    On 28 July 2022, I made the big mistake when I called Storm Fiber and inquired about the new connection. The sales guy was super clever convinced me to buy the connection on a discounted rate and that it will be installed within "7 days maximum" (yes that is what he said). Within 1 hour he sent the guy over to my place to collect the connection fees which I paid on the spot. Its now evening of 10 Aug 2022, till now I don't have the connection. I followed up multiple times did not receive an appropriate response and now I am asking for a refund and yet there is no indication if and when I will be refunded. I feel they are cheat and thugs (don't want to use such language but I am really mad). I would like to warn others who are looking for a new connection by sharing my bad experience.

    Absolutely Terrible experience. Requested relocation. Paid the relocation fee and the bill. More than 20 working days have passed. No one has contacted or shown up. Whereas their commitment was to get it done in 10-14 working days max. Pathetic customer service. Tried calling them, emailing them, but to no avail

    Started facing issues early Sept 2022 when net stopped working at midnight and continued till morning. After waiting for a few days to see if they resolved the issue themselves (Which they didn't), I called and complained at midnight when net wasn't working and they said that your complain is open and our team will be with you ASAP. Team never came home and my complain was closed in the morning. Next day when it happened again I complained again and this time team did came but all they did was unplugged the device and plugged it in and said it will work now. It Clearly didn't. And for the remaining of Sept I kept calling and complaining and they would take my complain and close it in the morning. I was done after calling them 17 times for 17 days so I decided I would change my net. Just a week before the due date, net surprisingly started working magically (Full speed and no disconnections No ping loss nothing). My father insisted on giving them one more try so I paid the due on the last day and the next day disconnections started happening again. Now the time is extended as well btw Midnight till Noon. If needed I can prove everything (Call logs, Email complaints etc). This is not a cry for help but just an awareness of how they deal with their customers (Old customer btw).

    It was good in start but now quality is decreasing rapidly. So many disconnections and speed issues. Calling on customer support does not help. Now I know a copy/paste message will come from the company. But now I have decided to change it so it will not help. Can anyone guide me for any good internet and TV service in Karachi. Like really good one.

    I got this connection a few years ago as it was supposed to be good but over the years, their services have declined.. Every other month, the internet stops working. When I asked them to let me speak to the technical support team to understand this recurring issue, I was not connected to them. Even now, more than 24 hours have passed and my internet is still not working and the helpline is giving incorrect information about the issue. Need to switch to some other provider.

    I wholeheartedly agree with the one-star reviews, as they effectively expose the true nature of their services. These reviews serve as clear warning signs for individuals seeking their services. When it comes to my personal experience, it is incredibly challenging to convey the depth of frustration and anger they have provoked due to their abysmal service. I initiated the request for internal relocation 42 days ago, and as I write this review, I have received no response from any official at Pathetic Fiber. Despite sending multiple emails, their communication abruptly ceased after just five emails. Even when I called their UAN number, I encountered the same unhelpful response each time. At one point, they mentioned a billing issue and connected me to their billing department, which confirmed that my dues were clear. However, their promises of a swift resolution turned out to be empty, eroding my trust in them. Furthermore, they have refused to refund the money I paid for the relocation service. As a result, my family and I have been living without internet, anxiously waiting for their response. All I ask of them now is to simply inform us if they have no intention of fulfilling their commitment, so that we can end our fruitless wait. I have reached my limit with their services and strongly urge others to join forces in raising awareness about this woeful fiber company. It is essential to expose their incompetence to the world. Consider this review as a cautionary tale for those considering their services. I sincerely wish you the best of luck if you still choose to engage with them. Answer to their reply: I have submitted multiple complaints to their email accounts and call center, yet now they are asking me to send them my registered mobile number via Facebook to resolve our query. This has raised concerns for me, as it makes me question if their email accounts and call centers have been hijacked. If they are unable to address my grievances through official and appropriate channels, how can they be expected to resolve our queries through Facebook? I caution all of you not to fall into their trap. Their replies may seem like they care about their customers, but it appears to be an illusion they have created to give the impression of being responsive. In reality, they seem to lack the capability to address customers' concerns effectively.

