Worse experience ever. There said pizza delivered in 45 minutes but pizza come in 1.30 hours then my order was not complete I order 6 small pizza and one 1 large pizza but only small pizza come after 1.30 hours drink was also rong I said all drinks are Pepsi but they give us 3 7up and 3 pepsi. I am coming from Belgium and if you have promble In your order of pizza hut pizza or they are late in delivery they offer and give to free pizza for next time or same time because the respect they customers. I was very angry when I see my pizza order was not complete I said them if you bring am large pizza order in 10 minture I pay you full money otherwise don't give you money so I take 6 pizza from rider with drink . They call me after again 45 minture they your pizza is ready we can bring I said no because my children was sleep already so what I do with that pizza the children was still hungry and sleep with empty stomach because of Very bad service of pizza hut this branch or the call center service.

1) Menu has been reduced Afghani Tikka, Bihari Kabab, fajita cicillion flavours are no more. 2) Outlets aren't airconditioned. Specially there wasn't any AC in Tariq Road branch. Similarly Attrium Mall branch and other branches located inside some malls use Mall's centralised airconditioning facility untill mall is open (max 9-10 pm). Afterwords Pizza Hut is AC free. People want to avail Midnight deals should expect hot environment. 3) Serving spoon was not available. 4) They agreed to serve 1.5 littre cold drink as pitcher but 1.5 litre cold drink or pitcher wasn't available.

Worse experience ever. Rotten pizza delivered. Never go to Pizza hut or order it.

1.AC were not working. Too much humidity. I was literally sweating 2.Due to less staff, service was too slow. 3. Pizza quality was just OK, topping was just name sake 4. Do not go for All you can eat offer from 7 pm to 9 pm. Over crowded and you will be disappointed big time. 5. Over all this branch needs maintenance and renovation.

Untrained staff will likely reply you bluntly or look busy without turning an ear to you. Most of the time they don't have pastas, the harsh thing is they only offer one pasta flavor and they do not even care to place a sign for pastas not available. The restaurant building is very sick, you can literally smell rats and cockroach feces. The ambience is quite dark, humid and hot, very few air-conditioners in working, you will abruptly end up suffocating. I can put few more Paras here, but let them improve and see how they go next time.

ordered on the website..more than 70 min ago still not delivered... call center people cannot track order all they say is that its with branch in shaheed e millat...what a pathetic service.... local pizza hut chains better then the so called global chain.... very dissapointing... Ms sheeba in callcenter needs serious trainning!

Very poor service. Late delivery, mis commitments. I order at 2:23 and more than 1 and a half hour passed but my pizza was not delivered. The rider and the call centre agent kept making false commitments by saying your food will be delivered in 10 mins and this kept happening but my pizza was not delivered. Thus I cancelled my order.

Nice Ambiance. Nice place to visit. Unlimited salad is a must take. It's a fun part of Pizza Hut.

This place was my go to favourites but now it s no good even than a dhaba. Pathetic service, ambiance and food

Extremely gloomy and smelly.the staff was nice but the place made a nauseating feel,so did the blinking lights that were out of order.at the same price there are other pizza outlets with better taste and ambiance.

I have ordered the pizza, garlic bread, potatoes wedges through online on dated 11 Aug 21. My order no was 10108694. They gave delivery time 45 min and they delivered to me after 2 hours with stale food. This Shaheed Millat branch are third class branch with third class service. Even their branch people and rider does not receive the call. I recommend don't order from Pizza hut it is better to order from California pizza which has much better taste with excellent service.

i have taste train pizza with 3 different new flavours must try once..hussain tanoli worst salesman with very rude behaviour.. i must say they must teach there staff how to deal with there customer..
