    I joined this to loose weight but this is more geard for young fellows for weight/muscle training. Owner does not give much attention so most equipment are out of order but it is cheap but I don't for people who want loose weight or fitness but pretty good for weight training.

    It's a good gym with better environment and friendly caring staff. I would recommend this gym over those high end money leeching gyms. This gym has all the equipment one would need for good exercise.

    Over crowded gym with small space and parking issues equipments are too short non certified trainers with poor knowledge they misbehave with staff don't recommend.
