We had this stray kitten outside our house and it would've probably died if not looked at. I called Petmania and was asked to speak to Dr. Shahbaz and explain to him what the situation was. He came over right away, took a look at the kitten, cleaned it up and took her back. 2 days later and the kitten is doing so much better!

I've been buying cat food, litter and accessories from Petmania for a while, they are great. But recently, they have started a clinic in their Nishat branch and I'm grateful to say that Vet Ali Zain is utmost professional with his duties and has taken care of my cat with great love and affection and has helped him overcome multiple illnesses. Their grooming facilities are great as well. They keep little kittens in cages. The kittens seem malnourished and look ill. Kittens this small belong with their mother not in stores for selling. Atrocious.

My experience has always been super great with all the doctors here, especially Dr. Ali who is really passionate about being veterinary and diagnosed and took care of all problems of our kittens. They live healthy and happy lives thanks to him! Every visit is a joy and we’re fully satisfied each time we go there. Petmania also has all sorts of litter, food, toys etc you would need for your pets. 100% recommend visiting here!

A newly established facility at University Road Gulshan e Iqbal. A good investment on the Pet food and accessories. As long as medical facility is concerned Dr Furqan is a good doctor but his helping junior Dr and other staff need training and motivation, as I expirenced their lethargic behavior. Instead of attending the animal with love and careing hands they were standing like a novice.

Great layout with a range of items available such as pet crates to carry your pets around to grooming aids to pet food. Prices are reasonable compared to some of the other pet stores I visited to buy a crate for toting kittens around. I ended buying quite a few items including a tub for pet litter and a crate to transport cats. The sales staff was helpful and reasonably knowledgeable. What I didn't like was the sight of two persian kittens about 4-6 weeks old in a cage for sale at prices ranging from Rs 15000 to Rs. 20000. Why? Because I believe that kittens should be with momma cat. But heck what do I know about how pets are bought and sold since I'm a newbie being more or less dragooned into cat responsibility since a stray cat gave birth to five kittens around four months ago in the balcony of our apartment and we dont have the heart to turn them out. So the cat momma and her kittens have set up permanent house in the balcony of our apartment and are also in and out of our apartment. So we've become cat lovers willy nilly. Its messy with them around but the cuties are worth it. Visits to vet are also on the agenda.

Shopped here a few times and their new one in Islamabad and there's always something competitively priced on offer due to the large variety, which sells out quickly, so more stock would be great. Had large bags of dog food delivered and they were prompt with it. Good job.

My cat was near death. Had him neutered from RPK and he got an infection. He was eating nothing for days, just lying around. We were sure he was going to die but the time here was so communicative and really helped soothe concerns while offering him great care. . He has since made a full recovery. Just visited pet mania today with my dog, it was literally not even one star for me, unpleasant and very weird smelly place, not sanitised or disinfected, doctor wasn’t experienced and even the flooring was dirty. The checkup place was not disinfected as the germs of the previously checked up animal might infect others. Definitely won’t recommend.

Great service. They were the only one’s offering to deliver cat food on an urgent basis and sent a scratch card with it as well. The scratch card allows you to avail free grooming, vet services, and so much more!! DEFINITELY TRY THEM OUT!!
