services.
These

warning
signs
for
individuals
seeking
their
services.
When
it

to
my
personal
experience,
it
is
incredibly
challenging
to
convey
the
depth
of
frustration
and
anger
they
have
provoked
due
to
their
abysmal
service.
I
initiated
the
request
for
internal
relocation
42
days
ago,
and
as
I
write
this
review,
I
have
received
no
response
from
any
official
at
Pathetic
Fiber.
Despite
sending
multiple
emails,
their
communication
abruptly
ceased
after
just
five
emails.
Even
when
I
called
their
UAN
number,
I
encountered
the
same
unhelpful
response
each
time.
At
one
point,
they
mentioned
a
billing
issue
and
connected
me
to
their
billing
department,
which
confirmed
that
my
dues
were
clear.
However,
their
promises
of
a
swift
resolution
turned
out
to
be
empty,
eroding
my
trust
in
them.
Furthermore,
they
have
refused
to
refund
the
money
I
paid
for
the
relocation
service.
As
a
result,
my
family
and
I
have
been
living
without
internet,
anxiously
waiting
for
their
response.
All
I
ask
of
them
now
is
to
simply
inform
us
if
they
have
no
intention
of
fulfilling
their
commitment,
so
that
we
can
end
our
fruitless
wait.
I
have
reached
my
limit
with
their
services
and
strongly
urge
others
to
join
forces
in
raising
awareness
about
this
woeful
fiber
company.
It
is
essential
to
expose
their
incompetence
to
the
world.
Consider
this
review
as
a
cautionary
tale
for
those
considering
their
services.

with

I
have
submitted
multiple
complaints
to
their
email
accounts
and
call
center,
yet
now
they
are
asking
me
to
send
them
my
registered
mobile
number
via
Facebook
to
resolve
our
query.
This
has
raised
concerns
for
me,
as
it
makes
me
question
if
their
email
accounts
and
call
centers
have
been
hijacked.
If
they
are
unable
to
address
my
grievances
through
official
and
appropriate
channels,
how
can
they
be
expected
to
resolve
our
queries
through
Facebook?
I
caution
all
of
you
not
to
fall
into
their
trap.
Their
replies
may
seem
like
they
care
about
their
customers,
but
it
appears
to
be
an
illusion
they
have
created
to
give
the
impression
of
being
responsive.
In
reality,
they
seem
to
lack
the
capability
to
address
customers'
concerns
effectively.
