Aslam o Alikum, today I am posting this status just for the concern of #Batool #Hospital and I just wanted to alert everyone. In that hospital the doctors are cheater, takes specialist fee but her junior doctors experiment on her patients. Horrible experience we have faced. Staff and paramedical staff are incompetent and no idea what and how to do their jobs.. Useless medical facility Third class hospital with third class staff It's not a hospital. It's only clinic. Patients comes delevery but after delevery gone to kidney centers. Dr farkhanda now too aged.We get appointed from Dr.Farkhanda for my sister's delivery. Her junior staff take the case cuz Dr herself is aged now. They are just using people for their benefits. Delevery is normal but what they did worst treatment ever. I lost my sister cuz of their tratment😓

✓Wheelchair accessible. ✓Private Parking ✓Doctors are professional 🔴Congested Area ,🔴Time consuming ( taken token at 12:00PM with tokken #69 but our turn was at 4:40PM Staff needs but more professional behaviour.

Got my baby naturally delivered here. Dr Farkhanda is the only best doctor available, else the lower level staff is not as competent as her. However, She went to perform umrah before prior notice n didnt bother to inform that she will not be available. However the dr which was present at the time of delivery was nice and cooperative and tried her best to deliver the baby naturally and did so.

I believe that these 9 months are very precious and one always wants them the best as anything can go wrong at any point. So it is very helpful at this time to have good support, especially on the healthcare front especially from the doctors. Certainly, one has multiple options to select from, to go to any kind of facilities available in the city and we are happy we chose batool general Hospital for our baby’s arrival. The reason was very simple - I had really good feedback for the facility as well as the doctor and our experience was also amazing when we visited the hospital for the first time. When we met Dr farkhunda qadir  and her team made us feel most comFortable, everyone from the housekeeping to the nursing staff has been very kind and helpful. we were pretty confident from the first consultation itself that we are in the right hand. So our overall experience has been very good as we have always got all the care, attention and proper treatment at all time.

ALHAMDULLILAH I am fully satisfies. Coming here since 5 years best service and best hospital. Dr. Farkhanda and staffs are very cooperative. Even I have a panel of Aga Khan, LNH , Dow and MMI but I prefer Batool hospital am fan of Ma'am Farkhanda I respect her alot just like my mother. God bless her

Hospitals are quite the places where a person is in distress every time he visits and so were we but Alhamdulillah very much satisfied with all over management. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly.

Dr. Farkhanda Qadir is a wonderful person. She listens to the problems very patiently. we have always been very happy with her way of dealing with us(patients). One of the best gynea hospital, well equipped with one window solution, crowded but the wait is worth while, prebook appointment a week before to minimize the waiting time. Experience with Dr Farkhanda went well for the delivery case.

Always best experience at Batool Hospital. I am a patient of Dr farkhunda since 2020.I did my three deliveries at batool hospital, all done Normal delivery Alhamdillah. Dr farkhunda always try to do Normal deliveries. Also the staff and management is very cooperative. Also the fees is Normal as compare to other hospitals in karachi. Ultrasound doctor is also very good.

Alhumdulillah, got my baby delivered here. Staff is fully cooperative and took full care of my wife and a child. Satisfied with the services and care they provided. Also, Dr Farkhanda is best gynaecologist in Gulistan-e-Johar.

I had very good experience with Dr Farkhunda Qadir. We had second delivery by normal procedure despite of the fact that our first delivery was cesarean. Also they were very cooperative as we visited three times only. Two doctors had already recommended cesarean but Dr Farkhunda was very helpful. Thanks

Asalamoalaikum I have a very bad experience regarding the hospital specially will not recommend it to anyone who have some complication and emergency case Although the Dr is experienced and have good experience but their system and staff to treat patient and patient 's attendent is miserable so rude ,bad behaviour every person in hospital thought they are doctors even the sweepers can shout on you the ultrasound Dr is also very rude she have all right to shout on you if you reached her for some emergency however no setup for emergency counter to treat emergency patient and no system to deal with emergency case have no ultrasound facility if you reached at 8 they will told you to do ultrasound from outside if needed for emergency case after 8 this is what the Rmo told me My sister baby died I am not blaming the hospital for that as its Allah's wish when we reached there for emergency they told us no senior Dr is available the rmo will deal the case which was not the normal case so we move our sister to another hospital The Rmo was also very rude and I think this whole hospital staff is being trained about how rudly they should treat the patients family Such a bad unprofessional staff worst dealing