    Dreadful experience. Customer complaints are marked resolved just to achieve milestone of resolution within 24 hours. They have a standard response to every complaint “matter has been forwarded to concerned department” “we have escalated the matter” but you ll always face lazy indifferent customer representatives be it their helpline, twitter, facebook or any other forum. Field team personnel lie about resolving the complaints with the result that they are marked closed in the system and you are slapped with a 24hour TAT once again. I have been experiencing a disconnection issue since May and general issues since November of last year. Their team has consistently failed to resolve issues with their assigned TAT and its a chore to deal with regular service interruptions. Its a smack on the face of customers who pay their bills duly and are threatened with penalties if they miss the due dates while the company does not have to face any consequences nor does it have any obligation be it legal or out of shame to recoup the customers.

    Pathetic customer services. Four days have passed since i lodged complaint of disconnection but still not resolved. More than 10 repeated requests on helpline, more than 100 minutes of calls. Every time i am told that your case is on high priority. What if this were not on priority then they might take a month to resolve. I am helpless. Highly disappointing.

    I pay for 25MB download speed package. I have only been getting 1-6Mb for the last 5 weeks. When I call them, they repeat the same meaningless scripts, "we are accessing your device, now were checking your parameters, we are restarting your device, now check the speed again". This resolves the speed issue temporarily and my bandwidth gets restored, but it lasts for less than 1 hour and then goes back to 1-6mb. My work zoom calls drop constantly and I am unable to stay connected. Ive had to call them about 6 times on a daily basis and they never look at my call or ticket history and just keep asking the the details again, (they don't seem to have access to my prior calls or don't bother reading them ) They try to not open a ticket and avoid escalating to level 2 and run the same routine that temporarily restores my network speed. They used to be good but they're terrible now. Both network quality and ticket management is pretty awful. I live in DHA phase 5 Khi. I will be cancelling my service soon.

    Worst service , 4 times complain in 40 days, 4 Times connection disconnected. Paying charges for 50 MBPS speed ,not getting 20 MBPS .Connectivity issue is frequent. Very very bad experience. Suggested to Consider storm fibre as last option. 3 times complain registered in July,have to wait ,wait and wait to resolve problem. Regularly calling help line,wait for 10 /15 minutes to talk to representative, no use to talk to them as higher management not positive for their responsibility.

    another rubbish and disgusting customer services as usual in Pakistan. With Advance payment they want to serve you with their own will and time. This feels they are working in Presidential house or PM house with very busy schedule. Experiencing again n again same traditionally False statements, lie with customers and giving dates like judiciary. Storm Fiber Name must be Storm Timer/ Money Makers. Not Recommended, they just have 2.6 stars on google which is an achievement for them. Shame on you.

    Awful, bad, cheaters, dreadful, frightful, grim, horrible, liars, shocking, terrible, unspeakable and much more STORM FIBER is all about. On 10th August 2022, I had called helpline and complaint for " DISCONNECTION ". And kept on saying that SEND SOME TECHNICIAN FOR A ON SITE VISIT but they didn't cared about it. On 13th August 2022 internet services at my residence were completely lost and I was told that my complaint is closed and matter was resolved. Keeping in mind payment was done in advance for the month of August 2022 and within due date. They just need to adjust that amount in next month. But just imagine what happens next..... Next month - ( September 2022 ) I received a full bill with penalty and asked to pay that for the revival of the services. Later that would be adjusted in the bill of October 2022. Since 10th August 2022 till to date no resolution made and no technician visited. I had made multiple complaints during this time about 10-12 via helpline. Via email 8-10 times. Visited office they give nothing. Pathetic, worst services ever received. These people are big fakers. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes in order to launch a complaint. Later they marks that complaint closed / resolved without any intimation. Just to achieve a milestone or so called target within 24 hours resolution done. Continuous disconnection and multiple issues with failures. They're cheaters and thugs ( please forgive my language). They have taken up more customers than they can cater.

    Trust me this is the worst service you'll ever find. I have 3rd internet outage within a week. I have 100mbps of internet but they don't care about the customer. They only care about their invoices being paid. Their customer support uses automated messaging sending you the pre-written statements but on the real side they don't care about their clients. I will forsure replace my internet with any other sensible service provider. :((

    WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I was told my internet would be installed in 2 days when it usually takes 3-5 days. Then I was told it would be installed by 7 days, a week has passed and nothing! They keep saying the team miscommunicated and it takes 10-14 days. I've been asking and calling multiple times but nothing so far!!! Horrible customer experience and my work is suffering because of it.

