The very able and excellent surgeon Dr Srivatsa Subramanya surgically rectified my mother’s arthritis through a knee replacement surgery. From pre-OP care to surgery and post-OP all the way till discharge, the surgeon to the staff - the care has been superb. The hygiene of course was paramount and no complaints. The coordinator Ms Madhuri was of help at every stage. The nurses and the housekeeping staff hold a special place for my mother. Dr David’s team of physiotherapists had become my mother’s friends at the end of her 5-say ordeal. Overall, this hospital has been a welcome relief for all of us. We are glad we zeroed-in on this medical facility; I’m forever indebted to Dr Srivatsa and his whole team. The food and beverage given to the patient and that served at the cafeteria are of hood quality as well.

They will take off your life for sure. They are money makers. Nurses who is working there is less bothered about patient they don't even touch or come to you.. you have to follow up for everything that too they will give half information. From the time i admitted my dad till now. It's 21st Jun 5:00 pm still am facing issues with these peole am feeling suffocated i want to go out but they are not processing the bill.. I have seen many ringing the bell but nobody cares . I informed pleas go check next ward patient is ringing the bell from long they said.. their nurse will come and check WHEN AFTER THEY DIE ONE BED? GUYS PLEAS DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. You will sick after admitting there. I Strongly say NO

I didn't wanted to give a single star also but google didn't allowed me to do so, they have made us wait for 6 hours to discharge my grandmother, when ever we ask they will tell, it's under process... I don't know weather they are loan providing company to process the application, they have given the complaint number just for a sake of giving a number which they won't even bother to receive the call...the staff behaviour is horrible...one more thing is that it's very expensive.....enter at your own risk

Excellent experience from doctors, nurses, front office staff, admission and insurance desk and ward staffs. Service -5/5 Facilities -4.5/5 Staff Helpfulness - 5/5 Value for money - 5/5 Experienced doctors who are very confident and efficient in their work and answers all queries satisfactorily and in detail. Nurses and ward members are very caring and sweet spoken. Admission coordinators especially Sneha and Madhuri are very supportive and helpful. Overall much better experience than the other big names in the area like Fortis and Apollo hospitals.

Had a very bad experience here. Had booked a Doctor through Practo and went to the hospital only after getting confirmation. The lady at the registration desk said Doctor doesn't come to hospital at this hour and his working hours are different. She asked us to come again next day without giving us any appointment or mentioning the time. My MIL was in so much pain when we went there. The staff at the registration desk are highly useless and rude. When asked for an alternate Doctor, we were told there is none. Nobody even tried to give any info or suggestion that can help the patient. When my MIL expressed her disappointment with the way things are being handled and while we were about to leave, we were told a Doctor is available (How did you not know this before?). The lab technicians are also irresponsible. Told us we will get report by 11:30 next morning so we took a follow up appointment at that time but when we went there we were told that a test would take 24hours and the report isn't available yet. Again we were asked to come next day. How hopeless you people! A patient in pain is making rounds to your hospital and you are this irresponsible! When we called the hospital number to check if the reports are available, the person at the desk yelled "why are you calling here, call the lab"!!!! You guys are the worst. Never visiting this place again and never gonna suggest this hospital to anyone.

One of the worst hospital in Bangalore. In ward's my aunty got admitted at that time patient attendant's only follow up what Will happen next day processes they are just simply doing their own work.. that's why don't go anyone to this hospital.. They called that is trust hospital no helping nature from committee to anyone. Even employees also tired from their rules and regulations because one of my friends are working there before now they are left.. Both HR and NS are not to fit that positions. But only good thing in this hospital doctor's are good..

