Amazing temple 🛕 for Gurubagavan, the main deity is Siva Peruman. There is a separate Sannidhi for Guru Bhagavan (Lord of South), but facing towards East. There is huge banyan tree 🌳 it’s huge, you must visit this temple 🛕 when you come to Karaikudi or Sivagangai. Very calm and peaceful place. Must visit temple, there is huge parking 🅿️ space here.

A separate Sanctum for Lord Dakshinamurthy also called as Guru Bhagawan can be seen in this place. The special thing is he is facing East direction. Main God (moolavar) is Lord Shiva. Though the temple timings in Google says, 05:30hrs, temple opens at 07:00hrs only. Plan the visit accordingly. I went there by 05:30, but, waited till 07:00hrs. There are no good restaurants also near by. Ample parking space is available. And the parking is free. Public toilet is available and maintained in a better manner.
