I recently stayed here with my wife, hoping for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. However, our experience quickly turned into a nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The hotel's negligence and lack of security measures have left us traumatized and deeply disappointed. Upon arriving at the hotel, everything seemed relatively standard. The check-in process was uneventful, and the room appeared clean. However, our perception of the place took a sinister turn on the second night of our stay. Late in the evening, my wife and I were in our room when a drunken supervisor barged in, uninvited. His speech was slurred, and it was evident that he was heavily intoxicated. He made inappropriate and unwelcome advances towards my wife, violating her personal space and boundaries. This blatant act of harassment left her feeling frightened and vulnerable. Fearing for my wife's safety, I immediately called the hotel's front desk to report the incident and asked for immediate intervention. The receptionist assured us that they would handle the situation promptly and send security personnel to address the matter. Unfortunately, the hotel's response was nothing short of disastrous. It took an excruciatingly long time for any personnel to arrive, and by the time they did, the drunken supervisor had left the scene. Instead of taking the situation seriously, the staff seemed dismissive and unconcerned about the seriousness of the matter. In desperation, I decided to call the police myself to report the assault. It was disheartening to see that the hotel staff did not take the initiative to involve law enforcement in such a serious incident. The police arrived at the scene, but their interaction with the hotel staff exposed another concerning issue: it was clear that the hotel had a history of similar incidents and lacked the necessary training and protocols to handle them appropriately. Throughout this horrifying ordeal, the hotel management displayed a shocking lack of empathy and accountability. When I demanded an explanation and compensation for the distress my wife endured, they downplayed the incident and offered only a half-hearted apology. It was evident that they were more concerned about protecting their reputation than ensuring the safety and well-being of their guests. The hotel's blatant disregard for guest safety, lack of security measures, and unprofessional behavior are absolutely unacceptable. Our experience here has left us scarred and traumatized, and we will never be able to forget the horrifying incident that occurred during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Steer clear of this hotel at all costs!

I stayed at the property for 2 days and unfortunately, my visit turned into a nightmare due to the shocking behavior of the supervisor. My ordeal began when I discovered the non-availability of hot water in the shower. As any guest would, I reported the issue to the supervisor, expecting a prompt resolution. However, the response I received was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The supervisor casually informed me that there was no electricity available, resulting in the absence of hot water. To my utter dismay, the entire property was plunged into darkness for a full 24 hours. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation, and I felt helpless and neglected. Even after the electricity was restored the following morning, the water heater remained dysfunctional, leaving me without any hot water. Feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the property's management, I mustered up the courage to approach the supervisor again to voice my concerns midnight. Shockingly, instead of addressing my complaint, the supervisor behaved in an utterly inappropriate manner. He grabbed my chest, apparently he was drunk, leaving me completely stunned and violated. To my astonishment, the staff members present on the property refused to assist me or acknowledge the severity of the situation. I was left feeling abandoned and vulnerable. Fearing for my safety and well-being, I made the immediate decision to leave the premises. I cannot stress enough how traumatic and distressing this experience has been for me. Not only did the property fail to provide basic amenities, but the supervisor's abhorrent behavior crossed all boundaries of decency and professionalism. This incident has left me shaken and deeply disappointed in the lack of action taken by the property management to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests. I strongly advise against staying here until appropriate measures are taken to address this grave issue. No one should have to endure such mistreatment and harassment during what should have been a peaceful and enjoyable stay. It is my sincere hope that the management will take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a safe environment for their guests. I implore all potential guests to be cautious and prioritize their safety. Let us unite in holding establishments accountable for maintaining a respectful and secure environment for everyone.

We enjoyed one of our finest stays at 'Heights Farm Stay Coorg' last week. There are several key points worth mentioning: 1. The staff was polite and friendly. 2. The view from the first floor and windows was stunning and captivating. 3. The home-cooked meals (dinner and breakfast) were truly delectable and well worth every penny. 4. We had a wonderful experience both within the property and in its surroundings, especially during the coffee plantation walk. 5. The property provided a 5G WiFi service with power backup, along with a gas-operated geyser system. 6. There was an in-house bonfire system with an ample supply of firewood. 7. This stay is particularly budget-friendly, catering to students, solo travellers, and those who prefer a frugal option. A few drawbacks to consider: 1. Due to its location amidst an extensive coffee plantation, the property is situated quite a distance away from the city centre (approximately 6 to 7 kilometres). 2. The area is alive with the sounds of cicadas and insects. However, it's important to recognise that this is simply part of nature, and the home stay cannot exert control over these aspects.

Such a wonderful place for friends and family. The food was delicious they provided separate for both veg and non veg. The rooms are very clean and providing great amenities. Finally the Manager Vinod such a great person for helping guests to enjoy the stay and guided sightseeing places whatever you need they will help you without say sorry. Since 5 years I have been visiting the place no changes noticed still they’re maintaining hygiene environment.

I had booked this homestay for my parents, its in middle of a coffee plantation. They really enjoyed the stay here. The food was absolutely delicious and the hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great food, scenic view and lot more. Best part is all this comes in a budget price.
