I have been shopping in this place for many years. I was happy with service/collection. Last time I purchased a Titan edge ladies watch with gold strap. Within few months the plastic covering of the dial came out. I do not use the watch everyday. I took it to the shop and they pasted it and I started using it. Within few months again the same thing happened. Now the dial case has gone missing. I stay 8-10Km away from the showroom and it has become a nausance for me to go and get it repaired every few months. My concern is if it is the problem with that model of the watch, for which I paid Rs. 11,000/-. In that case anyone wanting to buy should be careful. Or if the quality of the stock in the showroom was not good. I want to check if anyone has similar problems.

I recently bought a Titan watch and Skinn perfume from the Jayanagar Titan World. I had a wonderful experience. The salesperson, Mr. Ahmed, has exceptional skills at handling customers and making them feel comfortable. He goes out of his way to get them to enjoy the shopping experience.
