It is always busy around 1-4 pm because all the banking offices are there. You get good food as well as not so good due to the rush hour. You are welcomed by a long queue to order almost always around this time.

Situted at the heart of Business street. Only Motor Cycles parking available. A very large dining area having capacity of 80 peoples serve at a time. Humble staff. Neat and clean place. And above of them ofcourse their signature meal Extreme Duo Box.

I have visited many kfc restaurants but in this branch I have a shocking and interesting thing, they have deaf waiters serving. Actually kfc is supporting disable persons which is very nice of them and promoting a positve guster to the society that they speaks every language. Let's talk about the food, kfc have a great taste as always. I tryed the chicken burger and broast with fries and soft drink. That whole meal was awesome. Yes, I recommend you guys to visit this branch to meet special hosts waiting for you. Specially the people can't speak urdu or English (foreigners).

It is unreasonable to provide the order with great delay even though there is no rush... while the staff are busy talking to each other and their professional behavior is also inappropriate. Once the order was placed at the table, it was taken back saying it was misplaced.

Nice place, ground floored, spacious. However, half of the place was kind of stinky for some reason and the bathrooms could use some cleaning. The quality of food was great. Highly recommend the Zinger Stacker. Not a huge fan of their ice cream, tasted too milky and was way too sweet.

I visited KFC II Chandigarh recently for a quick meal, and while the food was decent, I did face a few challenges that detracted from the overall experience. One of the main issues I encountered was the lack of seating availability. The restaurant was packed with people, and it was difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy my meal. This made the experience quite uncomfortable and added unnecessary stress. Another major issue was the slow service at the counter. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed with the high volume of customers, and the process of ordering and serving food was quite slow. This resulted in long wait times, which made the dining experience frustrating. To add to my disappointment, the black drink that I ordered was not available. This was a bit of a funny moment, as it was surprising to see such a basic item not available on the menu. Overall, while the food at KFC II Chandigarh was decent, the lack of seating availability and slow service made the experience less enjoyable. I hope that the restaurant can improve in these areas to provide a better dining experience for its customers

Funny story! I ordered 9 Poppers as advertised on the board menu but when I received it, box was more then half empty. I asked the cashier that picture shows chicken popper falling from the box but in my box it’s not even half full. He replied, I counted myself and it’s 9. Lol ! Anyway, rest room was dirty and there were over 9 employees walking around. Service could have been a bit better. Over all it’s located on main I.I Chundrigar road adjacent to Habib Bank tower in a crowded business hub. Second picture is across KFC

The food quality is good, the service is okay. Most of the times its over crowded. Overall it's a nice decent place to have food.

It's been a great evening out here , the ambiance, the quality of food , the service, it all was amazing, the fact I got to know that all outlet is being run by deaf employees , I was even more astonished. Got no hassle in getting food , as there was systematised way of getting your order , peaceful and relaxing environment for family to hangout . Would love to come back here again very soon.

Good for eating and takeway, but worst of the worst for employees to work. No Corporate culture / work ethic! (as it looks from far), no employe rights, abusive manager, and senior employees can do whatever they want to you! ( because if they go,who will run the branch..?) And if you complain or even point out a mistake, (in accordance with the training provided, you got answer like: "Look! You've spend just 6 days here they are 6 year old, so you have to suffer even if you are right!" So the manager just kept getting blackmailed from old employees like a coward! (They usually feed you "Expired Chicken" by just changing the labels on bags in which the raw chicken is provided and stored in the kitchen refrigerator ) so, the auditor and higher management can not know about it! [Definitely theft and corruption going on here!] Also, "Never ever order in closing times" otherwise you will get the dirtiest burger of your lifetime because incase of workers shortage, they just order to any one for example a rider to do the mobing! (no seperate sweeper here) and then order them make the burger ! In the name of team work! (Arrogantly ignoring the fact that how the employe will feel and silent reaction may come.. As a result, angry rider will make your burger with their "Dirty Mobby Hands" as silent revenge! So, here you have the "Dirtiest Burger of your lifetime"! It's a good place to have fast food for business community as it is located one of the most famous road of business hub but there is no parking facility.

Today, when I reached the KFC restaurant, on the one hand, I felt happy to see that KFC has hired deaf waiters in this branch.And they are doing very well.. ❤️.. But on the contrary, the people who were perfectly fine, including the receptionists and especially the cleaners, were treating their customers as if they were deaf and dumb but also blind. Theirs behaviour hasn't the level of KFC or any Local Dhaba Hotel, and attitude towards the customers is very rude and stiff..