    Extremely pathetic service. Poorest support. Relocation charges are more than Rs. 4000 even you do it yourself from second floor to first floor of the same house and you have to repay for the TV box and modem!!! There are many better options in the market go for that. Their support is extremely non supportive, support agents disconnect the call when the conversation goes beyond 30 seconds. The internet speed was good some years ago, now its the worst one. Not recommended at all.

    Very unprofessional company & management, they don’t value their customers, extremely disappointed from their service. I booked relocation service on 15 July and until date there is no progress. The team on help line put only excuses and say technical team will contact you very soon, I heard this ~8 times from help desk. Not recommended - now I have decided to install either ptcl or 4g wifi. One more point, they never forget to send bills and their follow ups.

    Pathetic customer services or non-existence. I am facing issues in bill payment. they are using old conventional methods, no online plugins for customer ease. no app no portal. they are operating like a local cable network. But no worries new competitors are coming like Starlink.

    Storm fiber customer service is worst. We are a software house and all our staff is idle since 5 days as storm fiber internet is down. Complaining at help line is useless. Tried hard to talk with technical support but all efforts are in vein. Today we are compelled to buy a router of mobile chip to use Ufone or Zong internet.

    Pathetic service. i was told multiple times that deployment will take less than 14 days even though the fiber box is only 50 feet from my house. Ptcl / local isp literally took 2 days to deploy the internet. Mubeen Babar was the sales Rep who lied to me regarding deployment and constantly was giving different topi. Even the refund process has taken over a month. Kindly go for local ISP as deployment time is far less and you get the benefit of instant resolution of complain.

    Having the most terrible experience with Storm Fiber lately. Their services has really deteriorated compared to the first few years of their service. Have complaint almost half a dozen times pertaining to random loss of connectivity numerous times a day. All i get from their call center is that we have re-configured your router, or have fixed a wire bend or one reason or another but nothing changes. Everytime I call them they say they have made the necessary changes, now just monitor and observe your connection and call back if the problem persists. When i call back the repeat of the same happens. Clearly looks like they don't want to invest into the hardware such as the likely hood of a depleted cable or transmitter etc.

    They really don't care for losing their costumers. lost connectivity since yesterday I have called so many times they speak to u very nice as it's recorded urgent, priority, emergency base will fix it but than wat?? no one come in it's been 24 hrs they least bother about if u will be facing problems. You have to call and call and no one will take a note of it plz fix ur maintamce team not to do this and still waiting for someone to come fix my net

    Very pathetic after sales service. More than 48 hours, no internet no TV. No response from technical support. I would never recommend anyone to choose Storm Fiber. If you have enough money then throw it in the trash bin, rather than wasting that on Storm Fiber..

    Resolving of technical complaints is very very bad. Only telephonic complaints registered by some unknown call centers. Monthly bills received always on time through emails, what apps, SMS. After sale service is not good. Non cooperative attitude faced by me. My complaint still not resolve since last seven days after registering complaints twice a day but no body interested to rectify the same. They are working as typical Pakistani. Allah bless you all.

    I haven’t ever posted a review no matter how bad my experience was but this one tops every other! They are real fraudsters and they trick you to pay the amount upfront and keep giving you run arounds whenever you call them or callback the sales guy. I have been waiting for 7 days to get my internet up and yet they keep saying our team is working on it etc etc. I have call recordings where they communicated that the internet will start working in a day or two but it never did. I will suggest to turn to anyone but these people as they have the below poor quality services. They deserve public humiliation as they are trying to use this company as a money making machine.

    Unfortunately, there is no rating possible below 1 star, otherwise I would have for sure picked that. I totally wish not to leave such negative rating, no matter what but the level of frustration is beyond control, making me do it. Several months have gone by, and still there is no proper help available at all, countless times contacted the support. Most of time, they said they see everything is okay, so my problem will not be taken up by the concerned department, and therefore there is nothing can be done. It's crazy that the person who is calling for help is getting told that you can not get help because we feel everything is okay, it is the most disrespectful thing I can imagine. I have used cable net for years, and even then I had NEVER faced this many issues, which I have faced ever since I joined in with these guys. I feel I am almost fighting a court case, where I must first prove that there is actually a problem, until I don't prove, they don't care. Am I so free to try and convince them to help me? They send bill immediately as month completes, but when there is any issue, it seems like they don't care at all. I am moving to another internet provider soon, and pray never to cross paths with this terrible, disastrous and pathetic internet provider AGAIN!

