We booked for Swedish massage 1. We weren’t asked for choice of oil before getting into the spa room 2. My masseuse didn’t ask me for any preference on pressure though I kept giving feedback during massage 3. In the form I had filled I asked to focus on my feet, hands but the masseuse didn’t do it at all 4. She didn’t even know how to massage. I have taken Swedish massage many times at your spa and I very well know what it is like to get a good massage 5. She randomly massaged and there was no technique. 6. She put so much oil that her hands were slippery while massaging. The overall experience was horrible. Why send someone who doesn’t know how to massage?? Why do we pay a premium for a spa that’s this pathetic!! This is my second time at this branch. We went for a spa in February at this spa and the experience was good and hence booked again but this time it was really bad.

During my stay at Grand Mercure this month. I decided to visit the tattva spa for a massage. Booked an afternoon session, and i was greeted by the spa manager at the entrance with a smile. I was required to fill in the general form with details. They offered me an herbal drink, which was delicious. My therapist Barnali (if i remember the name right), she was amazing. I end up getting a tattva special massage, which includes body stretching and body massage. This is a 90-minute session. The therapist was very detailed and focused on my area of concern. I was only disappointed with the facilities, the room was a bit dull, the ceilings were rusty and broken. The shower's facilities wasnt working properly, i mentioned to the manager to get the water drainage fixed. Overall, the therapist scores 5 stars, but facilities need some uplifting.

Me and my friend visited the place for Deep Tissue Massage. I loved the ambience. Nana had been helpful and professional with her work. I really enjoyed the massage, it was pleasant and very calming.

Not a good experience!! I had an appointment at 4.30 pm , got entry at 5.15 pm . I had left some other task in middle just to reach there in time. And i was not the only one waiting for half hour and more there was another guest also waiting for so long. After the waiting , the service was also not upto the mark of the amount paid. I had opted for Swedish massage but the lady giving the massage just didn't have the basic pressure also in her massage. Despite asking to increase the pressure she was not able to give the pressure, last but not the least the infrastructure of the room was more depressing than refreshing. I think we tak spa for refreshment and not the other way round. The bathroom had water logging issue ( picture attached ) and water was coming out of the bathroom due to that ( yet again picture attached ) Overall a very sad experience !!! We paid 7k for the whole experience , it was just not worth it.

Very professional and good service provided. My first time spa experience made Great cuz of tattva. Masseuse kolang was very sweet and asked me what oil to use before and kept asking if I am comfortable and pressure is fine. Very professional Total cost for a Swedish massage came down to 4088 with tax for 60mins. Though it's on the high end. But service and professionalism made the cost worthy Kukum tea and herbal drink was good The steam bath was good as well. Towel could have been better since the smell of oil was evident when drying up after the bath.

The SPA is in the Grand Mercure hotel that makes it easy to book and visit especially if you a guest. I really enjoyed facial treatment. The staff are always welcome, the girl was not too talkative ;) but really positive and truly professional. I definitely will be back.

I got deep tissue massage done from Jasmine.. My upper back was very stiff and Jasmine was so good.. She knew the points and she released it so well.. She did a fabulous job!!

Had the best deep tissue massage here. Jasmine was very professional and truly efficient. Massage included head and face too. After an hour there is a provision of steam bath and shower which is within the same cost. Everyone starting from the front desk were helpful. Truly impressed. Will revisit soon.