Environment was out class, service was really great and they also taking care of sop's as well. Pretty impressive 😊

Messy Extreme burger is a sham product. The patty was half the size of what it should be. I guess they are using same zinger or crunch burger patty in the much bigger bun. I was very disappointed with what I got. Please don't waste your money over the hype created through imfluncers!

Best food as ever. The only concern here is that your vehicle is at risk if you have parked it outside anywhere. Traffic police is very active and your vehicle maybe lifted in no time.

Been to KFC I I Chundrigar twice, had really a very experience. Staff were friendly & so food & tea were marvelous. Above all, hygiene was great. Will advice to improve bit on Parking. Overall, highly recommend 👍.

Good service and fast delivery as usual. Quality is okay too. Not the best KFC restaurant but they do employ deaf and other challenged people which is great!! Plus the KFC chicken tastes better than anywhere else. Interior and seating space is even better after the recent renovation. Their family deals are great too. Kentucky burger is my favorite alongsidr fried chick and chips.

Rest of the service and food is outstanding there is a significant issue I have to highlight. For the take away orders the serving of drinks should be disposable can or bottles instead of refill glasses for the better handling. The major problem of carrying glasses exposed during driving or riding the bike and more than half of the drink is wasted.

The attitude of booking staff wasn't humble he should be more courteous and flexible with customers

Overall the food and service was humble but a very straight point to both the public and the management to keep the restrooms/washrooms clean and tidy. Also it is my request to the public to use the restrooms properly.

Although they are open at 12pm but still they make their customers wait for 20 mints. They don't even bother to let us come inside the restaurant till everything is set up as per their convenience.. They don't take care for their customers. The staff is not co-operative at all, they just say no to your face ...... !!!!!

This is the 2nd time that I've had a worst experience at their branch. Food was cold, chicken wasn't fresh. Not gonna visit again.

The staff of the branch is not aware of Customers services ethics and courtesy. Right from the entrance, order, and delivery of meal ( dine in) the staff behavior was rude. It is better to go to some other nearby restaurant or place. Since I belong to a corporate institution hence we used to avoid the KFC II Chundrigar road Karachi branch. So avoid visiting if you do not want to ruin your mood and party time.

Food quality was good. Any restaurant's vulnerablity screams out in peak time. It was lunch time when I visited this place along with an ex-colleague (it was a treat from my side). It was such an embarrassment because of lond waiting in the que while only one attendant was serving and one counter was empty. Line was not property organized because it looked like two lines and staff was least bothered about it. After several minutes they started second counter but mismanagement was at peak, why am I saying that because those people who came after me were standing in front of me in the second and obviously there were served before me. Completely injustice. Surprises have not ended there. When my order tray was ready at the counter the attendant completely ignored that and busy with other tasks/customers, meanwhile a customer picked up the tray without checking the order number and attendant was no where to stop that nonsense. My senses forced me to stop that customer and check the order number and you know what it was my order tray.

Good place for lunch on the busiest road of Karachi, specially for office workers, but between 12pm to 3 pm you won't be able to get your orders done quickly,it might take 30 mins maximum. In rs. 300-rs 400 per head you can dine in easily.

Ambience not good, narrow space between tables, flies, mosquitoes and insects flying on and around our tables. Order took at once but served after very long time. Not a clean, hygienic and good place to visit, but you can take the food away to enjoy it since after all it's too tasty and delicious.

Never tried this KFC outlet, i was just passing by when i took a picture for google map ... (Update) Now i have tried and found it a decent place where you can sit and enjoy your meal with group or alone peacefully. Food was average but who care its KFC right so just sit back and enjoy the ride ...

What a weird SOP, for takeaway orders, they give drinks in paper cups, how are we supposed to carry the paper cups, if it's for dine-in then it's okay but if we want to take it outside, it gets spilled after a while as the paper cups get soft due to the liquid, they say that the disposable drink bottles are for delivery only. I mean if THEY have to take it outside, it's easier for them, but if the customer has to do it, they have to suffer, the staff is not at all considerate, I had to wait for half an hour AFTER my meal was ready and was in front of me the whole time, they just had to pick it up and give it to me, they took half an hour for it. Never gonna visit again. This is a very troublesome operating procedure that the KFC management should take notice of.

Food is of course very good and quality is as per the standard, but the most amazing thing about this place is that they have employeed deaf and dumb people and all the staff is really very friendly. Well done KFC 👍👍👍👍👍👍
