Every ultrasound, I always come here. Initially, we had 4 general ultrasounds, then Dr Albert advised us to use BPJS because the complications of preeclampsia were covered by BPJS. The doctor was very informative, explained the ultrasound images in great detail. If you have questions or complaints, always be quick and explain in detail. Since being pregnant, I have changed doctors 3 times and finally found this doctor who is suitable. I want to use general or BPJS, the officers always serve well and are friendly. The queuing system is good so patients don't pile up like other hospitals.

Rs foundation in Purworejo which has good and good service. My mother had surgery for a fracture and then had it replaced with a platinum by Dr. Ainun and after the operation after 4 days my mother was able to walk... there was one person who was not polite in the service, namely the ladies in the physiotherapy department. Oh yes, please prioritize elderly patients, I always take my mother to get medicine/vitamins at this hospital once a month. Sometimes the wait can be as long as 2 - 2.5 hours, it's a pity if the elderly wait too long. Thank you

minta tolong itu satpam nya yang gendut item pake baju beda warna sendiri ditindak lanjut, saya nganter sodara di IGD bukanya dibantuin cuma di plototin ngga mau bantu, buka pintu IGD sendiri, percumah ada satpam disitu, lebih baik pake patung saja,🤬🤬

Pelayanan bagus. Saat daftar lewat WA, petugas selalu menjawab WA saya dengan ramah. Dokternya juga sabar mendengarkan keluan saya. Pokoknya RS Panti Waluyo Purworejo OK

Pelayanan buruk tidak ramah untuk mbak2 bagian pendaftaran pasien umum ortopedi..bukan BPJS.. Sya anter ibu sya buat priksa ke ortopedi.. Di tanyain sudah no antrian brapa di jwab di tunggu saja dengan sikap acuh tak acuh dan cuek.. Tgl 11 Juli 2023. Jam 16.45 .. Silahkn pihak RS bisa cek petugas di bgian pendaftaran 2 orng wanita yg bertugas biar bisa di tatar dengan baik sesuai sop.

Dokter laki laki muda IGD yang jaga malam tidak punya empati ke pasien. Pasien jatuh terbentur kepala , benjut , tidak bisa ingat jangka panjang. Cuma di lihat terus di suruh pulang. Kalo mau Rongsen besok pagi saja. 😂
