If you order food from this restaurant make sure you have to sleep hungry because they will not deliver you the food and after some time they will call you and tell that they delivered it. And in all this fraud Zomato also with them only. Soo make sure don't use Zomato in lonavala. Because Zomato does it same with every restaurant they support restaurant only in this if you will call Zomato than there representative will say so sir that restaurant is our old partner he won't do something like that

This isn't even a real place, probably. Do not ever order from here...I'd ordered poha and Vada from here on Zomato and forget about the delay, they didn't even have the COURTESY to respond to my calls! Made me wait for 1 and ½ hours!! Bad choice!!

Very bad…. Ordered from Zomato. It’s been 2 hrs nt received d order. They r nt picking d calls. Called them 28 times. They don’t pick d call. It’s 10.30pm nw. I placed an order at 8.20. They r fraud.

Extremely poor customer service... never order online from this place, they take up the order, make you wait 2 hours and then dont deliver. They even refuse to take calls or update you on whatsapp.

I ordered food items at around 9.20am they received order within sec and said delivery time is 10.54am. I wait till 10.54am after I make call they don't receive single call. Very bad service. Totally the experience is not good.
