I came to this guest house for one night, just for near location to the airport. everything in this inn is old, without exaggerate all the photos uploaded are from the past, maybe more than 10 years ago, and even in the whole inn is just one slipper. the owner of this guest house just put the money in his pocket, even he do not spend one penny for updating the guest house. the cloths of receptionist was very dirty. One star Just for location

Very good environment especially owner Usama is a good person and behaves politely . Overall the rooms are neat and clean . The service was also good . The location is best near Karachi International Airport and there is market in surrounding area of guest house

Frankly speaking, I liked nothing about my stay at this hotel. It was a series of disappointments and inconveniences that left me completely dissatisfied. Where do I begin? The cleanliness was non-existent, and the booking was completely mishandled. I specifically booked a 3-bedroom room and was told upon arrival that only a 2-bedroom was available. They didn't even provide an extra mattress as a temporary solution! The staff were rude, unhelpful, and displayed a complete lack of customer service. My expectations were shattered, and the entire experience was an utter disappointment. A disastrous stay at the FOUR SEASONS in Karachi – nothing short of a nightmare. From unclean rooms to botched bookings and rude staff, it's an experience I never wish to repeat. Avoid at all costs. #HotelFail #NeverAgain

Totally unprofessional behavior by staff knocking doors at midnight to pay now like we are going to run away, the service is very bad literally and rooms and washrooms aren't clean. Don't go here neither the place around here is any good pathetic place

Nice location, very near to the airport but that place needs care and renovation as the owner doesn't care to spend a penny to fix things or buy things to clean or even put things to clean in the bathroom... Even they charge you for a tea and all..when I arrived at the airport and asked for the car to pick me where the hotel is only 10min away from the airport..they charged me 800 PKR which is unacceptable....the guest house even looks horrible from outside because it's old..all the customers paying the owner directly but that place needs deep cleaning and maintenance..and also bed sheets changing...it's like you pay then and toss you in and do whatever you like ..of its clean or not ..they don't care...if the owner can't hold himself with the cleaning then he should quit and let someone else to supervise. Not just eating money for nothing.the location of the hotel is good ... atleast they should look into maintenance and other things too every time the customer leaves.

If you like surprises, this is the place for you! You never know what you'll find (or won't find) in your room. It's like a treasure hunt, but the treasure is missing.

Best place to live? Good food . Friendly people. Best wifi service, and also you can hang around so many hotels near by.

The staff is very co-operative specially Muhammad Ismail (receptionist). Amazing rooms had a great stay. Wish to come back soon.
