Fantastic, super delightful experience. Got best offers, discount and more importantly a professional and personal attention when I got there for purchasing a new mobile. The staffs were super courteous in dealing with customers.

Very bad service. My phone is in extended warranty(samsung care+). The service person first said that they don't do extended warranty in Marina mall and only in Valsaravakkam for whole of Chennai. I called the customer care and confirmed that they do it here. When I told the service person what the customer care said, he said that we do here but it will take long time. If you take to the other place it takes less time. I then talked to the Manager and he said that it takes same time every where. The service lead came and was playing around the bush telling that they thought it was corporate warranty. He mentioned that the service person had discussed with him before telling me. I told him to check the video, the service person told this to me without consulting anyone. Only when I confronted the lie, he went to call the service lead and I don't know what they discussed. I don't trust to give the device here now. Request the folks incharge to take note and improve service. Don't want to name anyone in particular.

First I went to marina mall samsung service center they took nearly 2hours to find the fault and they said display and board is gone and asking for 8.5k to repair.Also charged 177rupees I don't know why. After that I came to it world they changed the display and mobile started working normal this was the remarkable service provided by IT WORLD Good job team keep up the good work 👏
