Good hospital for middie class.. Reasonable rates. Good Doctors.

Good experience doctors and helpful staff. Free medical checkups for the deserving people. Cheaper in price test reports, medicines, doctors clinical checkups. Free of cost major operations for needy ones. Wards/private rooms available for patients. Medical stores and cafeteria available for patients and attendee's.

The hospital faces challenges with cleanliness and parking. However, it participates in various government campaigns, offering affordable services. Even if you can't afford it, they assist with Zakat. Notable doctors, like Dr. Misbah, provide excellent care. Patience is crucial when visiting this hospital, considering the benefits it extends to those in need. 🏥💙

Worst experience. Hospital is unhygienic. Toilets and sanitary condition is unhealthy any body can catch diseases. I had my baby delivered and booked a private room. Rooms and even labour room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs. No cleanliness at all. The staff was unethical and was sleeping all the time. At around 4 am my baby was delivered without any help of nurses or doctors or attendant. On the normal bed which is meant for the checkup. I was lying all alone in labour room fainted and the staff even the RMO and nurses were sleeping they not even bother to look at what's going on and one of the nurse which was on phone constantly told my husband and mom that patient will deliver in the morning around 7 or 8 am. They charged us nearly 25k medicines not included. So its almost near to the same amount which we can pay at any other hospital where at least a proper doctor can kept a check on me. I have a video and few pictures of the room.

Al-Mustufa is a good local government hospital. It is near my home so it has always been convenient for medical checkups and covid tests. It also has a medical store opened just across the road for convenience. But it is still not one of the well maintained ones in Gulshan with not good sanitation.

Good welfare hospital with top notch service.

Went in an emergency and got the treatment but not a good experience wouldn't recommend for emergencies. Emergency staff is one of the worst i have seen including doctor (night shift) unhelpful, uneducated staff 2nd visit for opd dr moin (dermatologist) suppose to come in at 1 pm always comes in at 2 pm and even tht when there are good amount of patients otherwise he makes the patients wait for an extra hour and then dont come at all. Everyone said he always comes in at 2 pm instead of 1 pm and the first patient will often be a jannay wala instead of the people who come in early to take the token

Nearly Six to Seven Months ago my Niece was born lip Cuted We Came Here and AlHumdulillah they Operationed Free of Cost I have Photos before and after I will Attach it later. I have seen many Peoples they came From Iran and other parts of Pakistan I want to thank Al Mustafa Hospital Behalf of My Niece ❤️

I called them on the number provided for like 30 minutes no one picked the call. One of the worst experience. Our love one’s will die and they won’t pick the call. 👎

They have the best lists of doctors for the treatment. It also takes into account people who cannot afford to pay their bills.

Pathetic management and they don't know how to talk to the patient and I was in fever and this hospital comes into my route from office to house so I went out there for medical help doctor although was nice he gave me medical slip for medical leave but their management was not cooperative at all they said you will only be responsible if you take leaves from office we would not provide you any medical certificate or letter head for the leaves from your office. And according to them in the past people had misused it and they even did not checked that I was not asking it for any misuse it was written on letter as well I want it only medical leaves permission from my office for one week on their recommendation.
