Lovely place for craftsy people like me, and the service is extremely good. The staff is super humble and helpful. I informed them that I would arrive a few minutes beyond their closing time, and they were kind enough to wait for me, and even helped me find what i needed. Which store does that? Normally any other store would say we are closed, sorry. I'm extremely grateful to them. I'm in love with the cute artsy stuff too! Looking forward to starting new hobbies like resin making and block printing with their amazing supplies. 💜

It is one of the very few store chain for a range of art and craft supply. This particular store is fortunalt more accessible and street parking options are available. It has good range of products. But also there were a few products out of stock and the staff had no idea when will they be available. If there is no urgency then their website is better option if you are lookong for a specific product.

Head over for all things crafty. From die cutters to strange and specific kinds of glues, they have it all. What I'm most impressed with is how everytime you visit, you see a new set of hobby craft and activities. This shop is a blessing if you have a child who's keen on making stuff.

I actually wanted to book a seat in Club but staffs in ticket counter demanded me to buy snaks or else they won't give seat in club but only in executive... It's quite disappointing to see such a policy... I have never came across any movie theatres where they have this type of demands... I wish Inox Garuda change this kind of policy soon

Great store to buy any materials for craftwork. Whether it is sketching, painting, wood work, needle work, costume jewelry, decorations, greeting cards, wall hangings, scrap books, etc. - the basic materials for all these and more are available here. Pay this store a visit and you will get new gifting ideas ! This branch is conveniently located near Allalasandra Lake, at the corner of the road leading to Yelhanka New Town. Prices are reasonable and they have a customer loyalty program that gives you reward points for every purchase.

I have been here many times. But it's a place I got to to buy art materials only if I didn't have much of a choice. The collection itself is quite good...but quite expensive, therefore, two stars. However, this particular store exudes an unpleasant ambience. The staff members are rather careless. The last time I went, two women staff were giggling to each other and talking to someone on the phone. Even while the staff was attending to me, she was watching her friend at the counter and giggling like a couple of school girls. She wasn't paying attention to what I was asking...I had to repeat a couple of times. The place is not well ventilated. There seems to be no air conditioning and even if there is one, it's barely switched on. The last time I was there, they left the main door open for ventilation and all sorts of flying insects were having a go at the place (rainy season). With bad ventilation, there is constant bad odour in the store from sweating, etc. Please train your staff and invest in a good ventilation system.

Its Bitsy has a no photographs allowed policy. So didn't violate it. But, I lived the place. They have small items for decoupage, earrings and chain making, architecture model making, assorted paints, glitter, beads, stones, canvases, quilling and more. Loved the fact that you can browse and reawaken your lost art instincts. The staff are professional and the prices not overwhelming. So in my opinion it's worth the visit.
