I recently had the chance to spend a weekend at this wonderful place that offers both dining and parties. From the moment I stepped foot onto the grounds, I was met with a warm welcome from the staff. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The food provided was absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection and presented in a very appealing manner. The menu offered something for everyone, and I could not be more grateful that I was able to try out so many tasty dishes. The staff was very accommodating and made sure that I had an enjoyable experience. The party that I attended was a great success. Everyone had a wonderful time. The decorations, music, and catering were all amazing. I felt like I was part of something special. Overall, I had an amazing time during my stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food and party experience were top notch. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to dine and party. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL!!! STAY HERE ONLY IF YOU DARE!!! During my 5-day stay in room no. 210, I encountered the following nightmarish issues: Reception and Housekeeping Behavior: The conduct of the lady staff at the reception (specifically, Mohini) and housekeeping is shockingly poor and disrespectful. Daily Checkout Queries: Despite informing them during check-in about a 5-day stay, housekeeping/security guard/waiters repeatedly questioned my checkout plans every day when I left the room. Abrupt Checkout Demand: At 10 am in the morning, their lady reception staff intrusively came to my room and insisted on an immediate checkout, citing that the room had been booked for a marriage event. This occurred despite our prior reservation for a 5-day stay. Tea Saga: Ordering a simple tea at 4 pm turned into a saga of incompetence. The restaurant staff took an astonishing 45 minutes on multiple occasions to prepare and serve a basic beverage. Substandard Extra Mattress: Upon requesting an extra mattress, I received a shabby 1-inch thin thermocol sheet, for which they audaciously charged 300 rs/day. Intrusive Restaurant Calls: The restaurant compounded the frustration by persistently calling every day, rudely inquiring about my lunch or dinner plans. Cramped Room and Faulty Bathroom Door: The room size is woefully small, and to exacerbate matters, the bathroom door doesn't even close from the inside. This is supposedly their newest hotel, leaving me concerned about the state of their older establishments. Water Scarcity and Unreasonable Charges: Adding to the litany of issues, the hotel fails to provide basic drinking water. Instead, guests are compelled to purchase a one-liter bottle from their restaurant, with an exorbitant charge of 25 rs per bottle. This adds an unnecessary and unfair financial burden on guests for a fundamental amenity. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU'RE READY FOR A TRULY TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE!

I will give only one star to this hotel because the housekeeping service here is very poor and all these facilities will be provided to us which were promised while booking the hotel. Out of that 40% and 50% are not being provided to us. In the screenshot I posted, I was promised that this facility would be provided to me. But I have red underlined below the name. I was not provided that facility and the complimentary water bottle which is given to me has also been charged to me. And the service is so bad that even if I order a water bottle, water is not provided to me for a long time. At least I have to call four times on the same number and say that sir, I had ordered a water bottle. 20 minutes ago please send a water bottle to my room. And when I complained at the reception that I was promised all these facilities, then they told me sorry ma'am we cannot. We have a party in another hotel, so all the things have gone there, so is it my fault that there is no things in your other hotel and you have given the things from here, so I will not be provided with the facility. very poor and horrible experience only one thing is good on that Hotel is pet friendly onlyThe hotel does not provide us this facility which has been promised to us. Hotel is good. You can find cheap rooms by booking online. I booked Ac room from Agoda but staff rejected it and said it's a non ac booking. After a lot of argument they gave ac room with extra charge. The room was very small, not so clean The flush was not working.

I visited the restaurant with my family a while ago. The restaurant is most probably a new addition as the staff is really inexperienced with poorly washed dishes to poor serving.The menu doesn't have much of variety and a lot of items are missing which should be there in a proper family restaurant.The taste was overall good but they really need to improve the menu to impress the customers.Ambience is very good

And yes they have covered parking which is rare and great Only criticism or con would be that they don't provide complimentary mineral water which every hotel generally provides and also blankets were untidy which needs washing..

It's ok ok, housekeeping facility is not good. Even i asked to hotel staff to provide me some basic amenities like comb, toilet soap and toilet paper and Ash tray, they said ok, but in two days they didn't arrange anything. Ya restaurant is very good and you surprise and thought this is the same place where you stay and good food quality and quality behaviour of staff.

Room service so dirty so dirty staff and will not help you at all. He had to call three to four times to call once. I have never seen such a dirty hotel till date. Neither will anyone treat you well there nor will they take your luggage. There is no facility. Please don't go there.

I’m from thomas cook n stay here from khelo india team and sukoon pearl inn is a beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. And our all athletes enjoyed here, The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there thank you sukoon team all staff for serving best 😊😊♥️♥️

Though the rooms were clean and ok in size, hotel is outside city so railway station and airport are far. They didn’t have international charging ports. If they expect tourists from different countries then they should have outlets for it. They made no attempt to resolve the issue.