My details for your reference UHID: 184959 I had been admitted in this hospital for a circumcision, infrastructure is upto the mark with decent maintenance by house keeping (kudos to them) The surgery was done with care and explaining things in detail surgeon was Dr Mohan Ram, friendly, took great care of me and educated me on do's and don'ts thoroughly. Shifted to ward. Now their nursing staff were great in 2019 but now they need some proper training as per SOP or may be negligent. I had pressed the nursing Bell thrice in succession of 3 times ( 15 mins each = 45 mins) to get things addressed 1. To get a dressing removed (3 times) 2. To get the pain killers which were supposed to be given after 2 hours of surgery and it was given after calling 4 times, they show up as if there was a ramp walk organised with looking at each other's face and they should let us know that if they don't speak kannada so that we can acknowledge in English or Hindi to get things addressed. 3. Duty doctor a lady in the afternoon (24th Feb 2023) shown up diligently to remove dressing and the post evening shift doctor who was about to show up to be proactive didn't even show his face for a routine check up to ensure things are fine with all patients. Come on guys we pay 10,000 for single private AC rooms and don't you think everybody is deserved to treated in a right manner while you encash things from insurance every paise. 4. We proactively asked is there any medicine prescribed for night like antibiotics, No response from the staff they said they will check thrice until 9:25 PM night and later nurse walks in to say there is an antibiotic tablets prescribed at night 11:35 PM and says we don't have stock please get it from pharmacy, can't they have a stock of basic antibiotics? And then get it replaced? I agree that the tablets were on the expensive side but we are not getting away from getting that replaced. Have some trust and faith guys 5. Delayed my discharge by a day wherein these nursing staff didn't send file on time and made it 8 PM. 6. My difference amount was demanded to be cleared without removing cannula as if I'm going to runaway without paying that, can't they send someone to ward with card swiping machine to collect the same? How am I supposed to go to -1 floor in patients dungeri and cannula On. 7. Billing and helpdesk team were good in responding to queries but they should follow through with insurance to seek approvals which was done by me sleeping on patient bed to get a final authorisation or else the discharge would have been dragged until afternoon. Nursing staff and duty doctors should be proactive and not reactive that's what your profession demands please take care of these aspects to scale up and don't take it personally as it's a feedback not complaint.

Inexperienced doctors in this hospital especially in the ICU. No proper diagnosis was done and wrong medication was given to the patient in ICU. Lost three family members just by mere negligence of the hospital and the staff.. Suggest not to go this hospital.

My Mom was admitted a week ago in ICU .....it waz a 0 % Hygiene maintenance in ICU...the cleaners n care takers are very bad behavior ppl....food given on their preferred time ...m mom shouted on them to give the food later they provided.....they use toilet mugs n toilet water to wash or clean the patients....even for oral cleansing...such an un-Hygiene environment....ICU is one of the most careing place for the patients their itself they treat like this n think bout wards....hospital is gud but ppl inside are not fit their.....

Despite commendable service from the doctors and nurses, the staff and other workers were a complete disaster. Following discharge at 9 am, the ineptitude of the insurance desk was on full display. They failed to process documents, provided incomplete submissions, and pushed the patient into a grueling 24-hour wait for insurance approval. The grievance line was utterly useless, offering no support and displaying a shocking lack of empathy. It's crystal clear - if you're paying in cash, you're treated like royalty; if you have insurance, you're outright neglected. The appalling treatment of a patient post-discharge, despite no fault of their own, is a testament to this hospital's abysmal service. Special mention goes to the grossly incompetent individuals, including Tejas, Tejaswini from the insurance desk, and the grievance cell coordinator. Save yourself the agony - think twice before choosing this hospital. Opt for nearby alternatives that promise a more serene environment and, most importantly, competent and caring service."

General OPD is waste of money. Paid Rs.1000 but problem not solved. Asked us to do scanning on a assumption and later they said that there's no symptoms , conduct a new doctor. Medicine which they preferred is nothing worked out. If the pain seviour obviously we look for a temporary solution and not satisfied at all from Vasavi general/Emergency care.

They take appointments not even sure if the doctor is available to attend. After giving appointment for 2.30 . Doctor available to attend when gone for consultation. Travelled 9 km to realise doctor not available to attend Not recommended for emergencies

Went here for my ACL Rehab post surgery. I did my rehab here for around 2 months and I have to say that my condition improved greatly. I am gonna be continuing my rehab here. I want to thank Dr. David and Dr. Sushil for my rehab and progress. They have been very supportive and encouraging even when I am unable to perform the exercises. The Physiotherapy department is clean and thoroughly sanitized after every session. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is not a hospital but a scam. Sincere request to anyone thinking about this place is to go anywhere but not here. I had to take my brother for a procedure which doctor confirmed is half an hour procedure. We reached the place at 9:30 am and the doctors are late by almost a day as the procedure did not start till 5:50 pm. If you care about your loved ones then its better to stay away from this place.

