It's well-connected and it's near the center of the city. Each room DOES NOT have a dedicated parking spot, and if you're late, you have to park outside!\nThe staff were totally unprofessional. There were signs everywhere that all guests should wear masks at all times, but the receptionist wasn't wearing one. Also, I had to take our luggage up the stairs from the parking myself.\nTalking about the room, I paid 645.000 Toman ($23) for their best one, which is the thing that's bothering me. All these drawbacks could have been forgotten if we paid half of this amount. Considering the quality of the room and the services they offer, their price is ridiculously expensive. With this price, here in Iran, you could easily book a high level 4-star hotel.\nOur room was clean but I could even hear the breathing of the next room guests. I believe it is the noisiest hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything.\nThe breakfast was also limited and by even including tea and bread, there were only 8 or 9 items in total.\nTo sum up, please when you're writing a review, be precise, and at least include those details that you care about. We booked a room a month before, and we arrived in the midnight as we already confirmed with them. But the receptionist staff was so impolite that we decided to not stay at the hotel. The staffs other than receptionists were nice though.

Too much noise, from early morning to afternoon, not by guest but hotel workers without any regards for the people staying here, good luck if you want some rest, been here over a week its not a ine time occurrence

I stayed here for almost 2months. I have a lot to share. try to make it short and useful:) The entire staff is fabulous. Some are even beyond excellency. They thrive to leave the best stay memory for you. Amir Fooladvand, Front Desk, is one of the kind. He goes beyond & above your expectations. AMAZING personality. Iman Dehghan, the Valet, who runs almost couple of areas-service-needs at the same time, very professional and friendly. I think staff like them are an asset to any organization, working even voluntarily while unconditionally. I have worked in Hospitality industry for years; and I have a degree in Hospitality Management from BC, Canada. I speak from point of both guest services experience & professionalism. I have no words to express my admiration & appreciation for the group working here with day & night with their heart & soul to run the business to the best. The Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, and all lovable & friendly Coffee Shop staff were the only reason I could stay for that long. The coffee shop on the first floor is the best place to hang out with a friend. it offers a variety of delicious dishes, and cool beverages with nice selection of music. Manager is Mohammad, so hospitable, with his talented staff make the elegant dishes of burgers, chicken, yummy salads, made by Peyvand and Sarvenaaz, the most friendly ever:) The housekeeping staff and servers in the breakfast area are doing their best to make you feel home. don't miss the Complimentary delightful breakfast. so good. A note about hotel structure: The common areas like Lobby, hallways, breakfast place are gorgeously designed & being taken care of to attract the guests' attention; however I didn't find any harmony between private areas images (Room textures) & common areas. few of the rooms are renovated, a bit over-priced, and some are still not even touched yet in terms of renovation, not even close. The ones that are selling as "Suites" are not what the word offers. They are the renovated two-beds/King beds with a small kitchenette. no separate rooms in the suite. highly over-priced. The location is great, very convenient. lots of restaurant, shops are around to spend a nice evening walk & browsing what the city of Karaj has to offer. I recommend this place more to mo leisure travelers than business ones; and that's because the rooms insulations are too poor to block the noises. Lots need to be done in the rooms to make their look match the current price; but overall it serves the need. Thank you each every one of you to create the best memory of my stay. Love you all. one of the best hotels in karaj👌

The double rooms are much better than the single onea so I always book a double roon even when travelling alone. The location is quite convenient to the highway to Tehran, and there is a bank and ATM across the street. They don't usually serve launch or dinner, but you can always call for a delivery or eat out. The prices are very reasonable.

Booked online, friendly reception on arrival. it was well furnished and very clean; Useful supermarket a few doors away and lots of good places to eat nearby. If we go to Karaj again we will use this hotel.

My 5 star is for the gentleman working in the front who listens if you have any concerns 👍

Good hotel ,good breakfast and great cafe

The staffs other than receptionists were nice. You can not buy a meal and bring it to your room, instead they buy a meal for you! The room was clean but the hallways were dirty.

Too much noise, I can’t sleep.
