Well maintained store and really good collection of watches available. The showroom boasts variety of watch collections across the ranges to match everyone's need. Kind and humble customer treatment by the store executives. Special thanks to Mr. Narayan in assisting and enriching the shopping experience.

Not much collection is there, but whatever is there, it's worth it. Would be better to have some new collection. The fast track store is combined with it, so you have various options on watch. They do have perfume collection also available and ready to go for gifts also. FIRST floor is dedicated to services for watch and available all the time to visit whe. Store opens.

I had a really bad customer experience. I bought an expensive Titan raga watch and one of its stones fell off in the second use. On asking it to be replaced, I was willing to pay for it. They said one stone cannot be replaced. The entire strap would need to be changed which would amount to 2.5k!!! Which is half the watch price!! Expected the watch quality to be good. Titan raga being promoted as such a premium brand. On top of that, the behaviour of the customer service was extremely poor. I won't recommend this store to anyone and never again buying Titan watch.

Please do not visit this showroom for servicing or repair. I visited to replace a pin of the band of my watch and they were not having a simple pin which is a very basic requirement. I was asked to keep my watch with them for 15 days for replacing the band. When I denied and insisted them to place order for the band and provide a date to me to arrive again with the watch, they told that the same cannot be done. When giving my watch back, they did not repack the end piece. When I found out about the missing piece a week later, I called them and they could not find it. It costed me 1500 Rs. as I had to replace my entire band due to their negligence. Update: here the store provides you its email ID and asks you to write them for resolution of issues as soon as you provide a negative review, however you would get no response even if you write to them vide email. Same thing has happened with me.
