Im impressed with the atmosphere. It was neat & clean. The service was great. It hardly took 5 minutes. Went for renewal of my wifeโ€™s passport. The guy himself filled challan for urgent. Went to next counter for payment of fees meanwhile my wife already took the token and went for picture. The guy took the picture and took her biometric and gave us the slip. We were done. Everything was so clean and properly managed. They have clean toilets too just in case. For all the atmosphere and rapid service they charge Rs 2500 extra which is worth it. The rates are same as normal passport office just add 2500 extra on them for executive service.

Staff is good and accommodating. It is not as crowded as other passport offices but you have to be vary of the provincial holidays, because itโ€™s a federal institute itโ€™s still open on provincial holidays and can be bit busier than any working day. Unfortunately for me, I went in on a provincial holiday and took me way longer than usual almost 2 hours to get my passport renewal application done. Instead of choosing to stay in and wait, I walked outside to the other side to eat in any nearby restaurant, there are lots of local and western restaurants and you can easily kill your time there if you happen to be in my situation and have to kill time. Also the service fee is 2925 as opposed to some of the pictures uploaded in the review where it mentions 2500. About the timing, although it mentions 2 PM but they stop giving out token around 1 PM, so you have to be there before 1 PM to get the token otherwise you wonโ€™t get the token.

Rubbish experience. They made us wait for over 2 hours and at 3 pm said server is down and cannot facilitate anyone. Considering the amount of high fees paid for priority service there is no facilitation from their side. The service was not helpful at all and there is no respect for peopleโ€™s time or effort , no respect for the parents who have had to have their children miss school to come. Also considering it is an executive office there was a lot of rubbish outside it which is very sad to see. They should increase their counters to facilitate the demand. Very disappointed.

Exceptional experience at the office. Well maintained, courteous staff and timely execution. If anyone wishes to get their passport renewed or a new one made, I would suggest to explore this office to get your work done. Submitted a new passport request and we were done and outside in our car within 15 minutes. Mode of payment is only cash. Normal request - 14 to 15 days Urgent request - 10 to 12 days Fast track request - 4 to 5 days

Efficient and Helpful Service! I recently visited the Executive Passport Office for the first time to renew my passport, and I must say it was a positive experience. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process seamlessly. What adds to the convenience is that there's an NBP branch located inside the passport office for fee payment. The waiting area is spacious with ample seating, making the wait comfortable. What impressed me the most was the efficiency of the entire process. From start to finish, it took me less than an hour to complete the renewal. The use of a token number system at a single station streamlined the workflow, ensuring a smooth and organized experience. However, it's worth noting that the charges are higher compared to regular passport offices. Despite this, the overall efficiency and helpfulness of the staff make the Executive Passport Office a reliable choice for passport services.

Firstly I would like to tell you all about its timings. Went there yesterday (26-7-2023). Monday to Thursday it's 9am to 1pm. Gate closes at 1pm and only those who are inside before 1pm are issued token and are processed(till 2pm). Those who want to receive their passport can do so till 2 pm. Service is pretty straightforward, staff especially the person at front desk is really helpful, have had good experience with him ever since executive office opened few years back. Bank fee challan will be issued to you along with token and you will have to pay fee at nearby national bank counter. After that once your turn comes your data will be input and photo will be taken. Once you verify that your data is correct you will be handed down the print out of your application along with your documents copies attached. You will have to submit it at additional director's office, he sometimes ask few questions about your family or business or job.. All in all whole process took barely 30 mins. (We were family of 5) . p.s. Additional director was also a nice fellow, we had to wait beyond 2pm as our parents were finishing Zhur namaz in designated prayer room, director himself was busy turning off extra lights and conserving electricity for which he should be praised otherwise had it been some other government officer of such rank, he wouldn't have bothered about it as energy bills are not not being paid from his own pocket..

WARNING!!!!!! Customer handling is great, BUT BE VERY CAREFUL!!! the bank teller (not a NADRA employee) steals change money from every person whose paying the fees for passport. His tactic is first he gives you back incomplete changes and watches if you count it or put it on your wallet/purse, under the pretext that he is entering your info and stamping your receipt, if you don't count the money then he doesn't give you rest of the change, if he notices that you have counted and are waiting for the rest of the change then he hands you some more money but still keeps small change for himself like 5-20 rs. Without saying anything. Imagine stealing even small change from the hundreds of ppl coming everyday. So just be careful and count your change.

Good atmosphere, polite, helpful and attentive staff. They charge high fees, but in the end, it is worth it. The air-conditioning needs improvement. The Bank clerk didn't give back the proper change (Rs. 5 short) but one has to accept this blemish because it is a Government office after all. The other processes were all fine and within reasonable time but the last process of Room # 19 took long because no one was there for first 15 minutes. So the smell of a Government office finally got to me here!!

Visited the executive passport office after 4 years and was glad to see their service standards were still great. Very smooth process, no unnecessary delays, and very cooperative staff Their working hours are the only negative. They don't allow you inside after 12:30PM. So if you want your process to go smoothly, reach by 10AM max. I'd request the authorities to extend the working hours till 5PM to accommodate more applications.