    1) They are charging hefty amount of money for the service they provide. I'm unable to get the exact amount of downloading speed for which I'm getting charged. They advertise the numbers which they always failed to provide. 2) Customer service is totally non existent as they attend the call on time but unable to provide services. 3) Ping is too much for gaming as I'm constantly getting 80-100+ which sometimes rises to 150 or so. I advises everyone to not to go for storm fiber if you're particularly going o get service for gaming. CONCLUSION: I prefer not have storm fiber if you are getting it for sake of Entertainment and gaming. +1: Their HD Box service needs to be appreciated.

    Staff is non cooperative. They promise for one or two days but when you pay they change thier voice and than you realise that you have to wait atleast 15 working days. So guys please don't take storm fiber.

    This has to be one of the most pathetic customer service I have faced here in Pakistan. My WiFi disconnected since 4 days and I have been calling them on repeat. Every few hours I call them, asking them what is wrong with my WiFi, I get one response "Your complaint has been forwarded to our Team. They will visit you today." It has been 4 days since they have been lying to me consistently, they have no shame. I am a student and I couldn't even submit my important assignments because of their mistreatments. I spent so much money on balance for calling them and data packages to complete my work. Their so called Team hasn't even tried to contact me, I have been asking for any sort of help I can receive but it's been 4 days and no one is giving me a proper response. DO NOT OPT FOR THIS WIFI SERVICE.

    Storm Fiber has the WORST possible customer service. I will be switching over soon. My phone remained blocked for over 20 days. And they charged me for it. And they will not reimburse me. For over 1 MONTH, I have asked them to look into this billing discrepancy - and they have done nothing about it. Preferring to just ignore my simple request. CUSTOMERS - SWITCH!

    Extremely disappointed in the customer service and internet services provided by StormFiber. Their internet connection is losing its quality super fast, causing hindrances in necessary works throughout the day. My parents are in Karachi, using storm fiber since a few years and their services have only declined over the time. We kids, living abroad, are having issues talking to them and maintaining contact. Problems arising every few days. Thinking of changing our internet providers back home for sure.

    Worst experience with Storm fiber, poor internet service. From 27th May, I've been battling an Internet outage, with zero resolution despite my repeated complaints. 🌐🚫 Their customer service claims to have "not received any complaints," leaving me furious and frustrated. Today the man on the call said k "sir aap ne to bas 4th June ko hi to complain ki hai is SE pehle to koi complain receive hi NAHI hui".😤 It's been more than 11 days still no one is resolving this issue. The lack of a stable internet connection has disrupted my work, caused financial losses, and created unnecessary stress. Fiverr has also deranked my profile because of their poor internet service and customer support.💔😭 Stormfiber has WORST internet service!

    We have had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Never did we face these kind of issues with PTCL EVER! We requested them for a transfer 10 days ago, and they took the money but haven't set our network. We've been complaining regularly for the previous five days but they say 'our team will come soon'. Their team DIDN'T COME. PATHETIC SERVICE STORM FIBER,🤬

    This company is an absolute joke! I can't believe I paid them for something they never even delivered. I was promised 20 MB of internet speed for Rs: 8,000, and all I got was frustration and a bunch of empty promises. They said the router would be installed within 15 days, but it's been over a week past that deadline, 23rd day and they still haven't even bothered to respond to my emails. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They clearly have no regard for their customers' time or money. I am absolutely disgusted with their service, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. It's a bit rude to say that.

    From Model Colony Malir, this is the poorest service I've ever encountered. I made the payment a month in advance. The individual responsible for the connection, named Shahmeer, assured me that the new connection would be installed within a week. According to the company policy, the connection should be established within 14 days. However, I've now been waiting for 35 days. Each time I lodge a complaint, the support team promises that the connection will be set up within a day or two. I am thoroughly disappointed with this experience

    The technical support is downright horrible without a question. They ask for "24 hours" to fix any connectivity issues but after many fake promises like "our team will come today" they do not try to fix it and you are left with no internet connectivity for days. Do not recommend.

