Optp Boat Basin with much needed a fresh look!!

Previously I had many complaints with this restaurant. While now it has surprisingly good service. From car parking to the goodbye.. everything was special. Ambiance, service, taste all good. Recommended for families specially. Another good thing is... it is away from nosiy boat basin restaurants.

Great dine-in experience for friends & family. Tried their Southern Zing. It was served hot and fresh. The size of burger was also big enough to satisfy hunger. Overall good experience.

Nice tidy and artistically kept. The staff is courteous and looked tidy and smart. Fast food is good.

Tried Southern Zing Burger along with Garlic Mayo Fries, Taste, Quality and Size were all perfect.

Optp's shortgun burger is delicious. Staff were friendly and were not getting irritated or not responding well on asking questions like most of the other restaurant's employees do.. and the place was good too

Amazing food enjoying..

I was surprised to enter this neat, fresh and calm atmosphere. The staff was friendly and humble. And the most amazing part was fresh and testy meal .fried chicken, burger and fries with dip were so testy and after a long time we had a testy junk food .recommended

They used fish fried oil for French Fries 🍟. Really bad thing to do. This means that they don’t change the oil frequently as they should. Southern fried chicken has lost its taste and standard 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I’m gonna post complaint email with my payment receipts also

Very spicy food ...the staff was almost shouting at each other .... not a customer friendly environment unfortunately ...also they've stopped serving hot dogs ....☹️

The food was good and staff was friendly and cooperative but what i really liked about them was their customer service. I requested to pack my food in a way it doesnt get cold and should be easy to carry since i was taking the food on a motorcycle and they did that so well. Thank you OPTP team 👍

It was good place. But sitting area was so congested.

Ordered fried fish n chips on previous Sunday for take away. On opening l was highly disappointed with quality and quantity of fish & chips.This was giving look as I had purchased same from some 'dhaba'

Ordered doner and garlic mayo fries. Delicious as per usual. 10/10 recommedn for late night cravings.

The food was good except for the fries, they were soggy and tasted like they were from last night. Had to ask the guy to replace the fries and when he brought the fresh fries, they too were NOT GOOD. I am never going to eat at this place.

Good environment good taste

Their shot gun burgers were shockingly small, leaving me unsatisfied and still hungry. The so-called large fries portion was a joke, with a meager quantity that failed to meet even the smallest appetite. The lackluster service further added to the overall disappointing experience. Avoid this place for a fulfilling burger meal. Invest in quantity rather than your ambience.

Fast service, the staff were super kind and accommodating, listening to all my requests carefully and then following through. We went around 12pm(the store is opened till 2 am on Sundays) and got their fries which were cooked very well

As per my Opinion it is the best branch of optp in the city Good seating area, well maintained & nice ambience Opened till late night I went there at 2am in the morning staff was cooperative Served fresh food love there original gmc burger

Food is good and fresh. Never had issues with the food. However, the atmosphere for such a big branch is somewhat dead...staff is nice and accommodating but either they are overworking or they seem kind of sick and tired of their job (well who isn't I wouldn't blame them) all in all good branch. Would recommend take home or delivery from this branch.

Pathetic, 2.5 Hour to Deliver the Food, Cold Food, Branch people were lying that in 5 mins food will be at your place but It took 2.5 hour. V Bad Experience

Their fries are awesome without any doubts and that is their specialty which is still good otherwise most of specialties of other fast foods have now gone. Try their mayo garlic fries or barbecue fries or simply masala fries and you'll get in love with those. Other fast food items are not that good but still better than many of the older competitors in the business especially I like their fish and chips and their grilled sandwich. Now they have so many outlets in the city and easily reachable to almost every area of the city. However their home delivery is limited. Recommended to the fries lovers.

Picture outside showed tenders, name inside was pieces. They didn’t have tenders but didn’t explain and served bone-in chicken. Fine about mistake/misunderstanding, staff were good and sorry, manager was totally uninterested and playing game on mobile rather than listening. All staff agreed the picture looked like tenders and said they will give feedback to corporate, but manager totally uninterested.

Now it's just average. The standard of fries has gone down, earlier it used to be too good. The place was deserted upon my visit.

Never to disappoint, their all time famous Garlic Mayo Fries and Beef Steak Melt Burger is a must try. Having a nice sitting area, one can enjoy the meal with family or with friends, inside, or even outside, when the weather is nice.

Crispy chicken is no doubt amazing. But the service is extremely terrible. The staff doesn't even know how long the food will take, massive place but no air con or even a fan. 5+ people working inside and yet ask to get the food. Seating the upstairs kitchen downstairs doesn't even know when the food is ready unless you go back and forth multiple times to find out if it's ready. Tables left uncleaned after the customer leaves. They really need to focus on being able to multitask.

Ordered masala fries and garlic mayo, the garlic mayo ones were good but in the masala fries, the true quality of fries was visible which is better than the recent mess they were serving but still not as good as the OG optp fries.

Love OPTP so was surprised when I was served stale fries after 10 mins. Server was courteous enough to replace with fresh item. OPTP please don't take ur customers for granted. If u r charging 300 rs. For fries ensure they are at least fresh
