You can chose them for your work but keep in mind your work might have been delayed for some time.

The installation team were great and very mindful that they were working in someone's home. They also went the extra mile to ensure the units were installed as neatly as possible. Technically, the installation was first class and well executed, avoiding the need for several condensers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very very bad experience, waste of money. I asked them to repair my water dispenser and they take too mich time and when finally it was fixed they didn't give all the parts of dispenser. And I've tried calling them but they are not responding

Pathetic service, i called kam kaj and i got my water geyser serviced by them, but the technician messed up the temperature control button and when I asked them to fix it they refused to do that, i called the company and they started arguing with me and in the end said they will call back and then when i called the technician he kept saying i made the video of the work and sent it to you, i was out of town and when i got to know that this isnt working they will not help me, the technician said he will call me back and again no response, we use these online services for our convenience even though they are charging more than in the market not that I call them again and again, but instead what I am facing is trouble by them.

We had done our restrooms and got painted whole apartment and all the electrical stuff and I must say they all are very professional and good in there work I will highly recommend them.. good staff and very professional keep it up 👍🏼

The team was very professional and the quality of work speaks for itself. Some areas were very well painted with extreme accuracy while some areas were rushed hence resulted in paint spills and empty spaces when the tape was removed. The team had to figure out how to keep the interiors clean and they ended up creating a bit of mess. Some areas were hard to clean after they left. It is something that can be supervised. Overall very professional people who worked while being focus, in silence and on time!

Waste of money and time.. They charged 12000 for replacing a genuine washing machine circuit with a low quality one which lasted only 6months. They again were charging 12000 for the same thing. Before that they charged 8000 for just a nut. In short i spent 20000 for the machine which i bought for 29000. I'll never recommend it to any one..

Got a Panasonic inverter AC serviced. The technician was courteous, but unskilled and in a real hurry. My AC started leaking water because of poor refit, and had to call another AC repairman to re do the fitting.

Service was great from initial to end. I booked deep cleaning service to first time because one of my friends take their services so he suggested it to me and I can say that, the team was very professional in their work. And they understood my need properly. I highly recommended it.

So, I booked a washing machine repair service and told them before hand that it's motor is burnt. They said that technician will come and diagnose it. Long story short, I was given the quote of Rs.10,000 to replace a dryer motor which is insane as the new dryer price is 12k. They are professional scammers! Had I read the reviews earlier, I would never have contacted them.

Please don’t use kam kaj for any service ever, I made the mistake of getting my carpets cleaned, and the left it sopping wet to the point that my whole room stank! They then took my carpets to wash at there premises and assured me that they would install it back only to bring back smelling carpets again. They have no bought it back the third time but refuse to install it and are leaving them with folds and packed! Also this is when they are charging more than anyone in the market! It’s pathetic service where they hardly know what they are doing and no one takes any responsibility! Save your money and your brains because you will loose both wirking with them!

Extremely unprofessional customer service. I have been chasing them for three days now but they never call back. I asked the call centre staff to connect me with their supervisor so that i can register a complaint. But somebody b the name of Afaq Ahmed was more rude than his staff as he refused to listen and hung up the phone on my face. Total FRAUD. I paid 11500 for repair of my refrigerator. It worked just for a week and then same problem started again in even worse condition and now they are not taking any responsibility. I'm initiating a complaint in consumer rights dept for deception and fraud. They're just robbing people off in broad day light!!!

I’ve had the worst experience, I had contacted them for my generator work as my generator wasn’t taking the load on gas, just a minor setting needed to be done. The technicians that came told me that the ring pistons were jammed and engine overhaul was needed. I was doubtful of what the tech told me, and called another technician for a second opinion. The other technician just did a few adjustments of the gas kit and I was able to run all the lights and fans in my house. He took Rs 1000 from me. Where as kaam kaj was charging me 20,000.