    I had booked and paid the bill on19th of July, they told me that the internet would be installed within two days but now it’s been 15 days and till now the internet have not been installed, everytime we talk to helpline and concerned person they just forward the call to other help desks it didn’t happen one or two times it happened more than twenty tme. Such pathetic services and staff, they should be reported until the people know about their true faces

    Worst service I have experienced in my life. The customer support is pathetic and almost non existent. They charge you for the service they never provide and when it comes down to refund, they don't even answer emails. I applied for a 20mb connection and I only get 5-6mb speed that too if I am lucky and almost all complaints fall on deaf years. most disappointed. it seem like such a scam and I wish someone takes legal action against these people who scam customers and take their money almost knowingly that they will never be taken to task.

    I am giving one star but consider as NEGATIVE STAR Another rubbish and low grade service, I fully agree with the comments with advance payment received, they do not care for the customer. Recently they have increased the price for the subscription with third grade service. They are running Ad on TV of it is 100% fit on Storm Fiber. My service is down for the last 23 hours and if you they say SORRY, MAZRATKHUA han but this does not solve the issue. I am out of service. Just look I cannot see Pakistan-Sri-Lanka match. apart from this at the time of subscription they were very good channels like (i) National Geographic, (ii) History, (iii) Earth Planate etc now you have they have third grade Polish channel and contents are also third grade. CAN ANY BODY SUGGEST BETTER SERVICE. Now complaint issue they take 24 hrs and if complaint is lodged at 8:30 in the evening then they will not come at 9:00 but the next day. I strongly suggest people who are trying to subscribe STORMNET. please see other options in your area

    This has to be one of the most pathetic customer service I have faced here in Pakistan. My WiFi disconnected since 2 days and I have been calling them on repeat. Every few hours I call them, asking them what is wrong with my WiFi, I get one response "Your complaint has been forwarded to our Team. They will visit you today." It has been 2 days since they have been lying to me consistently, they have no shame. spent so much money on balance foTheir so called Team hasn't even tried to contact me, I have been asking for any sort of help I can receive but it's been 2days and no one is giving me a proper response. DO NOT OPT FOR THIS WIFI SERVICE.

    I don't want to give one star to this worst type of service provider but one star is compulsory to give Another pathetic and lower grade service, They firstly take advance payment , They do not care about customer . Recently they have increased price for the subscription with third grade service. I pay them for 20 mbs but only give 5-10 mbs. And when I ask them why they are giving few mbs, they says that there is many client using storm fiber net in your area and we are giving from connection box. I am facing issue from last 1 month, I complain them many times. But they fix problem at that time after 1 -2 days some issue occur. And When I call them the only word they says Sorry we look into that but They don't mind this word. They donot have customer care service.our area have no another option They took advantage and increase pay every five month.i call them keep my call on hold for longer. Please do not install this net their services are worst 👎 .

    Pathetic customer service. They are ok to entertain new connections in late hours but not ok to entertain urgent complaints after 6 pm. Customer satisfaction and retention is more important than grabbing new customers.

    Stormfiber wire cut from pole yesterday evening due to company not making any effort of having an alternate arrangement earlier despite of prior notificatiin given. I've been calling since morning for resolution but all in vain. All agents say is sorry, it has been escalated and given priority. At 8pm, one agent said 70% work done and remIning 30% will be done shortly. At9.30pm agent say it will be done by tomorrow as teams have left. Company should stoo operations.

    Hi All, If you are reading this, I will seriously advise you to stay away from Stormfiber. In my experience, I have always found their Customer Service to be not only one the worst but THE WORST. It is literally Non-Existent in my opinion. There is no level beneath. My connection has not been working for the last two weeks. I kept calling them, lodging the complaints but no one was interested in providing the solution. They kept on closing my complaints without any sort of resolution. I raised this issue with their Support Team but they did not seem to be bothered. I even tried to contact them on Twitter to no avail. And Guess What? they even had the audacity to ask me to make a monthly payment in FULL despite not giving any service for 2 Weeks. Finally, after not hearing back from them for 15+ Days and the fact that they kept closing my complaints artificially. I decided to switch my connection as it became obvious to me that they just did not care.

    I have suffering since july 30, 2023 till now in the mean while I have disconnected over 10 times and every time stormfibre says it will take 24 hours to respond, but I am facing 36 to 48 hours response time and they were billed full amount to me how do I pay for days I doesn't have stormfibre services. Stormfibre services are pathetic and they will claim they are the future of broadband. Thats why Pakistan is not prospering, I will not recommend Stormfibre to any one. You will be patient of high blood pressure if you bought their connection. Beware of these type of companies that dont know what does customer service means.

