This is from when dine-in was open. Branch needs to up its service. The same guy who served pizza was also mopping the floor. I don't know how, but the food was great. Still, I would be cautious visiting this branch again.

Visited the pizza hut last week nice quiet place not that big or crowded so enjoy our meal one thing with the pizza hut is the taste always same across all the branches staff was quite friendly eat in or take out upto you would recommend dine in to enjoy the hot 🔥 meal not big dine in area so not recommended for big family gatherings or parties. Go and enjoy best meal in a quite place.

Pizza is tasty staff is very friendly and they can customise the pizza as on your wish staff is also very trustworthy and honest

Staff is nice, polite and cooperative. Atmosphere is ok only issue was with washroom it wasn't clean enough

Pizza was good. But sitting area was not much wide. Not even well decorated.

Dine inn wasn't up to mark, so dull lighting, food is ok as usual, but their should work on dine inn area.

Pizza has improved in taste a lot. Garlic bread were not appealing at first but got them changed so turned out to be great! 👍😁 On the whole a good experience!

Food taste was good but not very clean tables are greasy washrooms are dirty not maintain well really disappointing. Dine in is not suggest.

Pizza Hut at Khayaban e Ittihad is closed since last year but still they are updating it as open

I am not fan of pizza but taste was good

This branch has worst of everything a restaurant can offer. Every time you visit they will tell you to pay via cash cause their pos machines are not working. Most of the items on the menu are not available or out of stock. And if you are lucky and manage to get something, the staff will make sure that you get the worst quality of the food. I will not recommend this branch/franchise to anyone.

Pizza hut used to be the only good pizza in Pakistan but over the years many other players entered the market and no doubt their pizza are giving very tough time to pizza hut. Their overall taste and quantity is decreased drastically and that's why it's now not the number one choice for pizza lovers. Ambiance is good though. However their Kabab and Cheese stuffed pizza is still no one other is offering.

Bad service. Low level of cleanliness (see pictures). However, food is good.

Although there are numerous pizza restaurants in town but still the still Pizza Hut is the best, quality is maintained throughout and price very competitive. The outlets are located in in different parts of the city, the service is quick and home delivery very prompt.