Good hospital with good doctors and nursing staff members. ESP insurance people helped us a lot fr getting our insurance claim approved so I definitely suggest dis hospital fr both cashless and reimbursement. Doctors esp neatly brief us from scratch wid lot of patience.

Here doctors want to be heros. You can check practo review of Dr vishwanathan B L. He gave steriod medication for throat infection for 27 year old. Ofcourse it will be cured and they will show up as heros as of they cured the disease. But steriod should never be suggested for below 30 years with fever or throat mild infections. Antibiotics should solve the problems. I don't know how Dr vishwanathan dint know this fact. And more importantly it's his prescription but why can they mention to us that the tablets which he gave contains steriod in them? We are educated as well and we have rights to know what tabs he gives us. He just mentioned some allergy tablets and hides the fact that it's steriods. Never to play life sir.

Feb 6, 2023 Visited the hospital recently for an Ortho consultation for my son with Dr Srivatsa Subramanya. Excellent doctor who is approachable and very open, skilled. Treated quickly for my son's hand fracture and explained it very well. Nobel team of approachable staff - especially Ms Durga and Madhuri helped a lot in facilitating a seamless and smooth admission/discharge process. They really worked well to address my concerns on allotting room, faster discharge process by communicating insurance team and guided very well. Thanks to the team! Keep up good work. The hospital messed up very basic medication, which resulted in my whole procedure to be postponed. The beds & place is not as clean, the staff is very lazy & barely provide adequate support. I have had one of my worst experiences here & have been waiting for 3 hours only for a discharge, which has been paid and cleared. Their standard responses are ‘I’m all alone and have a lot of work, you wait’ or ‘it’s not our fault that we forgot to clean or follow up’ Which hospital runs on such inefficient management & I had to overpay for their misses because otherwise they wouldn’t provide me care - money making & very poor service are the highlights of this place. Utterly disappointed.

I have been here atleast 8-10 times and i always have seen staff fighting with each other loudly not woryin about patients sitting around.pharmasy has always ignorant not providing any proper info. at the emergency opd there is a doctor who is always rude and yellin at her staff, she even annoyed me and got nicely scolded from me. somehow everytime i come here have a bad experience from front desk.

Horrible experience. I booked an online appointment for consultation with Dr Praneeth, Cardiologist at 11:15 am on 09-12-2023. When I called in the morning to confirm the appointment, I was informed that the doctor would not be available after 10:30 am and my appointment was rescheduled to 10 am. This appointment was for my mother aged 87 years. I am myself 63 years of age. I reached the hospital at 9:45 am to be told that doctor has not yet come. I was asked to check with the cardiology department about this. However, I kept moving in and out of the department for the next 45 minutes to find no one there. At 10:30 on my insistence the reception called an individual who came only to tell us that she is unsure if the doctor would come and when. She was saying the doctor is held up in another hospital but I could make out that she was only finding an excuse and the doctor would not turn up. Even the reception could not confirm if the doctor would come or not. I finally had to return back after waiting for an hour. I think the hospital has no concern for the patients. Just another money making organisation.

Very happy with the treatment tended at Vasavi Hospital. Had admitted my father there for about 15 days. The doctors are very helpful and explain everything patiently. Had to consult the Urologist, Nephrologist and Neurologist and they were very kind in assuaging our fears and addressing our concerns. The house keeping and nursing staff take good care and are always available. The food is exceptional and is on time every time, the dietician was also visiting at least once a day. Hygiene is well maintained and the ward was cleaned with sheets and pillows being changed on a daily basis. The patient care coordinator was always very helpful and made sure our stay there went without a hitch along with arranging everything for our post discharge follow up procedures and reviews. Will surely recommend Vasavi hospital for the wonderful care and Five star service they provide.