    One of the worst service I ever had its like I am dealing with cheaters and liars after collecting the money from me for new connection I have to call and call and run behind them like a mad dog Even the team leader of karachi and the sales person amir Qureshi is the irresponsible people and if I want refund I have to wait another 21 days its like I am stuck. My advise to others is to stay away from them

    PATHETIC SERVICE: I wanted to give 1 star because their connection speed is good but rest 4 star is given because of their pathetic service it has been more that 42 hours, my complaint has been lodged and no team member has contacted me or resolved. Even though operator told me that my complete area is effected since Last 42 hours.

    Deceptive practices. The packages offered here are either 1 month free or three months free. But in essence they increase the price of “one time cost”. Their reps are unable to explain what “three months free” or “1 month free” really is. This applies to across the board on all plans. Lacks clarity and appears deceptive. After wasting significant time with reps who had no clear explanation except “sir we have to do this and that to install” but what’s the difference in installation between 1 month and 3 month free which warrants such a increase in one time cost? And in some cases they keep promising to come only to call and make excuses that this or that happened and they will come tomorrow. And the standard response is such a joke “please send us inbox on Facebook page”. Well if one does not have a Facebook account? And not to mention the less than optimal review score, so I guess this is across the board issue.

    Very nice service and packages including TV and Telephone with the internet. However, after recently upgrading the plan to a higher speed the internet keeps dropping on a daily basis. Despite of complaining several times there is nobody taking care of this issue. Therefore, I land here writing the review to get further assistance. Kindly get in contact as soon as possible.     Miserable Service. Get this: I wrote a review here - they sent their standard apology response to reach out to them. They didn't do anything about my issue. Repeat: This company's customer service is a farce. Change your provider OR Storm Fiber change your management team in charge of customer support. They're zero. 0!

They are a bunch of dummies who are continuously gonna repeat the same thing over and over again and would not resolve it. In the month of September; only i have launched 2 complaint one of which was resolved after 5 days and the other one is still pending since 2 days. I deeply regret my decision for opting storm fiber

    Very poor Service! will never recommend it, PTCL which is considered poor service is 110% better than StormFiber, We can't explain what kind of service this is! We have this unmanaged connection for Private Limited Company and have been complaining for two weeks, there is no support, no cooperation, no active team, just imagine it when they send their workers to solve the issue after 3-5 days the workers go back without visiting the office and solving the issue, and there is no Cross verification by the top team, their workers are liars, no feedbacks are taken after complaining, and why will not happen it! when they do not work on your complaint! We submitted the complaint 4 times last week and 2 times this week, we still have been suffering with this useless connection!

    The coverage area does not provide the service in KDA Officer Housing Society although right next to the society there is AOHS & DOHS where the service has been operation of StormFibre, this has been a great impartiality of the provider. I've called the customer service and they said it will take a month to bring service in my area (KDAOCHS) which he was not certain either.

    "Very pathetic service by @stromfiber. Their sales agent, named SHAHID, promised a resolution within 2 days, but now he is not answering my calls. Despite numerous attempts, he keeps giving lame excuses (e.g., 'TEAM NIKAL GAE HAI,' 'TEAM ARAHI HAI'). I am now fed up and regret my decision to pay in advance. I didn't want to share this on this platform, but I am tired. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEN GO FOR STROMFIBER. THEY ARE USELESS, AND A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE BEFORE 25 WORKING DAYS.

    Poor and cheapest service I have experienced in my life. The customer support is pathetic and almost non existent. They charge you for the service they never provide and when it comes down to refund, they 20 working days but 1 and half month ago they don’t return the payment only reply cheque in process I applied for a 10mb connection almost all complaints fall on . most disappointed. There connection men is not coming during a 3.5 month then I came refund it seem like such a scam and I wish someone takes legal action against these people who scam customers and take their money almost knowingly that they will never be taken to task.I recommend you ptcl is better than that is better service provide to a customer.

    Try and find a better service provider. This internet provider is worst in the market, connection drops off frequently and all they have to say is technician and field staff would look into it as cables are broken. I pay Rs5,500 per month and at crucial times during the meetings the service will drop off...absolutely ridiculous service. not care for customers at all and just a rip off. PTA should suspend their license.