Dec'23 For renewals, I'll just try to be helpful so you don't worry. 1. As soon as you enter a guy at the reception will give you the form in which you will enter your name CNIC & signature. 2. Now find a seat & wait for the announcement to go to Counter 2. 3. Hear your no. & Pay at counter 2. 4. Wait till your no. is called for data & fingerprints. 5. After you've given the data, head to counter 19 to hand them the form. 6. Leave, that's it.

This is to disappointing and mis commitment as i have been miss guided on receiving my renewal passport within 2 days if i choose the fast track option and pay additional Rs 12500+2925 but itโ€™s not 2 days its 4 to 6 days minimum, And worst part is why exactly the reason of charging around Rs.2925 extra on top of regular fee for the executive passport branch ? Please ignore paying more if you think u may get air conditioning and quick service here, itโ€™s totally opposite, It took 4 hours in waiting just to renew my passport without ac, without seats, with annoying flys, In short I would say dont waste 3000 extra in this Executive passport branch just go to regular passport office.

I was very upset with the front desk people, peon and the banker. They kept my change of 25 Rs without saying a word. I stayed in office for over an hour and no one came to me. It was a small amount but I read reviews on google for the same complain and I was waiting if this is a true concern and yes it was. I asked the front desk about my remainaing change and they all knew the story and gave me excuses that bank did not have cash, even the banker was involved and he handed over the left over money to me after all interrogation. CORRUPTION IS CORRUPTION so kindly raise your voice for any wrongdoing or else we all are culprit in the eyes of Allah SWT

This passport office is getting crowded day by day. Previously it would take less than an hour to get work done but now it takes 2.5 to 3 hours. Air-conditioning was poor and stand fans failed to provide ventilation in hotest of days. Considering 2500 rupees charges as service charges and getting these conditions is not worth money. But it still save time as compared to regular passport offices (saddar etc) where it would take whole day under similar conditions. So you are paying 2500 more to spent less time in such conditions. Also timing is 9 to 1 (mon to thurs) and 9 to 12 30 fridays

World class experience. We arrived not knowing much about the place or the process but the incredible staff including Mr. Sikandar Sikandar explained everything thoroughly to us with clarity and professionalism. Itโ€™s worth the extra services charges and I would definitely recommend to get your passport or NIC hassles cleared out from here.

Late delivery of passport defeats the purpose of visiting Executive Passport Office and pay extra service fee. They are taking more than a month for the renewal of a passport that is absurd. Bad experience. Waste of extra money paid. Still my passport not received.

The interview officer is one of the arrogant man on the earth, he doesn't know how to talk with people He does whatever he wants, never heard if someone has a passport with a validity of 5 months with a valid visa on the same, it can be stamped as cancelled passport once applying for renewal. These kind of people must be throw out of the office. He doesn't deserve respect.

Today I visited this office, and let me tell you what I saw there. A peasant surprise. The way the visitors were being dealt, its very very professional, The Office in Charge of the center, Mr. Khalid Zuberi is a very professional and kind person. Similarly at the data entry station, Mr. Sikandar, is a true professional and excellent knowledge how to deal a client. A big thumbs up for Govt of Pakistan to have such a facility enrich center for the masses.

It was a peaceful and streamlined process to get a passport from there. Instead of going to any other passport center, try this one executive Centre. I was offered a tea and got a protocol too by a gentleman there for no reason ๐ŸŒ I didn't get the feel of a govt ofc there.

Had visited Executive Passport Office after three years and I am worried to see that the overall service and environment have been deteriorated like all other government offices. However, they are still better than the normal passport Offices @ additional charges of 2500 plus tax which is high amount as the overall process is taking around 50 minutes to 75 minutes waiting in the main hall of EPO.

Executive passport office in Clifton near Bilawal chowrangi is the best thing that has happened to Karachiites. It is a very well maintained office. I went there with my family on 16th April 2022 and we were done in just 30 minutes. Great accomplishment for providing a luxurious space for those people who do not want to goto Saddar office.

Great experience for renewal but faced some issues at the site. They don't accept applications from fresh applicants over 18 years that's the reason we had to move to saddar for spouse application.

A mess .. no controls. Office is being run by a security guard. Massive unmanaged queues. First queue for taking token. Another queue for bank payment. Next wait for data entry. Then wait for DG approval.. no system. Typical Pakistani office.

The office is generally a good place to get your passport made, very organised, the only reason I have come to write this review is for the Assistant Director who sits in this office, Mr. Bakar something, he is a very rude man, and I don't understand how he ended up in such a position. He does not have the basic etiquette to talk, and does not guide people properly. My issue was a very simple one, I went for the renewal of my passport, and the address on my CNIC is other than Karachi, and I was told that I needed approval from Mr. bakar so that my application can be processed, after waiting two hours, (while having taken leave from office) he came very late and when I had barely started explaining the case to him, he shrugged at me and told me to goto Saddar and said why are you here. This man is not suitable for governing any office whatsoever let alone the Executive office.

Unprofessional behavior of employees and miscommunication! Went there to get a new passport where the staff told that they only process request of a new passport for minors and for adults it can be done at regional branch only. This guideline isn't mentioned anywhere infact they've posted requirements for new passport for adults as well and outside the branch it was cleary witten that "All kinds of passports are prossed here". I've even seen reviews of people who got their new passport from here.
