Nice staff, clean bedroom, sheets and towels. Windows block so much noise, which is good. Bathroom doesnt look nice. View of Castle is spectacular!!! However, the breakfast is terrible. Not much served and once I asked for omelette they made it and left it in kitchen for 10 minutes, so I received it cold. Bad coffee (cheap Nescafe), and bad choice of music in the hallway, and at time of sunset when you want to set in balcony and watch the view of the sunset behind the castle.

Not enough parking lots, food was not that fresh and of less than normal quality and variety especially when compared to the cost. Apart of that the employees were dealing nicely and trying to offer their best.

I went with my family for dinner (not buffet). Great staff and service. The food is above average for a 4 star hotel. We waited a while for the food but it was well worth it. Music was good and we never got bored at any point with the great view. The cost of food doesn't kill your budget so you could go more than one a month and have a good time. We had a small note about one order and the staff dealt with it in a 5 star manner.

Talking abt the restaurant and Cafe there to be honest, Unfortunately the least rate was 1 🌟 but if were less that I will choose it, the menu list was coming from the hell, I asked for a cappuccino, but it was looking like everything else the cappuccinos, 3 in 1 powdered!!

The hotel is good and it's location facing the Kerak castle is fab.... but my group and I have notes about: * Lights aren't enough * Shower Box should have a door or a curtain * Landline didn't work the three days we spent at the hotel. * The AC didn't work the three days we spent at our room. * No replacement of used items was done. * Windows need cleaning.

The hotel isn't located in a prime area, although the hotel itself is well equipped. The restaurant is great. The pool and balcony is very convenient. Nice hotel overall.

Less than expectations 💔👎 No care for room services as the 4 stars hotels. Expensive and not a good service on the pool. There is no accuracy and follow-up at work. Sorry for the comments, but we hope you will improve 👍👍

Hotel is nice employees are friendly, but regarding the rooms, carpet is very dirty and bathroom needs renovation ad very old even you can't take shower

Bad is the one word that comes to mind. No service despite 7 people chatting with each other, food from another planet and not in a good way. What shame, the view on the castle is actually pretty good and the only reason for a star.

I had a Good stay in Alkarak at the hotel but it has bad services. Nice view, the food was not that good at dinner and breakfast, and a very good price. I hope it will be better in the future because i knew its a new hotel.