I am rating one because, the way hospital staff from including security to doctors treating the patient's and patients family very badly during covid situation. Staying close to vasavi, we have seen numbers of cases like this, at least every week 3cases!... We are scared of visiting this hospital bcz of staff and mgt behaviour. I don't understand the motive behind doctors and staff when they are in healthcare service! One of the worst inexperienced, non cooperative OPD and emergency care centre vasavi has got. Advice you to take your closed one to any other familiar hospitals and doctors. Just money oriented minds inside this hospital! Being a neighbour we have this experience, you just think over before you visit!

Special thanks to the MC for coordinating and accommodating seven members from my family, for the covid treatment at vasavi hospital for the last one week. A big appreciation to the doctors and nurses in terms of organising video consultation, medicines and the care rendered to the patients. Food, which is an integral part of the treatment and recovery, is a well planned and managed nutrition meals and child friendly too. (I had my children as well in the ward with me) In a situation, where getting the additional covid staff is difficult, Vasavi hospital has indeed very well managed to maintain the covid rooms, very clean corridors, well sanitized and everything in place to ensure the patients are comfortable and safe.

Excellent in terms of service to patients. The specialists, doctors and nursing staff provide good care to the patients. The administrative staff also are very kind and cooperative with all the visitors. They also have a separate department for Covid19 patients. The facility is state of the art with most modern equipment. Placed in a good locality of South Bangalore and has abundant parking facilities for patients and visitors.

I was admitted with COVID symptoms and was at the hospital Inpatient for 14 days. Even In these overstretched medical infrastructure time too the services rendered was very comfortable and very reassuring . Hi..i would like to share my experience about Vasavi hospital..this hospital gives Best services to the patients and more over Doctors are well experienced they are giving Good caring treatments to the patients..Staffs are very friendly Nature..As Soon I entered hospital a person Mrs.Rekha front office person i guess greeted me and helped me for entire process. Not only me since I was observing she was taking care of all visitors and patients the same manners which is astonishing..She is very Humble, fast and friendly Nature and the way she's responding with the patients is very good…totally I liked about the entire hospital environment and services could be because of staff/doctors like this.

We have to buy gowns and gloves to on duty doctor for consultation.. That to for BP and diabetics consultation

Worst experience..I went because of tiredness and shortness of breath and no fever or cold They thought it's corona and kept me outside for almost an hour and talked in phone and gave tonic and to do corona test after 3 days if symptoms exist.I was having high BP even though they checked they didn't taken care of it and charged 450 RS for talking outside only for 5 minutes

Pathetic hospital and Lousy staff. No mannerism with zero emotions. They don't care for anyone's feelings and emotions. All they care for is only to mint money. Very much money oriented people. They cheat people with heavy billing for giving no treatment. Suggest not to cheat people. For anyone who is thinking to go this hospital PLEASE RETHINK BEFORE VISITING.

I suggest this hospital for meterinity bcz my wife got normal delivery in this hospital for 2 baby's in 2017 and janvary 2020. They won't charge extra money like other hospitals telling insurance will cover 50k and u have to pay 15 to 20k from your hand like that. other than insurance I not paid 1 rupees extra from my hand. Hospital is very hygienic and very clean and not less than any top hospitals like motherhood and sagar shanthamma. For PPL who think we need super specialists doctors in Vasavi also they have 35 years to 15 years experienced doctors. Don't waste ur money and time by searching other hospitals Go and enquire at hospital, I don't like to keep comments but by seeing many negative reviews I felt this hospital should be promoted to top when I benifit quality treatment . Vasavi hospital was not good at all. They wil ask only money. We are waiting from past 4 fours. No one is bothered to see. All people are irresponsible. Really bad hospital. BAD SERVICE. Can management look into it and what I have observed from all reviews is "The management is just replying to all the reviews, till today No action was taken". The best part of this hospital is their panel of doctors. They have highly experienced and knowledgeable doctors. The doctors at Vasavi hear you patiently and give you time. They read all your reports carefully and are not in a hurry like other places. I chose Vasavi Hospital for my mother's Hip Joint Replacement after consulting many hospitals in Bangalore like Fortis, Ramakrishna, Mallaya etc. Dr. Rupendu is the best Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon l have met. He listened to us patiently, guided us well and took decision after understanding the case fully. His team of Dr. Srivtasa and Dr Venkatesh has no comparision. They are simply the best and experts in their fields. They took joint responsibility of my mother and the 2 stage complicated infected joint replacement operation was done very successfully for my 70 year old Mom. Besides the doctors, other departments also give you excellent and proffesional services. Specially, Physiotherapy, Duty Doctors, IP Section, OPD, Dietician, Security, Nursing, Accounts are superb and too good. However, they need to improve their administration and attendants which is weak. Like many others have said, they will charge you for everything possible. But, their rates are highly subsidized and almost half of other hospitals. So, I really did not mind if charged for everything. Afterall, they have to be profitable to give quality services. Overall, Vasavi is the best Hospital I have come across in Bangalore.

