Worst service. I advise you all not to shop in this showroom. Inspite of writing to the customer care of titan eye plus, no action is taken to set right the new spectacles I bought from them costing over 14000 rupees. I am planning to go to the consumer redressal form.

I am editing my review as I got my breakage frame replaced with new one after take up below issue with their customer support team by mail as directed by Sastamangalam br staff Earlier review: Not giving Warranty support as I bought a frame on 14-12-2023, found breakage at solderjoints on 21-12-2023, on the same day I handed over the Frame with invoicecto their Sasthamangalam br, Trivandrum, Kerala, They requested warranty replacement to their customer support, but got rejected without any reason. Just a week of use I contact their customer support toll free number, executive said sorry sir warranty replacement not possible as per their warranty booklet, it is clearly mentioned that replace or repair,if any breakage at solder joints, coating peel off, will be done based on technical team evaluation. Titan as Tata group company doing such breaching of Commitment. How can we trust to buy again from Titan EYE+.

Went to their newly renovated store for purchasing a sun glass. Called them on the previous day and the sales person told that there is a discount of 10% for coming 10 days since they opened after renovation. I went there and while selecting the sales person said there is a 10 percent discount. Went ahead with billing and suddenly another salesperson tells there is no discount for international brands. I liked the piece and purchased it without discount and felt like a sales trick pulled upon me. Bad experience. Zero Rating.

I was a regular customer of Titan Eye+ Sasthamangalam, till I shifted to Kozhikode. I had good experiences from them. I bought two glasses and frames (one for my wife) from Kozhikode Titan Eye+ Mavoor road, but had frequent issues with loosening of frame legs. I approached Titan eye+ Sasthamangalam with a request to repair this, which they did twice, without charging. Thank you so much.

Gud Service and excelent staff behavior...

I visited the showroom today ( 29th December 2020)for a service related to my glass. The complaint was a to replace a small screw ( Pic attached ). To my surprise the store manager responded that they cannot do it since the screw was not available with them. I called up Titan customer centre and they called the showroom to verify the same. The customer care was giving options to the store to help me out but still the manager was giving reasons. He was also giving a wrong information to me that the company is not sending these type of screws and no other showrooms if Trivandrum has it. Finally I got it fixed from MG Road Showroom. They had the screw with them, that means that the store manager of Sasthamangalam was giving wrong information by saying that the screw was not being send from Titan Would not recommend this showroom since service attitude is missing
