Very Disappointed no cleaning no maintenance very bad smell and very bad atmosphere. Before that it was a nice farmhouse we were really very enjoyable area but now this is not suitable for entertainment with families because they didn't maintain this farmhouse. We were booked this farmhouse to spent some time with our relatives but our picnic was ruined due to their bad atmosphere maintenance etc. First we went to farmhouse no 1 and very Disappointed then they shift us to farmhouse no2 but didn't open complete rooms and our guests were very angry and half of them went to home in midnight. This is request to them please maintain this otherwise people will not come there . Thanks

Its been a Beautiful Farmhouse. A goto place where you can spend time with family or with friends. Highly encouraged to have corporate events over there. You can enjoy cricket, horse riding and many more activities in lush green fields. You can aslo enjoy the indoor activities of house here!!!

We visited farmhouse 2 with family and that was the dirtiest farmhouse ever. Dirty toilets, broken showers. Dirty bedsheets, rotten mattresses. There was only stove for 2 farms, it was a headache making tea. No microwave, no stove in the kitchen. Dirty water arrangement. Only good thing was grass ground. Needs lot of improvement else it's a waste of money and time.

The parking is not good and also cleaning was not proper... The room were very hot and the air-flow is not good either

I rented Unit 3 Shamsi Farm House. There are 5 units total. Overall Farm House was nice but not maintained at all like gardens was like gass have never been trimmed, few furniture was damaged too. Gate keeper was clean pool when arrive but at exact 5 end time he ask us to clear pool even it was handed over to us nearly 1.5 hour late(10:21a.m). Rooms were okey but as mentioned in other reviews nearly all door locks are broke even conner door bathroom door was broke 🙄. Indoor gaming equipment weren't complete and were in very bad condition same for outdoor unable to use them 3 AC rooms indeed working ACs but no AC on generator so in 8 hours of booking AC only work 1 hour. Dealer send us old pictures while booking but now every thing is quite different. Even pool tiles are damage in many places. Water Slide was good and safe indeed... We can only suggest management to maintain it, because its not that much expensive to clear bathrooms and have proper set of equipments of gaming.

1 word to describe our experience here. Pathetic. Why waste so much money only for a swimming pool with slide (No shade on pool). The indoor games were the poorest of them all, snooker table was broken with only with stick, table tennis rackets were messed up and a small carom board instead of a big one was present. I don't know why people post fake positive reviews but this farmhouse is mediocre at best.

It is on very good location and on very large area. But their services are average. The table tennis rackets were very cheap. Pool was also not very clean. There were horses but you cannot ride on them. ( Or maybe my company didn't include it in their package). It has good cricket ground.

A nice place to hang out and spend a day at. Lush green grounds for cricket, football, horse riding etc. Nice outdoor sitting area covered with trees we were on the side were the pool had a 2nd story water slide and the kids loved it. Seems to be a little old so all the indoor games were not at their 100%. An overall pleasant experience for sure.

Very beautiful and the nearest farmhouse to the city ❤️. For entertainment, there is a big swimming pool with sliding, a cricket ground with plenty of lights, snooker, table tennis, patti, and volleyball. There was also a mini zoo where we saw dares roaming freely and peacock 🦚

Great place to have a day off with family or friends. A cricket ground as well as a pool, though the pool needed better cleaning. Bathrooms had locks broken, but were cleaned and overall cleanliness was great. Daboo, foosball, table tennis, and pool table plus a couple of swings outside as well… A little work on this and it could be much better I believe.

A very good farmhouse compared to others in the same vicinity. It is divided into 4 farms, each has big, air-conditioned rooms along with pool, waterslide, big lawn and indoor games. Overall very good for families.

There should be curtains in rooms.we reached there exact 8 but they were still cleaning the rooms.and pool was half empty. Waited for an more hour to get everything ready.

It has 4 units with different levels of luxuries. Cricket ground and park is much bigger and well maintained grass. 10 to 15 cars parking available in different units. Vast dining hall. Neat and clean change rooms and wash rooms. Swimming pool which is a necessary part of fun and enjoyment. Only 1 Swimming pool in every unit with no shade. In rooms Air conditioning is very good. Safe and secure place as its close to Malir Cantonment.

Rooms are good, bathrooms are clean.. Which is very important for family.. Pool is good too plus it has a slide which is cool but slide lands in shallow water do if you are slightly overweight you hit the floor..

We took the Hut#2 which allowed us to use the main cricket ground. The dimensions are weird and the lighting is not that great. Rooms were well maintained but the ACs didn't work at all. Pool is small and okayish. The best thing about Shamsi is accessibility. It's just 10 mins drive from Airport and the road is in quite good condition as well.

Shamis farm house is located under Malir cantonment which makes it more safe than other farm house. If we talk about activities they have Big cricket ground, along with Multiple swimming pools which makes it ideal for families. Rooms are pretty neat and clean.

We were in their new unit 4 and no doubt it was amazing just had an issue that the tank got full and overflow which led to the whole room and lounge in water and the service person was not responding that much on it. Other than that everything was good. Also the lighting in the ground was not up to the mark.

It’s huge. They have multiple farm houses inside one single huge boundary wall. You have to visit yourself before visiting as one of the farmhouses may have big ground but small pool size other one may have good pool but small rooms etc. Staff is slow with responses that’s the only downside. Overall a good place to enjoy time with family. Security should not be an issue.

The farm is well maintained and a good place to have a picnic, some rooms need a bit of to be done, some door locks need to be changed.

7.5 out of 10. Good ground for cricket. The snooker, carrom and table tennis equipments needs to be replaced. Swimming pool has a decent and fast slide 👌 10 out of 10 for the slide
