I
cannot
recommend
the
Comfort
Hotel.
The
room
was
dirty,
with
cockroaches
crawling
around.
The
bathroom
was
disgusting,
with
dusty
surfaces
and
long
hair
coming
out
of
the
drain
-
I
don't
think
they
ever
clean
it.
There
was
no
toilet
paper,
soap,
or
shampoo.
The
wifi
coverage
was
spotty,
and
I
could
only
access
it
from
one
area
in
the
room.
I
wasn't
even
given
a
key
to
lock
my
door
originally:
when
I
asked,
they
said
to
not
worry
because
they
had
security
cameras.
Um,
no.
I'm
not
going
to
leave
my
laptop
in
an
unlocked
room!
Eventually
they
managed
to
find
a
key,
but
I
will
never
understand
why
they
didn't
give
me
one
to
start
with.
They
wanted
to
charge
me
50
USD
for
an
airport
transfer
when
a
taxi
was
11
USD.
When
I
spoke
with
the
manager
over
the
phone,
he
kept
saying
that
I
was
rich
(which
I'm
not;
I'm
a
teacher).
It
made
me
uncomfortable,
and
it
felt
like
they
saw
me
as
a
human
wallet.
Then,
later,
they
tried
to
charge
me
$30
for
a
small
load
of
laundry!
In
the
end
we
agreed
on
a
more
reasonable
price,
but
then
my
travel
laundry
bag
wasn't
returned.
So,
now
I
have
to
go
buy
a
new
one.
Finally,
when
it
was
time
to
check
out,
they
told
me
that
they
only
accepted
cash,
despite
their
Booking.com
page
saying
that
they
accept
Visa.
I
already
had
a
taxi
coming
for
me,
and
so
this
was
very
inconvenient.
The
people
who
worked
there
were
friendly,
but
friendliness
cannot
make
up
for
a
dirty
room,
a
lack
of
toiletries,
and
being
ripped
off
and
lied
to.
They
kept
calling
me
their
brother:
I
truly
hope
this
isn't
how
they
treat
their
family.
