Very poor system in sending patients I side. Dr doesn't interfere in this. His staff in counter being his relative is not maintaining system. Giving appointment at 06 pm abd sending inside at 08 on. Not sending as per order . Patient will become choric patients if goes to KF. DONT KNOW WHY Dr iS not maintaining disciplines with staff.Even today my relative waited and returned .

Dr Kasim is my family doctor he is very kind and polite . if he give medicine for any disease it will cure in couple of days. He is very friendly and my family adviser he never fails to ask anyone in my family. Doctor is kind enough and doing service well. Getting appointment through phone call is waste and it is unnecessary things. Because they are not giving priority. There is no line up to see the doctor. Don't know what are they doing in the receiption. Doctor may interfere with this and sort out this type of issues.

I consulted for Covid treatment for me, my wife, my son and my daughter in law. Dr. Kasim has been soft spoken with each and every patient and he has been seen assuring everyone instilling confidence in their minds. The entire staff also deserve due salutes for the positive approach towards the patients. My sincere thanks and respects to Dr. Kasim and his entire team.

I felt Doctor Mohammed Kashim to be a seasoned doctor who can judge and prescribe aptly within minutes of observation. He doesn't recommend any high fussy procedures to follow and just suggests simple processes to follow.

Very worst behaviour of reception sisters I called and asked whether the doctor is available or not they said no doctor is not available. Afterwards I visited the hospital and bcz my house is nearby only and I saw the doctor was available. I asked at the reception in call u said doctor is not available then how he is here sister said appointment is full that's y I said. Frst of all I didn't ask for the appointment I asked only for doctor wanted to show some prescription tats all very bad

Did Lasik here, Brilliant experience Lasik done by doctor Anuja very cooperative staff I am not having any issues and was able to see just after 2 hours of operation Great experience anyone looking for Lasik can surely get it done here.

Very disappointed by the attitude and arrogance of staff and receptionist... Would never like to visit this hospital again.. made us to wait for two hours even after taking appointment.

Have been visiting kf hospital for more than 10 years. Dr Kasim is the most professional doctor who we have came across so far. The service which he did for his patients during Covid time inspite of risk was highly appreciated.

No proper line up patient they can go in free in any of patients waiting in line and not much space provided for elders to sit

Dr.Kasim any time approachable .. And sees the patients curing is much important rather than make them to call at nursing home , where there is no necessity for the patient visit in person. Kudos to Dr.Kasim

Doctor service is well and kind,,z but receptionist and their responses are totally opposite, not giving priority for token systems, but they needed to do it irrespective behaviour of front office

Personally self & family consulting Dr.Kasim from past 10 years. & Still continuing. Earlier i used to stay near by hospital, Even i shifted 15 km away from hospital, i am continuing to get consulted there

Doctor Kasim is good. But the staff is worst. There's no queue management system. They'll waste a lot of time.

Token system is not maintained properly but the doctor is a very nice person and prescribes good medicine

Good maintenance and administration at hospital. Dr’s are easily approachable and only hospital around the place to take care of COVID patients.

Dr Mohamed Kasim is nice soft spoken and his diagnosis is good in this locality. But In the long run if the patients should keep going to him he should maintain a good token system and patients to relax till his number comes. But that is not the case.We do not know who goes INSIDE the consultation room and when we ask the staff why another man entered before his number came the staff bluff it is a emergency case, Dr only told the other man to let in and so on. Even in paediatric hospital they follow strict token system. Some times they accept telephonic appointments and some times they say by 6am daily by personal visit. And when we visit also we find already 7,8 patients names are written. To conclude token system to be taken care of in K.F hospital
