Another one with a bad review. Found it online, spoke to someone who behaved as the owner but turned out to be an agent. Sweet talk until we booked, paid and reached the location. 1st lie: You can select 3 rooms from the 6 and the other's will be locked later. ROOMS WERE ALREADY LOCKED. 2nd lie: Not as far as Gold Valley D. 3rd lie: Swiggy/Zomato friendly. 4th lie: Fully equipped kitchen. Wasn't informed that there is an extra security deposit, which we learned only after reaching. Dirty, unkempt rooms and bathrooms. Filthy pool. The caretaker had no idea about anything. Couldn't even find the remotes to the TV and A/C's in the rooms. Took them 2 hours just to get the pool filtration working. No water in the bathroom. Took another 1+ hour to get that fixed. Asked caretaker to switch on the lights on top of the pool at around 6:30pm and he switched it on after 9:30pm. The door handle locks don't work either of the room or the bathroom. No amenities. Not even a garbage bin. Walked outside the living room to take a walk on the grass and the place smelled like a public bathroom. When we asked to checkout next day and asked them to refund, the agent was very rude and unprofessional. I don't even think we will be getting our money back even if we checkout before time. Check photos for the fully equipped kitchen and the door locks and room condition. Also the leakage in one of the bathroom. Will add pool photos later as it is late night right now. Would have given it a negative rating if I could. EDIT: Day 2 and the agent might be the owner just behaving as an agent so as to not take any responsibility, putting all responsibility on the caretaker. We all woke up with a body ache due to hard bedding. The pool is still dirty and they seem to have added more chlorine to it. You can see the pool clear in their pictures, but the reality is different. Adding pictures. Try and spot the bug in the pool. Oh and the lawn grass was apparently "burnt" P.S. I'm afraid to even think what that is on the pillow. EDIT 2: Good thing we decided to leave. The power went and there is no inverter generator backup as promised. This is a total rip off.

Completely uninhabitable and a complete rip-off. The owner Rehan knows how unsafe it is so he refused to step into the house even to see our concerns. Don’t stay here for free. People in our party fell sick. Pictures they share are misleading. House is moldy and smelly and a complete health hazard. Pool is small. Mattresses and couches were wet. The true condition is showed in the pictures with this review. Stay as far away as possible.

Worst kept property ever seen. Owner arrogant. Swimming pool and garden are jst small pits but look at his they dicieve people with fascinating photographs. Caretakers hav too many jobs to do than to cater to you coz the owner sends them to different properties. Bathrooms stink sofas hurt while u sit everything is jst below the mark

My experience with this villa was pathetic. The swimming pool was too small for a 6BHK Villa. Not at all a suitable place for vacation. If you guys are looking for a vacation I would recommend please don not come here for a stay. There was no proper drinking water facility, no dj was available as it is shown in the picture, the aqua guard water so bad, not filtered at all and no Wi-Fi facility as well. The pool was too deep for children to swim and was not clean. Our family memebers faced severe health issues after coming back from this villa. The quilts provided here was also not washed properly😱😱

Look wise it is very good but services are worst. Pathetic place to spend your weekend. No basic amenities available including water. Also very diey and stinks.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Mount Paradise Bunglow. There was no speaker in the room, and that the BBQ facility was not available.The most concerning issue was the drinking water. There was an Aquaguard in the room, but it was not serviced. As a result, my family and I all became ill with diarrhea.I would not recommend staying at the Mount Paradise Bunglow to anyone. The facilities are not clean, the advertised amenities are not available, and the drinking water is not safe.

My experience at Mount Paradise Villa was very bad!! The staff was not hospitable. We were provided with very less facilities. There was no speaker. The water which we had from their aqua guard caused our family members diarrhoea. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
