A nice concept. Railway inspired theme. Ambience is really nice. Food is really good, we tried biriyanis, starters, ice creams etc. everything tasted excellent. They do have parking space too ( valet parking available too) But there is one major issue, they are a disaster when it comes to crowd management. If you plan to visit this place on weekends prepare to waste 2-3 hours!! Huge crowd and poor management. They don’t take reservations and they won’t call you after you give the name to the lady in the reception . We waited for more than 2 hours and still nobody called us. After exchanging some beautiful words finally we got a seat inside. If they work on this and improve the customer experience, this restaurant would have been next level.

I will give the honest review here. Before going here, I had so much expectation but it was not worth it. The place ambience is good with train theme, but food is not at all worth it and even price is so high. Even after this I would have said this place is good but one thing very worst here is the service. The service is very very bad. The service given to me by the name called MG was a rude person. First of all he was so rude at the start and also he made us feel very uncomfortable. And while going also he talked with us in angry voice and rude behaviour. Please avoid this guy called MG, take service from any other person.

This restaurant needs no introduction. A toy train themed restaurant where the dishes are brought to your table by toy trains. Located along the fourth floor, it's quite spacious and can accommodate 200+ pax at a time. There are seating options to accommodate different group sizes. We visited here for lunch on a weekday. We ordered the following: Chicken Manchow Soup, Belluli Chicken Soup, Mak Malai Chicken Tikka, Irani Fish Tikka, Hong Kong Chicken Fry, Kuchipudi Chicken, Hariyali Fish Tikka, Afghani Murgh, Special Chicken Biriyani, Tandoori Roti, Apple Rabdi, Qubani ka Meetha, and Dry Fruit Custard. In beverages, we had Pineapple Mint Punch, Orange Mojito and Green Lady. Paan is also given at the end. Overall the food tasted well. However, both the soups fell short of expectations, with Manchow Soup not being spicy enough and Belluli Chicken Soup not having enough salt. The fish tikkas were really tasty. The Chicken Tikka was quite cold. Afghani Murgh is relatively sweet. It took a while for beverages to be served but the food items were served without much wait. Staff are friendly and suggests food depending on our taste requirements. However, some of the items were not available and their original menu was cut short. Online menu wasn't of much use. There is no service charge added to bill but the waiter will ask to add tip. Overall, enjoyed the visit especially the toy train experience and would recommend for everyone to try but shouldn't expect too much from food aspect. The place can get crowded during weekends. Valet parking is available. Lift is available but stairs at the entrance of the building. Finger bowls are also available. Washroom is clean as well. Seating is available in the waiting area but can get filled soon if weekends. They have happy hours during lunch time between Mondays to Thursdays as well as online payment offers as well.

There was rush on Saturday evening, so do take reservation before coming here. Service was quick but had a small mix-up with what was ordered, was fixed smoothly. Visit was to experiencing how does train station theme restaurant looks like, must for kids. Food wise it was average. Taste: 5/10, Quantity: 5/10. Options very limited. I believe they must work/focus more on food taste as well, since unique theme can attract customer once but taste buds would still crave for good food again n again.

A best use of technology! Specially very nice for kids. They really enjoy seeing the trains bringing food we order. Not only that, you will find your favourite stations. Usually there’s a long waiting list, better to reserve before 2-3 days. Valet parking is there. Staffs are very polite and courteous. Lot of varieties to choose from. Normally we get good food in other restaurants as well, but the experience we got here was amazing. We enjoy when our kids are happy & that’s exactly what this place gives.

The restaurant is very hyped for its train themed. The atmosphere is good, however the food and the people who serve the food are not good at all. The food will come to your table by train (I think it's based on the censor and the table name), however the food is not hot enough. The taste is very blunt. Had tomato soup and it was a terrible choice. Even the veg and non veg food are not tasty or hot. The overall quality of the food is bad. Advice for people who want to visit the place, please book the table well in advance. Too much waiting time.

Had an awesome experience. Unique ambience. As the name says it's train theme based resturant. Each table is named after a station. When the food is ready it displays green signal and the train arrives with food. Food comes in toy trains. The staff is very friendly and always ready to serve. The rates are reasonable. And the food tastes good.. kids will enjoy this place.

Food is good. You can try chilli fish. We did not like veg dum biryani. Since the food is sent in a small train you may feel the food is not hot. Parking is full, better to go early

It's a train theme based spacious restaurant where the kids and adults both can enjoy its unique n novelty factor wherein the food comes on railway tracks built on every table. Since it's in demand, one has to wait for some time for the table. However the service is exceptionally good. The staff is courteous and friendly. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience.

