Made
a
detour
to
this
place
during
our
business
trip.
The
menu
is
diverse
in
terms
of
cuisines
and
entries
and
if
I
wasn't
going
to
have
Mansaf
for
dinner
I
would've
definitely
went
for
it
since
Karak
is
well
known
for
it.
Instead,
I
went
through
the
menu
looking
for
something
new
and
found
"Fahsa"
a
Yamani
dish
of
lamb
chunks
on
a
skillet,
mixed
with
peppers
and
topped
with
ground
fresh
Fenugreek.
I
really
enjoyed
the
chilli
peppers
salad
on
it.
I
was
really
surprised
by
the
quality
of
the
food
in
general
and
felt
lucky
to
have
landed
on
such
a
dish
in
the
least
expected
of
places.
The
hospitality
was
amazing
which
came
to
no
surprise
since
you're
in
Karak,
the
staff
were
really
friendly
although
the
service
can
be
more
organized
but
I
guess
it
was
due
to
the
big
number
of
diners
in
the
restaurant
at
the
time.
A
big
five
for
you
guys!
Thank
you
Hisham
and
the
other
Yamani
dude👍🏻
