Being a regular visitor only thing we can give credit to is the quality which is maintained every time and variety. But I hate the factor that they promote imported items a lot which is not good for our country. Shopping bags should be free as they are in other branches but in malir cantt branch they charge 5 rs each bag. It is very poorly sorted out branch small and very crowded. Rest pricing and service is good.

I went to store for grocery items. Almost 90 % items are low quality . For example air freshener, spices, etc. People visit due to low rates but think how can one person sell at high and other claim at less rate. It is all about quality. 80% of the crockery was damage .

Today I visited Imtiaz Super Store Malir Cantt , Karachi to purchase certain grocery items . It has a neat & clean environment with equally well laid out stuff under one roof . Staff found to be well behaved and helping . Prices are reasonable keeping in view the quality of items available outside . Shopping here is recommended.

Had a very bad experience with Imtiaz. We bought an electric kettle of ardee from Imtiaz and when we boiled water in it it had a burnt water smell. We took it to the store and after a lot of arguments they exchanged it with the same article and it also had a burnt smell. There’s a manufacturing fault in the ardee company kettle. Again they started arguing and started gaslighting us at the customer service and said that they can’t replace it with another company’s kettle. The kettle is of 6000 Rs and is useless to us. Imtiaz is a fraud store and they never accept their mistakes. Pathetic service and pathetic management.Never buy any electronics from them

Guess they have most of the home groceries at one place within Malir Cantt.

I would have given 5 stars however 3 stars are for poor planning around parking spaces and the location of the store. If they are opening a store they should consider all aspects of operations. Sorry to say wherever they have opened the stores, I don’t see much planning for the location and parking spaces. Otherwise the variety of the products is good. You can find all in one place. Staff is mostly efficient and prompt.

It's very good place for shopping for groceries but due to change of their opening time I'm not going here 😑before timings was 9am so that's very good for me I dropped my children at school and then purchase groceries but now timing is 10am so I'm not going here about 2weeks 😐

Very little space between isles to move trolley with kids. You will earn more profit if you just leave some place for people with kids to move trolley. Forget about moving a child's stroller inside. Move your counters away from isles. Better go to Carrefour and have some dignity instead of saving hardly two thousand rupees

A variety of Items are available. Prices vary from low to high. Covid Rules are written on sign boards but not followed. Many customers were without masks :(

While this store does carry foreign goods, it also has lots of Pakistani products. All kinds of grocery items are available, including meats (beef, veal, mutton, chicken and fish are cut while you wait), frozen food, cooking oils, rice/flour/grains (اناج), cereals, breakfast spreads, packaged dairy products, pasta, salt and spices. I especially like their own brand of instant coffee, every bit as good as that famous multinational brand! They also have a small bakery section, in addition to the packaged branded cakes and cookies. There are also sections for fresh fruits/vegetables, dry fruit, plastic ware, household electrical appliances, a pharmacy, crockery/cookware/utensils, stationery (some), cleaning/hygiene products, personal care products, cosmetics, snacks, soft drinks, pet food and batteries. The store opens at 10 AM daily, and parking is readily available in the mornings; however, on the weekends and late afternoons/evenings you have to either wait for a parking spot or avail the valet parking. Market is inside Malir Cant. Very peaceful environment. Car parking is also easy

Dealing is pathetic by the staff. Even after paying the bill there is no place to reenter into the racks area but we have to again handover the bill to the checker who ensure that we are not stealing any thing. What a DISGRACEFUL attitude which is never been practice else where in the world. Station Commander must kick Imtiaz OUT from Malir Cantt if they do not hange their procedure/ behavior.