The train theme resturant is serving in unique way by toy train. The staff were very good and they have a large number of seating arrangements. They are serving starters, main course and deserts. The prices are bit high but it's worth to pay for the quality of foods. Water bottle will cost you Rs.60 but they will provide normal water also. We have amazing experience when we have visited this restaurant.

Best restaurant in recent times I visited. Usually, Andhra restaurant is my favorite for their cuisine. This is still more special as it is liked by not only kids, adults too. Nice theme with realistic toy train serving food (except liquid stuffs). All food we ordered were tasty and we repeated the order. Staff were so courteous and active for all our requests. Overall awesome experience; MUST TRY.

The restaurant theme is very nice and the ambiance is also very nice. The food was also nice and even the serving was good but there was too much delay in getting the orders. Time gap between soup and stater was 25-30min and for main course also. Pricing is also very reasonable dint dint it costly. If they improve there serving time then it will b very good otherwise everything was good and you will get a lot of time to talk. Parking is available in the basement of the building and wallet parking is also available. The interior work is very beautifully done and maintained.

It was a very good experience eating here. The ambiance is amazing, especially for kids. The only negative was the long wait time but it was worth it. They have kept television playing National Geography so at least my family was occupied. Will recommend for sure.

Important! Make sure you book before coming otherwise waiting queue is long. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Food taste is average. Their unique selling point are the trains which carry your food. I have added lots of pictures and videos which can help you reach the place and inside of restro. On each table green traffic lights glow when the food is arriving at your station/table.

Long pending visit completed today as my kid want to see this restaurant. Only one thing looks good is service is fast and your food will reach you on that small train. Me being a vegetarian liked Gobi, panneer items...Crispy corn is ok...veg biryani ok..options are less and not sure why.. Overall good experience..kids may enjoy this place...worth visiting once..

Delighted to see the ambiance. Each table is named as a station and the way the dish reaches to your table is simply superb. They have model trains delivering the ordered dish. A unique experience for kids. Food quality is good. Felt little less options for vegetarian but this place is worth a visit.

Horrible! One word, horrible service. First of all we had to wait 30 mins even though we booked thru Eazydiner, and we reached on time there. We were 6 people and they didn't gave us a proper table, though we got a decent one. We ordered 6 starters at first, 2 came on time, the rest after 40 minutes and 1 hour respectively. The main course Chicken Fried Rice was served but the accompanying Chilli Fish was served 20 minutes after serving the rice. The serving train had some issue hence the manager came and was trying to make it right, however he spilled my mojito on me, but never apologized nor got me a fresh portion, and look at the audacity, they were charging us for that. The Managers itself doesn't know anything regarding Bulk service and the servers are very less knowledgeable. The restaurant is simy running om advertisements and the train theme. Not enjoyed at all and will never come back!

I liked this place very much. It looks good while the trains bring the food to the tables. Though the prices are little high, to have a new experience of food on trains, it is worth.

To celebrate the marriage ceremony of my son we planned to have our lunch in a good Restaurant nearby. After a long searching my daughter-in-law selected Platform65 at Bannerghata Road. My son drove there at noon. The restaurant was at the 4th floor of the building. There was a large car parking at the basement. After parking our car we went up. My daughter-in-law had already booked the seats online. As we arrived there at late noon of a weekday the large restaurant was almost empty. One of the staff led us to the seats as per our requirement. We were five in numbers, including a child of 3 years old. The area was very very large. The interior was very much amazing. Surrounding was decorated with the paintings of interesting monuments of India. Names of many railway stations written on boards installed at every block of the restaurant. It appeared that we were having our foods seating in a railway coach nearer to a rail station. The idea was great. Most interesting part of the theme was that a train carrying ordered foods travel to the dining tables through train lines fixed in every table. It was connected with the kitchen. The system appeared to me was very innovative. As per my observation there was 250+ customers could have their meals at a time. Service was very good. The executive who attended us was excellent. The quality of the foods, we ordered, were more or less good.

I am pushed to write this feedback, after having experienced back to back hard times over the last 5 times I visited this restraunt. The "train" theme is the only thing that is able to bring some customers to you. Else the quality of food you serve has drastically decreased. Went for the 5th time today(along with our brother in law). He himself being the owner of a restraunt at rishikesh, gave the quality & taste of food being served here a very bad feedback. Ordered soup- while it was served it was not at all hot, smelled stale & ofcouse had no taste. Honey chille potato- omg!! Was just tasted sweet potato in a red sauce. Worst! Nan- they actually don't know how a Naan should be. It was just like a rubber, had no taste no crispiness. On the top that prices are so high. Completely a waste. The only thing I like is the *sauf packet" they gave at the end. πŸ˜€ P.s- go only if your child wants to c a train bringing the food. Big "No" from me. Thanks.

