The staff is not helpful and they don't have time to deals with customers affectionately. They are more interested in getting rid of you than trying to retain customers. The place is well kept and maintained but as usual one needs more comfort in-terms of customer dealing rather than investment on architecture and splurge offices.

This is the worst HBL branch! The staff is rude and not helpful. The service too slow and they don't care if you are running late or anything. I visited here for a simple cheque deposit and my customer number was after 6 people and for 6 people they took 1 hour!!! They don't even have a window for ladies and senior citizens like other small banks! HBL is a giant bank in Pakistan just because of its worst service, they are losing their customers! And they are complaining about poor business in Pakistan! Due to its poor service, other small banks are getting into the business! It's not visible now, but after few years, HBL will lose most of their business!!!

Worst branch, old slow working staff in the busiest counters. Non serious attitude of staff, 2 out of 4 counters are in operation in which one guy is not available on his place & the other is too slow to deal. He literally took 45 minutes to go from 239 to 240 token number.

Staff is Lazy and always talking to each other, they don't care about customers, old pathetic line system, token machine is not working since long. Never ever attend calls. Zero stars

Pathetic and Worst service of all the time.. Slow service.. Staff missing.. Staff rude behavior.. 1 counter stuck at 64 and another counter stuck at 70 and its more than 30 mins.. 30 people are waiting inside for there turn and 20 people waiting outside of bank.. Also no one is following the COVID SOP.. No one is sitting with distance.. 3rd class service..

This branch badly need some new enthusiastic employees at counters. Better not to choose this branch if you're short of time.

Super lazy staff, doesn't do any work just make excuses. Esp there staff named Amir and Sana only watch videos on cell phone rather then resolving customer issues.
