The friendliest owner of a hotel i have ever met in my life! The rooms are clean and we got everything we need. With the heater on, we head a cozy night there. We also got good breakfast and dinner for a fair price. Parking direct in front of the hotel. When you need something, just ask! Definitely can recommend and would come again!

We had an amazing experience here! The owner is a great man, very kind and welcoming. We had our room upgraded. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were delicious. Free parking is next to the entrance. Kerak castle is not far from this place.

We arrived to this great hotel without high expectations because it is marked as a hotel with one star, but everything there exceeded our expectations. The hotel owner is a nice person, very polite, respectful, understanding and helpful. He assigned us amazing room, we had nice and friendly conversations. His English language skills are perfect. Thank you for everything! D&M

Great hotel with awesome staff, they were super friendly and helpful. After staying in Jerash, Amman and a dead sea resort this was the first place we stayed that had hot water. Great location with some really good views, the breakfast for 4 JD was one of the best we had

Very familiar, nice and small hotel. The owner was so courteous, he made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Heater in the room, parking places, and a clean & cozy room. He organized dinner and breakfast for us, it was really good & a big portion. There is also a vegetarian option! Greets from Austria

Great place to stay. Dinner is excellent after a long day outside. Rooms are big though still need some improvement specially the bathroom. Very kind personnel and close to the main attraction.

Best opinion when you look for something safe and cheap, but dont trust photos... We found this hotel via booking and spent one night here. Since it was super-cheap I rate optimistic 4/5 but the price also says something about quality of rooms. One room was really small with just terrible bathroom, second room was a cellar room with strange smell of desinfection. But again it was super-cheap. Personnel were really kind and ladies at breakfast oscillated with our needs.

This is one of my favorite locations in Karak. The rooms are clean, the views are beautiful and the staffs are very patient and professional too. I enjoyed the food too. There were options and the chef was really calm and wonderful. It was great

The quality was below all standards. The room was in the basement, dirty and cold. There were blankets from the UN Refugee Agency on the beds and it was a hotel!

Without any research prior to booking we didn't expect much out of it, but the owner makes this place outstanding. We had few minor questions about our further plans and he was more than happy to provide us with detailed information. Thank you so much. Recommended

Nice hotel. We were walking in to check because of some bad reviews here but it was a very nice place. Dinner and breakfast available. Good distance to the bus stop.

The place is great! It is clean and cozy. We had a rooms with bathroom and it was clean and with hot water. There is an option for dinner and breakfast for extra fees. Parking was available across the street. Staff were very helpful, happy to help with some advice. There was a list with many places to go to in and around Kerak which was useful. If staying in Kerak, I would definitely recommend it

Host is great. Very friendly and helpful. He speaks good English, communication was not an issue at all. Hotel is quiet and clean. Location is great, about 300-400m to shops and restaurants.

I was undecided between 3 and 4 stars but in the end I gave 4 in reason of the kindness of the staff and the amazing meals they offer at good prices. For the rest, I stayed in the single room with shared toiled, the room was ok for the price (quite little and very basic), the toilet has definitely seen better times in terms of space, equipment and cleanliness. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay briefly when passing by Kerak, I definitely recommend. Be mindful of what you book and your own standards though.

The room was super cold, around 16°C... bathroom 13°C. I slept with 3 blankets and I was still cold. The wifi was unusable most of the time. No proper furniture in the room, and it was basically in a cellar, it had only a very small window looking to the dump. Staff was kind and welcoming.

I wanted to like this place. The room is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there is no cold water. Only scalding water. I tried at different times to make sure it wasn’t temporary but it’s not. Another guest had the same issue. Impossible to take a decent shower like this. The owner should invest a little money in providing water at an acceptable temperature. I would have given a way better review if there were only cold water.

    - The hotel is very basic - there were even no towels in the room! When we asked for towels, we were only given two tiny ones, not enough to use after a shower (although they had bigger ones available in the storage). - There is no WiFi in room (only in the lobby). - The breakfast was disappointing, and very small portions (e.g. there was only 1 slice of cheese, etc). - Our room had a wall directly in front of the window, so it was dark, and nothing to look at through the window. - Everything costs extra - water, tea... - The location is a bit off from everything. You need a car to go anywhere. When we were out for dinner, we met other guests from this hotel who were stranded: the receptionist drove them to a restaurant in the old town and promised to pick them up at 9pm, but never came for them! They waited for over an hour to be picked up. Luckily we had a car, and could take them with us back to the hotel.

The room was cold despite the heater. Cleanliness was not great. The breakfast was very small, but tasty. Overall I would not recommend.

Great and authentic place for a stop over night in between the Dead Sea and Dana / Wadi Rum. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. Just watch out on the entrance when entering with a car, on one side cars can scratch on the bottom as there is a bump in the driveway.
