Dissapointed with ARY and their team. I applied online for membership form and paid 16,500 PKR. Though they promised on the email receipt after they received payment that form and details will be sent within 24-48 hours but infact it has been more than 10 days and no response. I called them to make a complaint. All they did was register the complaint without resolving. On the other hand agent keeps messaging and calling saying if you buy 10 forms 1 unit is guaranteed. This is clearly a scam. They are just collecting money and will keep delaying the project. Dissapointed that such a brand can do this. They should fear Allah as everyone is answerable to Him on judgemend day. Overseas Pakistanis beaware !!!

LOL ... seems to be all paid reviews !!! Not a single Plot Plan / Area Plan or even Map available. IF it ever gets built it will be 10% of what they say AND will probably be ready by 2050! They will use the deposits to fund basic FEED

I will say it will be worst investment because they are changing rules on every step and its difficult for investors to keep themselves updated, also they are selling or sharing personal data to different real estate companies and once you shared with them anything be ready to receive spam calls/emails... I would recommend you not to even pass by this place and invest your money in something better.

After reviewing past ARY ventures and their subsequent failures. I'd call this project a scam, amid all the hype and media blizz created around this project; is to lure investment into this project without questions. I'd rather invest my money into a more practical and earnest project in Karachi. A hindsight from an investor from Canada.

Its kind a scam. My wife filed an application form by their official website as overseas pakistani. I was surpirsed they sell/transfer/forwarded her personal data without her concent to various agents breaching the privacy of clients. All agenets were pursuning my wife to fill at least 12 form to get gauranted unit.Obviously we feel imbressed having these mails. Our personal data can be compromised. This is absolutely untolarateable for those who trusted to ARY .

Doesnot even deserve single star. Bought the form online at their website. More then 2 years, no balloting and not even returning the money. Requested many times. They should be investigated for fraud. Stay away from this scam.

They have dumped their reputation with a scam of Ary laguna. It has been couple of years that ARY group is holding billions of rupees and making money on it. Sad to say they are a bigger crooks and fraud when it comes to investment opportunities. I don’t recommend to my overseas national or foreigners to invest with them.

Claims are big but nothing has proceeded yet.No information about balloting has been shared.I am not very hopeful about the project.In reality it's no where just virtually projected on ARY channels.

Work in progress but pace seems slow. Very good location and will emerge as a good facility if completed in time.

The project has failed living up to the expectations that were set by extensive marketing campaign and using DHA reputation. The work is extremely slow and people are not getting their investment back if they decide to sell right now. Hopefully once Malir express way and N5 works get completed then prices will increase. However, builder must start increasing the pace of development.

Anyone know this is Lease Project (99yrs)?Does that mean you can not get the ownership after the complition or you can not sell this ? Please advise.
