Had a really bad experience ordering a Torte for the Birthday of my kid to celebrate in the kindergarten. On the day of collection, getting informed that the order was missing. Really stupid experience and hard to deal with the children who were expecting a celebration in kindergarten. Will not recommend from my personal experience The bakery corrected their mistake and provided the cakes 1 day later. Cake was good but the way the order was handled is poor and bad.

Probably most expensive "bakery" chain in Karlsruhe. Just profits from its location, quality and taste is rather poor. Avoid if you can and support some of the smaller, traditional, cheaper and better bakeries instead. Only upside is that it's open on Sundays till 6 pm Downgrade to one star due to unfriendly and slow staff and lack of hygene. Gesundheitsamt should check the place. Money and food is handeled with the same hand.

Cheap and really tasty sandwiches, friendly staff. Pretzels are not the best and bread rolls tend to be on the expensive side.

Freundliche Bedienung. Leider war der Fleischkäse vom Vortag und nicht frisch. Sehr dünn und ausgetrocknete Ränder, wo man direkt sieht dass er mindestens 1 Tag auf dem Buckel hatte. Schade, und das für stolze 4,30€.

Bread is Ok, but do not expect too much from the offered breakfast. Eggs are served cold as hardboiled easter eggs. Coffee is good though.

Well some of the staff is nice. Today i came on crutches, usually they help people like me to take their coffee to the table. It seems i am not suited to receive this treatment. Luckily a nice lady (another client) helped me. I am giving three stars because i know not all the personal is mean heheh

Nice small bakery. I had two pastries - with pudding and apples. Both were good. Prices are normal like every other bakery around. It's possible to pay with card and staff was smiling and pleasant.

War um 7h30 geschlossen. Was für ein Bàcker

Sehr enttäuscht! In der Auslage wurden "Butter-Pfefferbrezeln" angeboten und auch so ausgeschildert. Beim Reinbeißen die Enttäuschung. Die Brezel ist nicht wie bei der klassischen Butterbrezel mit Butterfüllung sondern innen trocken. Nach Rücksprache mit der Verkäuferin (welche übrigens nett war), wird lediglich Pfeffer und Butter gemischt und damit dann die Brezeln bepinselt..... Ok, so kann man natürlich auch die Kunden in die Irre führen. Hinzu kommt der stolze Preis von 2,45 Euro (!!!) Für eine trockene Brezel mit bissel Butter/Pfeffergemisch drauf.... Seid mir nicht böse, aber die Bäcker brauchen sich nicht beklagen wenn die Kundschaft weniger wird und die meisten mittlerweile ihre Backwaren bei bekannten Supermärkten holen. Günstiger, mind. genau so gut wie beim Bäcker und vorallem transparent. Man wird nicht in die Irre geführt.

Fresh bread and pastry, good coffee and cordial staff...

This is the second time we have bought cake from this bakery-and the second time that the cake is bad! The Black Forest cake was dry and crumbly and the fresh cream tasted bad. Last time we buy anything from this place.

Die Uhrzeiten sollten mal geändert werden, um 6:00 Uhr morgens ist dort definitiv noch nicht auf. Ich stand dort jetzt 3 mal vor verschlossener Tür. Aussen sind keine anderen Öffnungszeiten zu sehen, ausser für das Wochenende.

We got a birthday cake done for our kids party..It tasted yummy and also looked awesome. Staff was very friendly and helped us in making best choice.Thank you!👍

The food there is really bad - totally soaked through … . And employees don’t even know what they sell - I asked for meaty sandwiches and got vegetarian … :D

Ich war da um 7:50 und mir wurde gesagt, dass erst um 8:30 Uhr aufgemacht wird, obwohl bei Google eine Öffnungszeit ab 6 Uhr morgens angegeben ist. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man sich fürs Frühstück drauf verlassen hat.
