After waiting 2 hours, I contacted the neighbour to call the owner, who was clearly not aware that we booked that night. After leaving, we were there alone with his son. The room is nice but the atmosphere was cringe and lonely. Food was microwaved and not fresh and costs way too much. Same for breakfast. Not a nice experience. Warning: There are some stories about solo female travellers who were harassed by the staff. Especially don't go here as a solo female.

We liked this place very much. Excellent hosting with authentic Jordanian experience. Beautiful views of Wadi al Karak, a valley that is right below. Spacious and special room (bathroom and showers are shared).

Fantastic view and wonderful hosts! Jamal was very welcoming and hospitable. Also, a great sense of humour. We enjoyed our time there. The place was clean and very well cared for. The room was spacious and well decorated. Ahmed will also take good care of you while you are there. We had a great time even for one night. Highly recommend staying. Thank you again for the stories and the great laughs.

This hôtel could be really nice if the bedrooms and bathroom would be cleaner. Indeed, I think the bed sheets were not changed between 2 customers. On the other side, dinner was really good.
