Nice place, with good coffees. The staff is just amazingggggggg.. loved the way they make their coffee art. And they cutely add sticky notes to make your day. The egg masala burger is just too good, especially with tandoori mayo. The wedges go along with hebanero sauce.

I usually order in Zomato. For a change I opted for take away and ordered two burgers. After the take away I came home and found bag full of some peri peri pockets. Then I again went to the store and shown them what they had give me. They just simply made an excuse and gave me the burgers. Is this the way you treat your customers.? I was happy when my order was earlier where Zomato usually takes 45 mins for 3 kms. But I was really annoyed and depressed to get these peri peri sachets instead of my burger. Didn't expect it from you guys. I was really addicted to McDonald's burger and now I feel kind of down because of this.. please do be careful.

Today, after office, I wanted to eat something delicious. After searching a lot, I decided to order a McSpicy Chicken Burger, Chicken Maharaja Mac, McSpicy Fried Chicken, and a Coke from McDonald's. Their meal offers are really great as you get to choose from a variety of options. Secondly, the chicken used by them goes through 64 unique quality tests to ensure food safety and hygiene. Thus, I didn't have to worry about it while ordering this chicken meal. If you want to relish the goodness of the chicken along with spicy & crunchy flavors, go for the McSpicy Chicken Burger. It was made with a juicy grilled chicken patty and only made me wish for more. Along with it, I had their refreshing Coke and one of their best, the McSpicy Fried Chicken. It was carefully marinated with the ghost chili peppers and had a blend of spicy & crispy flavors. In the end, I only wondered when to order it next. Lastly, I had the Chicken Maharaja Mac. It was made with a juicy grilled chicken patty and was perfectly topped with fresh ingredients like jalapenos, onions, slice of cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce dressed with the Habanero sauce. This premium burger truly made my day. As far as delivery is concerned, it was completely safe & contactless. The rider assured me by wearing a mask & gloves, sanitizing his hands, and maintaining social distance. In Mc Donald valasaravakkam, Such a bad food, they don't use lettuce for burger and chatpata naan when you order online, I ordered thrice, all three times I received a small piece of onion with one patty and half spoon of tomo mayo, this is happening in online order only, are you guys thinking that people order online will comprise just because they can't ask you, this will definitely ruin Mc Donald name

Please maintain the quality of your restaurant. I ordered a take out today ,the waiting time for my order was more than 30mins ,I didn't expect that. And the fries were not properly cooked, it was like half cooked not crispy. And it was not served hot, the heat was only for just 15 mins . It was a bad experience for me.

The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged when taking my order, and it took much longer than expected to receive my food. When I finally did get my order, it was not complete and I had to go back to the counter to have it fixed. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and left me feeling disappointed. However, despite the poor customer service, I must say that the taste of the food was still satisfying. The burger had a delicious and loved the veg nuggets . It's a shame that the poor service detracted from the overall experience, but the food itself was still up to the usual McDonald's standard. Hopefully, the staff can improve their customer service skills in the future to make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.

Ordered food through swiggy. We ordered veg but they gave non veg. Totally disappointed with the service. We had to go the restaurant to change the food. Visited McDonald's for dinner. Their usual menu, their signature Mcvegg burger is good. Soft cones are good. Ordered fried chicken little oily and spicy. Kids may feel spicy. 6-7 car can park. Dine in available.

Veg McPuff was cold and the burgers were not fresh. The shake was a little thin on consistency. Overall not a good experience at this outlet. Even though there wasn't any crowd the food wasn't hot and fresh to the point.

You can expect a good service dame like other normal restuarants. In other MCD in malls and I have visited few other outlets but they don't care about customers. But here they ask for our review on food and they correct themselves. This is how a restaurant should be. Kudos to the team.

This restaurant is situated at a best location to easily visit this restaurant and they provide many veg and non veg foods in many varieties of flavours. The quality of food they are serving is excellent. The staff are very cooperative but they have a self service scheme. You have to visit at least a time to this restaurant. You will loved it

For the Maharajah burger, the chicken looks like a cardboard paper. In North India (Pune), taste was better. Too slow 1 day I waited almost 1h for 2 happy meals Another day I waited 30 minutes for 2 teas + muffins. No explanation is provided to the customer to let them know why it takes time. Even when I asked to them, only answer I got is "sir, wait 10 min" -> I'm still waiting. If you are hungry, don't come here for now until they solve this issue.

We came to this restaurant on January 1. The queue for billing is so long. We have to wait for 10-15 mins just to order. They could have kept one more billing queue. Although they have system, they're not using it. And then again as usual we have to wait for another 15-20 mins for our order to receive. Wait time is too long. And the staff is cleaning the tables properly. But they are opening the dustbin and changing the covers and it's too smelly and unpleasant . While we are eating , they are simultaneously cleaning the garbage in front of us. It's making the experience and ambience horrible. Need to improve the seating arrangement, ambience, billing procedure.

I had ordered from this outlet twice. The food quality is below standard. I think they are using expired patties and fries. Don’t go to this outlet. McD management should do an audit and train the staff on how to do the cooking. Cheese missing in cheese patty. Chicken patty is over cooked and dry. Fries is over cooked and rubbery. So pathetic. Atleast I had two buns to eat.