Worst Hospital never go for Treatment. No respecte ,No care and No value for Patient and there money as they are seating to take a money on every possible situation and increase the bill amount. {Mr Praveen and Ms Sujatha}They were arrogante and playing with patient condition and spoiling the trust on the name of Hospital. We asked the dischared at around 10:30am they took almost 3 hours to get discharged and give us the clearance.They were playinng like anything and they dont bother about patient and there condition.They both were thinking about there money even though I have deposited 10000/-Rs in advance(Bill amount was-4200)given extra money . ''As we have visited to the Hospital on 28/Nov/2019 at around 8pm.As asked for general physian but its not avaivle at that time soo they asked us show to the emegency department and went to the Emergency department and as its more stocmuck pain and getting voming {Gestrick issue} so ask to the duety Doctor to start the treatment as its was uncofortable but they didnt stated treatment immidaite basis and we waited at about 30 to 40 minutes to get the treatment till then its get sevior. we have asked them to give some IV flued but they have denied for it and asked us to get it admite.As on their suggetion and trust we did it.As they have took the blood for Test but i have denied for it as its not requireed but they have convince us that its just 200-300 rs so do it. At the time of Discharge They have added Blood Test charges 1055/-rs as I told them its not Required but still they did it give us extra burdon on our Head. When i have enquired about the extra charges with the Floor manger { Ms Sujatha} but she is not willing to explaine it and started shouting to the patients. Then she asked Billing Incharge {Mr Praveen} As i have explain him the same that its not my foult and i have denied for the blood test before taking the blood but he also Not accepting his flout and he is also started shouting and using arrogante words and telling that its not a call center to expalin each and every thing.As there is no help and solution given by Him also.

Very bad experience. Treatments should be considered as a public service rendered by quality doctors but where in vasavi it is high quality business. Patients are treated as genuine customers. Even though it is an emergency, patient has to go through all the registration formalities, then the general check up by the nurses, after checking with the blood pressure, temperature they ask us to wait for the doctor. Doctors here never turns up on time. Minimum of 30-45mins wait is mandate! I don't understand if this a hospital or an MNC interview where we go through rounds of interviews and still be awaited for the final round. :'D

There is no proper appointments at hospital, doctors will not come in proper time , if we taken leave for office and taken doctor appointment , they have canceled the appointment at end moment since doctor going somewhere else . If i ask hospital to maintain proper appointment they asking us to speak with doctor . If do that why should we opted your hospital. Negligence .. not suggestible .

The worst management of hospital I’ve witnessed. The doctors are good and polite. However reception (both inpatient and outpatient), co-ordinators, billing and even security persons are extremely arrogant and unorganised. They don’t keep family informed of any updates related to patients admitted unless we hound them 100 times, they change attender rules every day, people are not found on their desks for long periods of time, interpersonal skills of the management staff are pathetic.

The service was awesome. The doctors are very patient and explains every stage very well. The food given to the patients is very good. The wards and the entire premises is very clean and well maintained. I met Mr.Praveen here who helped me out immensely. The whole experience was very satisfactory.

I was in ICU at this hospital for 20 days due to Covid. The staff which include Senior and experienced group of doctors, the sisters & brothers and the administrative staff. They are very supportive. They focus on curing the disease and they provide counselling also to the patients as and when it is required. I was very impressed. I recovered faster than the doctors estimated and came back home. Thank Vasavi Hospital and its' management.