All are fake reviews, for manipulating people. No services are good, they will give you estmiation for any procedure and after that they will add extra bills as well. Staff behaviour very bad and misbehaved even doctors as well including senior and junior doctors. Shame on all of you, you are not doctors, you are butchers they have no attitute like doctors, Also they have no concerned about patient only concern money. Very bad attitude staff specially reception. So much hungry for money. At other end Doctors is following same path..

They answers the call. And when you visits them and ask the reason of not answering the calls tu jawab milta hai we were busy. Rs 1000/- advance dain gay tu appointment milay ga madam ka order hai. As well as hospital hai and they are not following any SOP.

Strongly not recomended this hospital. Misbehaving of staff and doctors also manipulating related to fees and services. If you care about loved ones then not come to this hospital.

VBAC achieved Alhamdulillah Gap: 30 months Due date: 8 Aug Vbac date:7 Aug (39+6 days) Dr. Farkhunda Qadir Batool general hospital Epidural assisted birth Vacuum delivery Epistomy I had my first baby born via c sec at Saifee Hospital in Feb 2021 just because I had a fear of PV This time I was active throughout my pregnancy as managed the house and a toddler kept my toes I started walking in 1st trimester as a working women Butterfly poses and squats for only 3-4 days (39 weeks), miles circuits for 3 days. 7 Dates with milk at 36 weeks onwards daily, pineapple 1 tin at 37 weeks. Lots of prayers and faith that I can do it I kept asking anything and everything in this group and thanks to admins and Aich Tee and Sherri Holley for always supporting and answering. Dr. Farkhunda was a gem, my delivery was so complicated because I wasn't cooperating due to fear of PV. But Dr. Farkhunda helped me a lot to achieve my wish of VBAC with this fear. Admin Shazia was a very cooperative lady. But the worst part is episiotomy. I couldn't even sit or walk for 12 days, my newborn and toddler were in the hands of others. I was in severe pain and tears. Taking IV painkillers on alternate days. So please think about episiotomy pain if you want VBAC

I personally experience batool hospital very responsible n caregiver as I have done my two C-section from Dr farrkanda batool at this hospital.

It was great experience in this hospital. First of all I have heard about Dr Farkhunda Qadir that she is very much experienced and we have seen it. From the beginning she take up the matter to deliver normal and did it. The staff is very much cooperative. And even they did not admit the patients to prolong and make extra money.

I haven't any experience from here, but i heard alot of positive comments about the hospital regarding maternity services. I want to know the delivery charges, or have you any chart or pamphlet regarding charges of delivery.

Very professional doctors and cooperative other staff. neat and clean private rooms. Excellent service.

I was refered by my friend for delivery and gynecologist. They admitted my wife one day before of C-section operation. Private rooms were small. Staff present for looking after was cooperative. Meals for patient is not served by Hospital, but i think it should be. Some of the medicines are not included in the package and those should be included. No canteen or shop facility is there for the patients. I talked to Admin/HR, they were cooperative, listened to my observations and assured me to mitigate them. Over all Dr herself is very nice and experienced Doctor. Few discrepancies are there rest is all good. I went again after sometime for the insurance claim and again admin staff treated me nicely and i was happy for their help.

Administration behavior is not soo good they are talking rudely and the hospital is very crowded not clean.

Batool General Hospital, Gulistane Johar is a complete meternity and pediatric hospital. The services provided here are up to standards and Staff coordination with patient and attendants are very much cooperative. Dr. Farkhanda and others all doctors of batool hospital, which they said in start according to case and insist for normal delivery and while admit in labour room then do missbehaved with patients and not take care after getting bills in advance. I wanted to VBA3C but every gynologist to denied me .... But Dr Farkhunda Qadir did VBA3C delivery with 4 years gap.... She is very honest and sincere with her profession .