The place is perfect for themed restaurant. It is located on Bannerghatta main road. Veg and non veg both the options are available. We tried Chinese which was also good. They have various platters too .Pricing was same as any fine dine restaurant in Bengaluru but comparitively lesser than any other place. A must visit for kids . As they serve the food in moving train..

Bad experience at the restaurant including ambience, service and food. Waiter was forcing to order platters and not encouraging our choices. Cheap quality mocktails and melted icecream to mention a few.

Really good place overall and has a good ambience. Quick note: when ur order is ready the green light will light up and the train will come to u. And also don't keep your milkshake at the side of the train track , the guy next to me got his milkshake on his plate

The USP or the main attraction of the restaurant is that it is a railway platform themed restaurant which makes it so overcrowded. Food are delivered through train which runs on tracks and the signal turns green when food is arriving. Good place for kids as they enjoy watching food delivering on train. Otherwise the quality of the food is average. Only the soups and starters were good in taste. North Indian and chinese food taste average. Worth visiting once only.

What is great about this restaurant - good food, atmosphere, ample space, valet parking, courteous staff and great service. Food is tasty and portion is decent if not more. Kids would love to be here. Mr. Jyothi who was managing the order, is a nice person and very prompt to handle things. Location is a plus as well. The only thing which might surprise you is the pricing..it is little bit on a higher side but then we pay for the experience as well. Overall a wonderful place to have lunch or dinner. Weekedays are a better choice to go.

Recently we visited @platform 65 restaurant and its really unique and we had a good experience. Its a 1st Train theme Restaurant in India. The food was really delicious, yummy and extraordinary and "Paneer Sofyana" is must try dish. They provide really Quick service. They have both veg and non veg options. Ambience is really amazing and food will be served in Toy Train. My Kid enjoyed a lot. We had a great experience.

Loved the place. It was my first visit. Recommended to have prior reservation on weekends otherwise very crowded. Kids would love it as the food is delivered to your table in a toy train. The restaurant has a nice train and platform theme. The taste of the food is really good and there are a lot of varieties to select from. Definitely recommend visiting it with your family and friends. They have good parking space in the basement but it might get full if visited at peak hours.

My visit to Platform 65 offered a unique dining experience with its innovative automation and train-delivered dishes. The restaurant's cozy setting and delicious, albeit somewhat limited, menu make it a treat for the taste buds. The highlight was the entertaining automated delivery via miniature trains, adding novelty to the atmosphere. However, be prepared for long queues during peak times; I waited 45 minutes. The inviting ambiance creates a perfect setting for memorable moments with family and friends. While the queues and limited menu may be minor inconveniences, Platform 65 is a worthwhile, one-time adventure for those seeking a novel dining experience.

Great place for kids and family. Good food and kids friendly. Very good service and ambiance. The food is served on small toy trains. Their paneer cheese balls and fruit punch are great. It is a must try. Decent main course option. A little costly but worth the Ambiance.

As the name suggests, this restaurant is train themed. They have done a good job on the decor. We ordered butter kulcha, paneer tikka, paneer chatpat, chilli prawns, chicken patyala, lime soda and mojito. The food was decent except for the prawns, which was definitely quite old, as it was so chewy. The food is a little pricey here. But the good service and the interesting theme makes it worth a visit. They also offer 15% off for Zomato gold customers.

Worth visiting the restaurant for the theme experience.. food is average and often served cold. We had to ask for spoons and forks explicitly. Veg biryani was served only with raitha (Gravy missing), served cold. Regarding the ambiance, it is worth visiting once. Kids enjoy when they see you train bringing the food. It was a bit crowded at peak hours and you need to wait at least 30 min even if you have a reservation. Overall, a unique theme but still needs there are areas of improvement.

Overall experience super and the service is extraordinary. They helped us to know the special food items to try out and mentioned about the spicy level and we tried fish biryani, platform65 special biryani, chicken badam soup, starter and special dessert all tasted well and biryani is not up to the mark, but the quantity is too good and value for money. When you watching the toy train caring your ordered food which will give great happiness and childhood joy, kids enjoyed lot. Pro's: train theme, variety of menu, quantity and service. Con's: lighting
