Great service. I got lasik procedure done here. Everything went smoothly. I was told everything in detail per surgery and made comfortable. On the day of surgery also process was smooth and the operation was also quick and painless. Insurance process is also quite easy depends on your insurance. Post surgery consultation are also not any hassle and you can go anytime for help if needed. Would recommend!

My father in law had a cataract surgery here and everything went fine from starting consultation, appointment for surgery, surgery process, payment processes and post Surgery checkups. Worst customer service I have ever faced. Got a confirmation for my appointment in what's app but in the hospital I was told that Doctors left for a meeting. When I asked about the msg, they told that they have no idea as it's a central team. Just ended up spending 500 for cab & a loss of pay for this worst experience. Better to go to a normal eye clinic I guess!!! Sad!!!

I got the cataract surgery done for both my parent together. The procedure was super quick and within 10 days their eyesight is improved significantly from before. The entire staff was very helpful and prompt. We never had to wait in a long queue or for the doctor. Ayushi from the hospital management side was quite helpful in handling all the insurance related aspects and was super knowledgeable and patient with all our queries. Dr. Bindiya who operates on them was also super helpful and patient with all the questions we had. All in all, it was a very smooth experience. Will strongly recommend this place for cataract procedure.

It was a great experience. My father's cataract surgery went very smooth. Staff were assisting throughout the process and made it very easy for us to get the surgery done. Cashless options were explained in detail and I was overall very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend Dr Agarwals eye hospital to my friends and family as well.
