We visited unlimited located in chrome,it was a very bad experience visiting the shop today. There was no staff standing to guide or show the dresses. All the counters were marked with offers but when you reach the billing counter they simply say this and all no offer... "please don't cheat people who trust you and your offers". If you are not ready to give an offer, remove the display where you have mentioned . All the staff working are irresponsible and didn't have the patience to tell what is where. There is no staff in the gents section to show the next size if he wanted also. Moreover, we went around 11:30 am which was not crowded either. There was only one billing counter open after we all started to question then the other 2 counters were opened. Very disappointed 🙁

It’s good store and tied up with vmart. Services are good and collections very good both men and women. Overall satisfied.

Be very picky when buying the clothes on 50% sale offer, the quality is poor. The twine in the kurta got ripped off when I tried to remove the knot, this was the first time i wore the kurta after buying it a couple of days back. Similarly, a tunic shirt style top is in the verge of getting torn due to poor stitching quality. Some clothes in the hanger were already damaged or dirty so check before buying them. You can get 3000 off from your final bill amounting to 6000 provided you pick clothes marked under 50% sale board. The collections are overall good.

Wonderful shopping experience. Supportive and kind staffs even during peak seasons. Gayathri from kids section was very cooperative and patience for hours togethers during festive season purchasing for our kids... Value for money...💯

Had a really bad experience in the store. The excitement of diwali shopping totally collapses because of the staff's rude responses. The offers were neither properly guided nor explained prior. We were made literally to part our bills saying we could get it altered only if those are billed. And we had an intention of giving them alteration while we shop for the rest of the family. But at last the offers were totally neglected as the bills were separate. Please make sure the customer service is good and make them feel advantageous.

I have purchased a bag here just after 2min while we are in the parking I noticed that the bag was dirt and not in a good quality when we went to billing to ask for a exchange there was no similar bag without any dirt! When we asked for a refund because of the same no proper response was provided! This is just an irresponsible act and the person in the billing was very lethargic and rude! When we spoke to store manager through phone because he what’s not available in the store he sounded the same lethargic and didn’t give a proper response!
