👍👍 It's an incredible experience for us -AriReda- to have our concert in Lokananta's studio. The acoustic of the studio's so awesome. And we also had our live concert recording @Lokananta and produced it as one of our album with the help of Lokananta as well. Thank you, Lokananta. We were so blessed to... Everyone who has attention to Indonesia music industry should come to this place. This is the first music studio record and label under Indonesia government. It's not only just a studio but also the witnessed history of development of indonesian music. This place is located at Solo. At this area, you can find some cafes that you can visit before or after visiting the studio. At Lokananta, you just need to pay Rp. 20.000 to enjoy the studio. With this price, you will get souvenir packages and be guided to some importance rooms such as studio, gamelan room, hall, cassette room etc with a lot of information that you may never gat before. It's also good to invite the student and family to get much more information about indonesian music industry development. Recommended 👍

Honestly more people should come to this place. Especially music lovers, classic music lovers. They used to be studio and vinyl producing factory, they don't produce vinyl anymore but they still do sell some of them. They have part of the building as museum and the studio is still operating too. They have mini cafe inside as well so you can sit and enjoy some coffee.

Great place with retro ambiance. Poorly maintenance. The studio holds the master recordings of Indonesia’s first president Sukarno’s speeches as well as recordings of the national anthem, “Indonesia Raya”

Lokananta is the first record label in Indonesia. I think it has one of, if not, the biggest recording studio. In the same building, also have museum with great collection of old recording machine. Currently they reproduce old record and digitized it to ensure the legacy is forever lasting.

Neat, aesthetic, informative, unique concepts of museum as it's story telling about Indonesia's first radio and vinyl records. Cheap ticket. Worth it.
