A neat guest house with fine rooms and fine ambience. Located just close to Shah rah e faisal and easily accessible. Access road however is not in good condition. Road is broken and dug up may be for cleaning of drains. Entrance and reception is average. Rooms are clean and furniture is average. Washrooms are clean with hot and cold water supply. Breakfast was complimentary. Staff is good and helpful. Room rates are reasonable.

Rooms were clean, Bathrooms were clean and maintained. They just need to frequently open rooms when empty to circulate fresh air and to use mosquito spray in the rooms regularly. Staff is good and obedient.

One of finest guesthouse at nursery area. Soft spoken team and rapid service. They have bit parking issues. As you have to park in open though they have security guard. We stayed with female staff. Highly recommended

Don't stay there please be aware ... Rooms are totally third class there are too many mosquitos in the room and they never provided me that room which actually I saw in the picture and booked it online they say that room is not available at this time and they off my ac too many times in the night and morning from main control, wash rooms are just like a public toilet handles and Lockes are broken , too much dust in the room , my overall experience in this guest house is totally disappointing I will never recommend this guest house to anyone specially who go with their families 👎👎

Please never stay in this hotel it is the worst place I have ever been in. Rooms are not what they show in pictures they're so tiny and smelly. Washrooms are so dirty. Plus they try to scam you with extra money when checking out. Again warning you all to never stay here

Absolute hospitality. Perfect location. Professional and helpful staff. Spotless clean. Good size room. The manager was always there to help and the other staff was helpful too. Never stay there. They will robb you. I stayed there 4 days. On fourth day i checked out 3,4 hours late as i checked in at 9 PM when i arrived. they demanded full day rent for those hours totally made a mess of everything threatened me for nothing. Tried to snatch my luggage as well. Totally unprofessional and horrific people.
