For many years, we had a good experience with Riya Travels. However, for the past few years, we have not had a good experience with Riya Travels. The advisor Pushpak could not communicate well; I had to remind him a few times just to get responses to emails, messages, etc. Despite disclosing the matter to the manager, Maulikbhai, he took no initiative in resolving the case. We would not be happy being associated with Riya Travels moving forward.

Worst experience with riya the travel expert. Especially with Maulik shah he had ignored my phone calls and didn't answer when it was too important. He didn't answer my even one call in couple of days thenafter I have to to another agent and booked the tickets. If he would have answered at that time my money would have been saved Eventually I got my deal with other agency.I never recommend to riya the travel expert especially to Maulik shah.

I previously had a good experience to book tickets with Riya so I went after 5 years to book tickets for my parents. They want to travel to Canada. We could see the fares at Rs 110K with two bags on google with multiple options, the employee Mr. Maulik Shah is showing me just one option for 160K with a single baggage, for a multiple range of dates to choose from. When I showed him the difference he said that he is not supposed to book from google but from his database. Didnot bother looking into or understanding the differences in fares at all. He eventually told me to self book from google if I am getting such a deal ! Really disappointing and carefree behaviour from an employee !
