It's pathetic organization, like you can never ever call them in case of emergency or for rescue. They will just waste you time. Don't rely on them they are just making fool. Just take that animal to the vet & don't call them for help. They will just ask silly question in case of emergency & waste your time until the poor animal die. One kitten has been dead due to them. Stupid organization to just make ppl fool.

There were three kittens outside my house that had contracted some kind of eye infection and seemed to be losing their eyes. I called ACF and they were very responsive and helpful. I dropped the kittens off at the shelter so that they could be cared for. It was a huge relief for me because I already have 12 cats to look after and was unable to look after these kittens properly. I’m glad and relieved that the three babies are going to be looked after and will be able to survive. Thank you for your help ACF. 🌸🌸

They are liars. Dnt accept street cats dnt accept abondon kittens dnt accept sick cats. They said send the videos. Wen i send they said they dont look sick. Rubbish, dnt want to work. Every organisation on the name of rescue is fraud here. I request for 2 weeks old kittens, their mom left them but they are so cruel they did not accept them. Making donations on the name of animals but dnt give any services God is watching you people LIARS!!! ONLY MAKING THEIR NAME DISAPPOINTED

Absolutely scam of an organization. They pretend that they are doing so much work but if you call them to help injured animal. They will say that their drivers are busy but when u bring that same injured animal yourself. You will see both their cars sitting and having chai and biscoot

I got a small kitten rescued today by them. It was injured badly by an adult cat. Its lower half was paralyzed. ACF staff was very cooperative. I connected through WhatsApp, and the responses were prompt. But the rescue team itself was not very satisfactory. They asked me to come to DHA central library road, I told them it would take 10 to 15 minutes as I would come by walking. Upon which they gave me another location which was near my street. The point is I already gave them the location, and then how could they ask me to come at a faraway place. The rest of the process was smooth. I can't thank enough for their service. May Allah give barakah in their work and give them strength and success.

I was about to make a donation via Cuddly for a dog they claim to have rescued. After reading the numerous negative reviews I am deeply concerned about the authenticity of this organization. Making money off Cuddly is an easy way for such unscrupulous “rescue” groups to make “non-profits”. Sadly this type of organization is taking Americans compassion for helping animals and abusing it for financial gain!

It appears to me that they might be involved in money laundering, as their focus seems minimal on rescuing or adopting animals. I'd advise against contacting them, as it could lead to wasted time and more suffering for the animals.

100% Recommended, stary cat who lives at my door given birth to 4 beautiful kittens but unfortunately The cat condition got worst (uterus prolonged ) for like 2 days i thought it will be back in a day , but the condition got to worst and my vet said no for operate as case was worst , so i had contacted total 6 Shelters all of them refused to operate and take her! But they take her with children's and operated her very well and updated me after 3 days all of them doing very well ! Alhamdullilah Alhamdullilah , all of this are too wholesome , May Allah bless them , keep donating them

Dear sir there are two dogs at clifton oposit USA embassy near UBL contact centre. Both.s ayes are damage due to plastic bullets were used on them by army people and they are still not in good condition can you please pick them to your organisation for treatment.

Amazing place for animals to shelter them taken care of onsight doctors But equally terrible place for volunteers if anyone wants to do anything for animals They will take all your hard work and never remember you no matter what you after a disaster hit acf Many animals died here i went to give helping hand as gesture but i was banned next day because i didnt feel well got sick from hard work and fainted on my way back i cleaned thousands of dead flies from the windows took care of their cats dogs donkeys cleaned the place up but then they said we dont need you anymore you were waste of our time

They are just exist for publicity not for work I called them as one cat wad traprd in steel wire mash and my neighbour call me to help and remove I tried but cat was badly traped abd one of her foot was stuck in steel wire and not possible without safety tool as cat try to attack whenever I try to remove her foot I search google abd find Acf # I called and tell all story then one lady replied we don't have resources once you remove cat bring to us then we will care it Then we call Edhi for Help

Excellent service I am very impressed by the way the handle cases. No one is taking care of animals better than ACF. I am very proud that someone from Karachi is running such organisation

It's a kind of NGO to save lives of street dogs, cats and animals. Very sympathetic for all kind of animals. Provide services to your pets also. Just call them and share your home pickup address. They provide doctors and medical services, meals and shelter to animals.

They used to be better, but now they are pathetic. since most people here already said that. They won't text you back in time, they won't pick up calls. then they argue that they don't have funds or manpower. publicity reh gai hai

One of the best welfare/shelters for stray animals. They are giving their best services. If you find any animal that needs help you can ask them. I drop a puppy who was injured and they simply kept it after filling out a simple form just for information which was a good sign for me.

If anyone wants to rescue animals and really care about them then I definitely recommend this to everyone. Humanity is at its best. I have seen doctors who can really feel the pain of abandoned and street animals.

Disappointed twice. Once called them to pick up a dog with spinal injury in the vicinity of Korangi Creek Industrial area and they kept asking questions like where? when? who .... till they wasted the while day and didn't arrive Second time about another injured dog near their shelter in model colony and no response. I had a very good experience with ACF Animal Rescue. I found a dog in very bad condition yesterday, and I contacted them. They immediately acknowledged my request and assured me that they would rescue the dog today. The dog was handled with a lot of care. Please support ACF so that they can help more and more voiceless animals.

what’s the point of your rescue services if they’re not being provided 24/7? can emergencies only occur to your specific provided timings? what’s the point for your helpline number if it’s not meant to get answered literally at any time of the day? honestly guys stop using animals for the fame and pr and actually bring up your game with services, as they lack more than your content on instagram. ffs I’ve called several times on several emergencies, not once literally NOT ONCE they picked up my call.

10/10 definitely wouldn't recommend. They don't pick up when you call them, there was an injured cat probably a hit and run and you're pretty useless if you call yourself an animal care organization. Wouldn't even give a single star rating