I am Giving 1 star only because of that lady who was sitting in vaccination cash counter. other staffs who were sitting in verification and vaccinating sister were well mannerd. I went to take vaccination last week and she made me to wait for 1/2 hour to collect for 20rs change. when i asked her for change she was very rude even took my friend to vaccination that day also she was very rude. As a staff in Hospital please have some patience. I will never suggest any of my friends to take vaccination here.

The Doctors are well qualified and diagnose properly. The inpatient service such as nursing, House keeping helpers are all excellent , the IP coordination, insurance are all well and worth for the charges defined in different scale, neatly maintained rooms. The ER is also good but can be improved a bit with quick triage. Over all good experience

I am Kushnappa Hulakund,i enquired online regarding a kidney stone treatment I got a call from glymo health representative(priya sing) she asks aadahar,PAN, insurance i provide all details then she called me and told me your insurence is approved please admit all expenses for stone removal is covered by insurance need not vary we will take care its 1 day we will discharge priya sing told me. I agree and was admitted on 15th October 2022 but they did not diagnose anything directly gave the anesthesia to me and inserted dj stent if i ask different doctor for this they told dj stent is not required if any obstruction then only required. for insurance money they(Dr Nipun Vasavi Hospital) inserted dj stent to me please take action on this i have all documents for that. I admitted for Pneumonia @unconscious stage on that time the ICU stop and Doctors are well take care me. Actually i am in ICU for 10 days on that time ICU stop will also take care of me very well.Because of Dr.Sridhar Reddy, Dr.Prateek,Dr.Manjunath,Dr.Viswanath. I got up means cured so early because of there treatment and there encouriging words with me.Really I thankfully to them.and hospital is very hygienic, and food also very good.I suggest every one to this hospital without second thought you can go.

Very worst hospital, Dr Padmaja (Glyncologist) is very poor response she hardly open her mouth, not explain the situation correctly and we have to do multiple follow ups with her, we really disappointed with DR Padmaja. Money minded doctors and hospital staff , they concerned about only money, playing with patients emotions.

I would like to pay my gratitude to this hospital. I shifted my father after admiting him in 2 hospitals but no results. Finally we treated for his cardiac attack @vasavi and main thanks to DR. Balraj who took care of my dad personally and helped to overcome his health issues. Very friendly doctors and staffs and there were some negotiation in the fees. It's not too costly. Saving a life is more thankful and priceless.

We took vaccines yesterday for my kid , they charged 650 it is too high. Since we need to put only the injection. For basic checkup for putting injection they took 650 rupees. fee apart from injection cost.Front office staff is very clear in charging the amount unnecessary. Last month for employment checkup i have paid all lab and other x ray fee, it is totally 3000, later they are not giving the sign and seal in the form. For that again they have charged 550 rupees for writing in the medical form. These all can be avoided, since we are taking all the checkups in the hospital and alll medicals are normal. We felt bad since they are charging high fees.

I visited this hospital for toenail surgery- minimally invasive treatment upon reference from Pristine care...But, these people made me stay here for a whole day.. Even though the doctor instructed to discharge at 2 pm.. The staff is not ready to discharge..

Vasavi Hospital's RIRS procedure for my kidney stone was remarkably efficient and effective. Grateful for their skilled medical team and excellent care.

I have gone through the Master health check and in the reception office Kavya is excellent with great knowledge and guided with all necessary departments. Areas of Improvement- Ultrasound department should be more organized with the waiting timeline. I waited for more than 60 -90 mins without any update. Other Departments are excellent.

Nice hospital, we have visited 14 days continuously for injection for my mother, In the emergency unit all nurses are helpful and taken care. also, Mahantesh took good care of my mother.

When tried to visit for reconsultation doctor wasn't available. Said will arrange for call consultation which never happened even after constant followup. Doctor in OT but still mangmt take appointments without knowing if doctor can attend patient or not. Staff not sure what time doctor is available. Had to wait for 30 mins even after having appointment. What's the point of giving appointment at certain time. And staff tries to argue as though I am creating a scene when I am totally not interested in getting into any kind of debate Wouldn't recommend for daycare unreliable and unprofessional
