Commander city is more than 45 minutes away from bahria town karachi... It is an extremely good place to live it was near or in the vicinity of Bahria town karachi.... The biggest hurdle is there seems to be no places for shopping and buying groceries.. There are no malls where u can go and buy stuff.. Other than that it is nicely constructed and decent place.

Very far from Main city. Staff not well trained, public toilets very poor condition no fuel at fuel station. No Representative available for visiting Model banglows. Office staff very hurry mood. Overall very low beyond expectations

Hello Friends ! Iam living in commander city since 1 year ago !! We had faced too many issues and problems ! First of all most of the people think commander city is goldmine but i want to let you know there's a some issues that might irritate you... 1: Family Boys Can't go into a park without family as every residence have a rights to avail all the things. 2 : The Location is too if u don't have a special vichele you can't go to city while u are necessary to go to the city. 3 : Most of the times there's a shortage of things in the shops of CC you will need to buy a proper stuff by going to the city. 4 : Electricity Problem Has Occured Here As Light have been going on daily bases again by again that may refuse our home's LCD,FANS etx.. There are a lot of things that haven't been added and remember⚠ iam not spreading the kind of hate against this project as every residence have a rights to share all the problems that they're facing so the management could improve it....... Great value for all commander's money and customer satisfaction and so thanx full but one simple issue is all property prices are so higher plz control your pricing specially small flats plz it's too high its max 3 room apartment is under 29 lac to max 36 lac total expense with electric, water, Sawerge and gas transport utilities except..max 35 lac with easy installments

Commander city is located on the main Karachi Hyderabad motorway. Hardly five minutes drive from DHA city Karachi. Visited first time and found it a well developed housing society. Hundreds are families are already living there. It has all basic facilities available like electricity, gas and water. There is a beautiful school building, shopping centre, gasoline filing center and other services. It is a very good project in an affordable price.

Site is near bahria city . Is it correct? What is the mile stone from bahria town?

Its a pretty good place to invest. But they don't have the gas supply yet in the society but the prices and place is pretty well if you are thinking to invest your money in real sate. I'm not sure about the documentation part because i haven't check on that as yet. It was my first visit, management is friendly.

Commander city , almost 300 families are currently living here, model banglows are available for visit, model appartments are also available for visit, there is a mosque, a school and some road side restaurants and shops, a shuttle service runs from commander city to Malir Halt after every two hours, there is a free restaurant for anyone whon enters commander city. A small petrol pump is also running.

Commander City is boundary wall and well secure society. All utilities available inside the society.(sweet water, electricity, cylinder gas provided by society). Some important things inside the society mention below. Petrol pump. Groceries store (very lowest prices). School. Hospital. Beauty parlour. Resturant. Burger shop. Grounds. Well maintained parks. Childrens play area. Bank(under construction). Basket ball area. General shops. Jobs available inside the society.

Commander City's best feature is the security. I have been living in commander city for about 4 months now and I can say that it has almost everything you need. No water shortage, no gas shortage and also didn't see any still water on the roads and streets after the heavy rainstorm. All in all its a great project to invest in. Yes its far away from karachi but you can shop online from daraz and naheed Superstore , they deliver parcels easily on time. Do check it out

They are harrasing and.misbaving the people who wants to visit to see their relative or to see the project from marketing point of.view . . it is very strange tht when i aske to see the senior office of the city then a so called owner appeared with some armed men and behaving in a very rude manner . this is not the way of those owner of those society who business is flurished by the support of these residents . . . this rudeness will reflect on your bissiness as we can start a compiagn against Commander City mafia in thw shape of their security gaurds and thair suppoerters

It's under construction.... Too many rules .... It's for people to come and die ... Not for the living .... House feel like rushed and 15 lac for the stairs .... Felt like a jail you pay for .... Just dump your old parents and forget about it

I have got own plot, nice place

New project with well development going on. Although it is far from central Karachi but it is useful for people working in Malir Cantt area, airport side or on the Hyderabad to Karachi Highway or Vice versa. As the location is nearby Nooriabad.

A good project but it is far away from the city. A great opportunity for those who are living on rent near nooriabad or outskirts of Karachi and want to buy a home of their own. Not beneficial for people who are settled and working in Karachi city. Project is located almost 70 Kms from city center i.e Saddar.

I am not member but want to visit but is there availability of public transport will the bus staff allow me to travel to see the society I will pay the ticket. Kindly share the timing of bus with fare rates
